孩子们当然也没闲着，大一点的要么去厨房帮忙，还有打扫卫生，小一点的孩子在白天一般耐不住性子，会三五成群地结伴出去放鞭炮。

除夕这一天还得扎灯笼，小孩子们也帮忙，不仅扎门前院里挂的灯笼，也扎晚上孩子自己提的灯笼。有些人家自己扎，不少人家觉得麻烦，直接从外面买。不过，老一辈的人一向是自己扎，因为对于他们来说，在特定的时间亲手做特定的东西，已经成为了一种习惯。

晚上才是重头戏，鞭炮声要响一整个晚上。一家人聚在一起吃年夜饭————其实也就是杂烩。整盆的年菜，整盆的馒头，一段出来就让人独自直叫。大人都要喝酒，女人们聊着些家常，孩子们也在吃东西。还必须把菜加给孩子和长辈们。

吃过年夜饭后，最耐不住的就是孩子们，会拿着早就扎好的灯笼出门。除夕晚上是很热闹的，这天晚上分外亮堂。孩子们人手一盏灯笼，有纸糊的，有动物的，有卡通的，还有电动的，自然是琳琅满目。

这天晚上是一年中最吵的。每个孩子都会放炮，不到天亮绝对不会停。

春节里，我们全家去海南旅游。

美丽的海南给我留下印象最深的就是蔚蓝的大海和金色的沙滩，灿烂的阳光洒在海面上，就好像是铺满了碎金子一样，闪闪发光。我光着脚丫，踩着柔软的细沙，奔向大海的怀抱，尽情嬉戏。玩累了，我就坐在沙滩上，用沙土建造属于自己的童话王国。爸妈都笑称我为“沙雕大师”。

海南还有美味可口的海鲜和热带水果，让我大饱口福。鲜美的海带子和芒果螺让人垂涎三尺，甘甜的椰子和爽口的番石榴让我久久回味……

在海南我度过了一个快乐的春节，以后有机会我还要再去海南。

今天是大年初一，必不可少的一件事就是吃饺子了，我迫不及待的加入了包饺子的行列。 Today is the first day of the New Year. One of the essential things is to eat dumplings. I cant wait to join the ranks of dumplings.

妈妈分配给我一个艰巨的任务：擀饺子皮!说干就干，艰巨的任务开始了。我先把一团面揉成指头粗细的条状，然后再切成一个一个的小面团，洒上面粉，准备工作就做好了。开始动手干了，我拿起一个小面团，竖着擀两下，横着擀两下，结果擀成了一个正方形的饺子皮。

为了使它变圆，我便开始用手拽，拽一拽这里，拽一拽那里，饺子皮的边缘上就有许多突出的地方，555……好难看，这个饺子皮被我“折磨”成了四不像。这时，爸爸看见了我脸上那沮丧的表情，便过来给我做示范。只见爸爸迅速地滚动着擀面杖，小面团飞速的转动了起来，很快，一张薄厚均匀的饺子皮就在爸爸手下诞生了!

看过爸爸的示范，我有又自信满满的“上了阵”，我学着爸爸的样子，也想让饺子皮转起来，可是不但没转成，反而擀出了一个中间薄，边缘厚的皮。妈妈装馅一捏，那饺子的大肚子竟然裂开了!哎!真扫兴。爸爸又连忙过来为我示范讲解。

原来，擀饺子皮的关键是两手的配合，先把切好的小面团尽量压扁，然后把双手放在擀面杖的两边，左手负责擀，右手负责转动擀面杖，擀面杖转了，饺子皮也会跟着转，这样就能使擀好的饺子皮又圆又均匀。我又擀了一个，果然比刚才好多了。擀了一个又一个，一个比一个好，现在我的水平可是一级的哦!

妈妈对我说：“看花容易，绣花难，只有虚心学习，才能成功!”真是耐人寻味呀!

这个春节我的收获可真不小啊!
