从他们对文化、对文化生态、对凝聚力理解的各抒己见里，我们也收获了不少感悟。最深刻的一点便是：我们现在懂的专业知识真是太少了。专业知识不只是英语水平，更是小学教育。对教育，我们就算有些看法，也只是皮毛罢了。看来在以后的学习中，要多阅读、多涉猎，拓展自己的知识面。

再者，听了一些一线工作者的对自己班主任工作的总结和汇报。我真的是很受感动。他们对自己的工作是倾注了多么大的心血和激情。在聆听一位班主任对自己班级班旗的阐释和班级小故事的讲述的时候，平日里不怎么流泪的我也是热泪盈眶。

真的，那时我便明白了。文化生态？什么是文化生态？其实它就存在于日常生活之中，没我们所想的那么高深。和谐的校园环境不就是一种文化生态吗？良好的师生关系不也是一种文化生态吗？所以作为一线的教育工作者，不能将它束之高阁，而是应该尽一切努力做好自己工作。这样便是为你的学生们创造了一个良好的文化生态环境，班级凝聚力便自然而然地加强了。

我的特长有许多，比如滑板、乒乓球、跳远……其中，我最拿手的就得数跑步了。、

在三年级下学期时，我的跑步速度十分的惊人——非常快，有些同学不信，一次又一次地向我挑战，他们都努力地跑啊跑，可每次都被我远远地甩在了后面，被我战败后，他们叹了一口气，但是他们并没有气馁，再次向我挑战，这次他们可是使出了吃奶的劲儿更加努力地跑起来，想超越我。可我还是羸了他们!，几场比赛下来，从此我就有了“跑步四大天王之首”的称号。

这学期快要结束了，体育老师要测试我们50米跑步的成绩，当喊到我和翁颢洋出列比赛时，我自信满满地走到了预跑线后，准备起跑。这时，耳边传来了同学们为我加油呐喊的声音：“毛睿，加油!毛睿，必羸!”他们的声音犹如雷霆一般，在我的身体里迅速地迸发出一种奇特的力量，宋老师一吹哨子，我像箭一样地冲出去，像风一样的穿过人群，飞一样地跑起来，我摆动双臂，奋力前进，瞬间就以8秒17的成绩战胜了翁颢洋，羸得了全班第一的成绩。

下课后，许多同学把我围起来，有的说，毛睿，你真牛!跑了全班第一名哦;有的人说，毛睿，下次我一定要超过你!

晚上我把成绩告诉了爸爸妈妈，他们都对我伸出了大拇指：儿子，你是我们的骄傲!

24 evening is the annual Christmas Eve, is also the first snow this year, I

已经是将近快三个月的时光了，这周除了跟以往的一样，做些琐碎的事情，更多的是以现场跟班生产实习为主，更多的了解公司的产品，生产实习是学习的一项重要环节，通过此次实习，我学到了很多课本上学不到的知识，使我更深刻地了解了外贸业务流程等知识。

这周，我感到满足和充实感，因为老板开始让我真正的接触业务了，美国一位客户通过邮箱向我询问了产品，并向我索要样品。在这过程中，我们起初是用邮箱一问一答，后来对方提出用msn联系，显然这样方便多了，但在询问中我也遇到了点问题，因为她问我的产品，其实我也不是很清楚，因为公司的一些塑料制品很多是用自己的编号的，跟她所提供的型号，编号什么的都对不上，但我对产品熟练度又不够，所以都会询问下老板是否有此类产品。但最后，我成功的完成了个开头，按对方要求寄样品(样品运费是有她出)，她也希望与我方有进一步的业务来往。虽说不知果会是怎么样，但还是个好的开头。

一天，山羊妈妈带着它的宝宝们正在练习跑步的本领。山羊妈妈告诉孩子们：“森林里有凶猛的大狮子，只有练好了本领才不会被大狮子吃掉。”可是，有一只小山羊就不喜欢练习跑步，这不，它又偷着跑出去玩了。

It was Saturday， just before May Day. My classmates and I went to the park nearby， we didnt go there for amusement but took part in voluntary labor.

We got there at 9：00. We were divided into three groups and then began working. The students in Group One planted trees and watered flowers. The task for Group Two was collecting the litter left about by tourists and cleaning the benches. The group I was in got to the Childrens Playground and wiped all the equipment clean. We worked very hard. At 11：00， when all the work was finished up， all my classmates met again. Although everyone was in a sweat， yet we felt happy because we had done good job.

Our classroom is big and bright.

Opposite the door are clean windows. In the front of the classroom is a platform. Teachers&’ desk is just on it. A blackboard is on the front wall. There are 30 desks and 50 chairs in our classroom. On the wall next to the blackboard is a map. It is a map of Germany. Our classroom is very clean.

不知道从什么时候开始，我爱上了一项新的运动——晨跑，以至于现在养成了习惯，只要不是大雾或者下雨天，我每天早晨都会早早的起床，去跑上两三公里。

参加田径队，每天得早上六点就起床，而且到学校后，往往还来不及吃早餐就要上田径社了，上田径并没有想像中简单，每天都要练习跑操场四五圈，有时加强训练得跑个七八圈呢!对我来说，是很大的挑战!

想成为所谓的“飞毛腿”还真是不简单，得饿着肚子跑操场，常常都跑到腿软，虽然体力耗费很大，但是，皇天不负苦心人，我的跑步速度进步了，我想，这就是“一分耕耘，一分收获”吧!在汗水淋漓中，不知不觉，我已爱上了田径。
