爸爸知道我已经报名参加参加学校田径运动会的800米的比赛，他为了帮助我适应比赛，就带着我一起练习跑步。

星期六早上7点钟，我和爸爸就一起开始练习跑步了。开始，我知道一定会跑很久，所以就慢慢地跑，很是轻松。跑了几分钟后，我就有一点累了，然后我就跟在爸爸后面跑，爸爸说“两人成排，三人成列，快点跟上来。”我就加快了步伐，跟了上去，过了一会儿，爸爸带着我跑下坡，我那时超过了爸爸，跑了几分钟下坡，爸爸说：“下坡时扩大步子，省点力气，一会还要跑上坡呢，上坡可比下坡费劲多了。”我听了，心想：上坡有什么了不起的，到时候，慢慢跑不就行了吗？跑了几分钟的下坡后，就开始转为跑上坡了，还没跑几分钟，我的腿就酸了，呼吸也困难了，周身也没劲了，汗水把我弄得很不舒服，我心想：真是累死人了，早知道不出来跑了。我就只好走一会儿，再跑一会，一会超过爸爸，一会儿又落后于爸爸，爸爸又说：“不管怎么样，即使你慢慢地跑，也得跑起来。”我心想，我就是以很慢的速度也显得很吃力。没办法，只能忍着。实在跑不动想休息一会儿时，爸爸又说：“坚持就是胜利。奥运冠军们也是不懈努力才最终取得成功的。”我在爸爸的鼓励下，不断坚持，最后跑到了终点，达到了练习的目的。

通过这次长跑，我知道了人的潜能是可以挖掘的，并得到了一个重要的启示：坚持就是胜利。

Last week my parents and I went to Europe for a visit. We had a wonderful time there.

It took us about ten hours to fly from Beijing to Budapest, Hungary. And then we visited France, Germany, Italy and other countries. Europe was really beautiful.

The sky was blue, and the sunshine was bright. There were not so many tall buildings there as we had expected. Most of the people there were polite and friendly.

I was glad that when I spoke a little English, they all understood. After we stayed there for half a month, I began to miss my hometown. I couldnt live there for a whole life, though it was beautiful.

I made cake today

Today,I suddenly wanted to eat cake,so I decided to make one. Firstly,I

prepared ingredent: eggs,flour,butter,orange juice,baking soda, sugar and milk.

Then started work. First step, beat the eggs.Second step,mixed the flour, butter

and sugar.Third step, put fruit,milk, orange juice and baking soda into them and

mixed.Fourth step, kneaded into a small dough.Fifth step,put the dough in the

oven and baked for one hour. Finally the cake was done!I ate the cake that I

made myself,that was very delicious,I was so happy.

英语日记格式说明：星期和日期写在左上角，天气写在右上角 日期格式用月日年（美式）或日月年（英式）都可以

1. 年、月、日都写时，通常以月、日、年为顺序，月份可以缩写，日和年用逗号隔开。例如：december 18,xx或者dec. 18,xx。

Today, when I awaked up, I found the air-conditioner didn’t work. I used the control, but it still didn’t work. I knew the air-conditioner was in trouble. I went downstairs. 其实也是平时跑步第一第二的道理，只是联想到生活上去。我发现操场的一圈就是一个时代，我们在跑步就在努力、奋斗和学习。跑步时跑在最前面的人就是时代的者，在最后的人就是时代的落后者。者和落后者是不固定的，因为大家你追我赶不停得努力，一些人跑的很前面，当他觉得累了停下来，一不小心就成了落后的人。那些者一骄傲就开始漫不经心的跑步，很容易就会摔倒，落到了后面。但是只要重鼓作气，爬起来还是有可能的第一。那些抄近道的跑步者相当于做事情耍小聪明的人，一点都不光荣，但是只要改正方向，还是不会像小偷的人了。

所以想成为用正当的方法得来者，就要坚持不懈，不骄傲，不干小聪明的事，就可以成为中、低等的人，只要再努力的干事情，用力的跑的话，成为者的人可能就是你。

这就是跑步的道理，这就是生活的道理，其实成为者并不难，其实只要做到我讲的那几点就行了，让我们成为跑在最前面的人，加油!

今天，我早早地就来到体育馆，因为我盼望运动会快点到来。

到了那里，人山人海。许多运动员们都在准备起跑。比赛开始了，他们就像狂奔的小野马一样，一下子就跑到了终点。我想：他们跑得那么快，我能超过他们吗？我的心怦怦直跳，好像一个顽皮的小孩子在敲鼓，我的双手紧握着，不时地渗出汗来。

Today, our class held the monitor election. And I became the new monitor in my class. I was very happy, but I was still very nervous now. When the election began, I was so nervous that I can hear my heart beating heavily. I tried my best to calm down for a long time.

It is known to all that today the environment has been badly polluted. Though many action have

been taken to protect our environment, it still has a long way to go. Two years ago, I went to middle school, and the first moment I saw the environment, I found that trees were very small, and many workers were busy planting trees. Now, when I looked around our school, the trees were taller than people and they grew so fast. People always talk about planting trees but less of them can take action. If they plant trees immediately, then there would be more green scenery. Protecting the environment is not just words. We should take action right now.
