整个见实习过程中有收获、但也必有疑惑，目前这两点问题一直困扰着我：

（1）作为小学教育专业英语方向的学生，我们应该重视教师职业技能的培养还是英语水平的提高？很明显，小学英语课堂涉及到很多专业知识，所以作为这个专业的学生我们必须努力提高自己的专业水准，这无疑是重要的。但教师的专业技能呢？这两点孰轻孰重？又该怎样做到让他们相得益彰？

（2）领导们和指导老师都和我们说老师不能太温柔了，这样管不了孩子。我明白严师出高徒，同时我也知道和善是不能和温柔划等号的，和善又不失严肃是最好的准则。但真正操作起来，又该如何把握好这三者之间的分寸呢？

如今，见实习已经临近尾声。对于已是师范四年级、却才开始接触教学见实习工作的我，要顺利地从学生转化为一名人民教师的角色，这是一个艰难的蜕变过程。我要学会慢慢适应这个过程，并迅速地成长起来。争取做到对小学教育有实践性的了解，也许这些问题便能迎刃而解了。在这样的交替中，我想我能成长许多。

Spring is my favorite season. In spring days, everything comes out. While

you are walking outside, your eyes will be filled with green.

今天早上第四节课，薛老师带我们全班去操场上测试跑步、跳远和投垒球，薛老师让我们女生先跑，薛老师发令，我们像箭一样“嗖”的在跑道上奔跑，男生一直在喊着：“加油！加油！”我听到了，就使出的劲冲过了重点。

薛老师登记了我还有卢润珂、孙艺菲的名字，男生们一跑，像火球一样，陈奕建跑得可快了，我们还测了投垒球和跳远，我觉得我们班始终是最棒的，因为班上的每一个人都很爱班集体，所以我们一起努力，一定会得第一的，让我们一起努力吧！

In my opinion, the movie “ the pursuit of happyness “ is a meaningful film,

the hero of the movie is an active man. Though his life was very hard, his wife

left because of the situation of their family.His work was also unfortunate. He

never gave up and still work hard.Then he took care of his little son. He is

going after happiness all the time, so his life is running . Time is very

importmant to him, he must finish his task on time , or he wouldnt live a

steady life , he has to pay the rent and taxes and so on, but he insist on

taking every chance to make his life live better and he believe in himself.

Finally, he succeed , his part of life in the movie is moving and real.

I also like the song in the movie very much, it says “ the mountains have

今天是晴空万里，没有风的日子。

早上我练习篮球，然后和珊蒂一起去看电影，它真是一部相当好的的片子。 所有歌曲中我最喜欢"说你，说我"。 我喜欢卡们歌舞片，舞蹈十分美妙，而音乐也很好听。

十二月六日，我刚起床，爸爸说：“赶紧起床换衣服，去园博园跑步!”我还没回过神，爸爸就拉起我，把衣服拿过来。我赶忙换好衣服和爸爸走到园博园东门，爸爸转过头对我说：“我们跑过去，分两段跑，一共三公里。”我们就开始跑了，第一段是福塔那个位置，我们已经跑到了那个湖那，我气踹嘘嘘的说：“爸爸，我跑不动了!我们还是歇会儿吧。”爸爸严肃的回答道：“坚持就是胜利，如果不坚持将会一事无成!”我只好坚持下去，最终我们跑到了福塔，我已经上气不接下气，但爸爸感觉很轻松的样子，我们又开始慢慢的走了起来。

走到荡秋千的位置，爸爸急忙告诉我：“第二段是园博园西门那湖的位置。”我急忙说道：“这么远，怎么能跑到啊!”爸爸说：“你不要忘记我刚刚跟你说的话!”我也只好跑了起来，跑到那个分岔路口，我焦急的对爸爸说：“我很渴!”爸爸低声细语的对我说：“园博园的终点好像有一棵梅花树，树上有很多美味可口的酸梅。”我一听立刻动力到达了极限。终于我们跑到了那个湖，可我连一个酸梅都没看见。我焦急的问爸爸，爸爸慢慢的回答道：“这就叫望梅止渴，你一想到梅子的汁水，你不就不渴了吗?”我想了想说：“是真的啊!”

这次跑步让我领悟到了“望梅止渴”和“坚持就是胜利”这两个道理。

今天，为了下午的汇报课，紧张了整个上午。但中午得到了一个出乎意料的消息，管老师突然跟我打电话说她下午不来了。当时，不知道是忧是喜。喜的是没有老师的观察，会不会更放开、更自然一点儿。忧的是没有老师的督促和管理，小学生会是什么反应？是太过热情还是太过冷淡？怀着这样的焦虑，我走进了课堂

嗯，意料之中的一种，小学生们十分配合。由于是复习刚刚所学过的单元，不少人已经掌握得很好，外加是实习老师的授课，大家显得特别的积极和热情。

上课之前，这是我期望看到的。但当局面真的变成这样的时候，我又显得有些手足无措，不知该如何是好。整堂课上大家的情绪都很高涨：有的是学习得高涨、有的是自娱自乐得高涨当时看到这样的场面，我想控制，却是心有余而力不足。

今天的教学中，不谈教学方法、不谈教学设计、不谈其它什么理论知识。光是课堂秩序，就让我极其无奈。从中，真的不难看出我的组织管理能力是何等欠缺，老师也是不能缺气场的。

This week I didnt do many wonderful things．

I went to learn developing film with my classmates on July 1st． It was easy and we all got good marks．

On July 4th， I went to school to learn， because I will be a junior three student soon． We would have to learn some lessons in advance． The weather was very hot． But I didnt feel that learning lessons was boring． Some teachers are new． They are good I think， although they are all looked strict． And the lessons were not too bad．

This week was the beginning of this summer holiday， but it was really typical ．
