一二年级，我完全不在乎跑步的成绩，所以每次运动会，我都只得安慰奖，升上三年级之后，有一次运动会老师特别指派我当四百米的第一棒，为了班级的荣誉，我费了九牛二虎之力努力奋战，后来那场比赛，我们拿到了冠军，很多人都说我跑得比猎豹还快，我开心极了!

从那次运动会之后，我发觉自己会不自觉在操场奔驰，享受“跑”的乐趣，因此，我加入了田径队，希望可以成为自己理想中的飞毛腿。自从加入田径队之后，我跑步的速度进步了!我成为了全班女生中跑最快的一个，这像一场梦----一场美妙的梦。

参加田径队，每天得早上六点就起床，而且到学校后，往往还来不及吃早餐就要上田径社了，上田径并没有想像中简单，每天都要练习跑操场四五圈，有时加强训练得跑个七八圈呢!对我来说，是很大的挑战!

想成为所谓的“飞毛腿”还真是不简单，得饿着肚子跑操场，常常都跑到腿软，虽然体力耗费很大，但是，皇天不负苦心人，我的跑步速度进步了，我想，这就是“一分耕耘，一分收获”吧!在汗水淋漓中，不知不觉，我已爱上了田径。

今天下午，我们激动地站在操场上，准备给跑步的人加油!我被选为啦啦队队长，给队员们打气。时间一分一秒的过去了，“跑步比赛，现在开始!”我们欢呼着，进入了比赛场地。

是男生先跑。我们扯着嗓子翻天覆地的喊：“男生加油!男生加油!”好像是因为我们为他们打气吧，男生中的王定伟远远的把对手甩在了后面。我们喊得更加激烈了：“男生加油!男生加油!”“叽——”哨子响了：“男生组，三(4)班，第一名!”“耶!”我们互相拥抱。

女生开始跑了，“女生加油!女生加油!”女生们都不像原来那样娇气了，个个如猛虎下山，当无可当。到一名叫余松的女孩时，发生了一件想不到的事情：比赛场地中，全场的人忍不住捧腹大笑了起来：“哈哈哈哈!鞋跑掉了!”余松犹豫了一下，好想她在想：“到底是穿还是不穿呢?”这时，她样子好像有些为难。可迅速就做出了决定：跑!她一瘸一拐的跑向终点。那场面真是笑死我了!但是由于这小小的失误，女生只获得了第四名。

（1）作为小学教育专业英语方向的学生，我们应该重视教师职业技能的培养还是英语水平的提高？很明显，小学英语课堂涉及到很多专业知识，所以作为这个专业的学生我们必须努力提高自己的专业水准，这无疑是重要的。但教师的专业技能呢？这两点孰轻孰重？又该怎样做到让他们相得益彰？

（2）领导们和指导老师都和我们说老师不能太温柔了，这样管不了孩子。我明白严师出高徒，同时我也知道和善是不能和温柔划等号的，和善又不失严肃是最好的准则。但真正操作起来，又该如何把握好这三者之间的分寸呢？

如今，见实习已经临近尾声。对于已是师范四年级、却才开始接触教学见实习工作的我，要顺利地从学生转化为一名人民教师的角色，这是一个艰难的蜕变过程。我要学会慢慢适应这个过程，并迅速地成长起来。争取做到对小学教育有实践性的了解，也许这些问题便能迎刃而解了。在这样的交替中，我想我能成长许多。

Last Saturday--April 28th, my classmates and I went to the park near my

school. Can you guess what we did there?Not for amusement but to take part in a

volunteer labour.

上周六,4月28日,我和我的同学去了学校附近的公园里。你能猜猜我们去做什么了吗?不是去玩而是去参加公益劳动。

We reached the park at nine oclock. The whole class was divided into three

groups. I was in Group Three.

我们九点钟到达公园。全班被分为三组。我在笫三组。公益活动

Each group had different tasks. Group One planted trees and watered

flowers. Group Two was told to pick up litter left by the tourists and cleaned

all the benches. The group that I was in wiped all the equipment in the

Childrens Playground. All of us worked hard.

每组有不同的任务。第一组种树和浇花。第二组被告知去接游客留下的垃圾,清理所有的长椅。的我在擦儿童游乐场的所有设备。我们都努力工作。

Before noon we finished working. Each of us felt a little bit tired, but we

were happy because we had done a good deed.

中午之前我们结束了劳动。我们每个人都感觉有点累,但我们很快乐,因为我们做了一件好事。
