I will be at grade two of middle school this term, I have a new plan. I

want to start running after school. I am not very tall, I want to do the

exercise to grow tall. I plan to run two rounds of the runway on the playground

every day, which will be eight hundred meters. I wish I can be taller this term.

Running is good for health too, I like running.

今天，我们去参加了2020首届飞云江环跑比赛。

到了起点，我和爸爸先热身了一下。然后排队，等待主持人喊声：“跑!”

10分钟后，支持人在台上拿着纸，说：“我宣布，2018首届飞云江环跑比赛，正式开始。跑!”

声音刚落，大家都跑了起来。我们也不甘示弱，也跑了起来。

可跑了1公里左右，我开始走了起来。爸爸回头，看看我，说：“跑啊!”

我摇摇头，说：“太累了，跑不动!”

爸爸见我这样，鼓励我说：“你以为他们晨跑的很舒服吗?他们也很累的!他们是坚持下来的!”

我心想：也对，他们也很累，他们是坚持下来的!我应该快速跑!追上他们!我跑了起来，觉得身体充满了正能量。不过多久，我又“打回原形”。

爸爸又见我这样，说：“别走了!我刚刚不是说了吗?要坚持跑!”

听了爸爸的话，我二话不说，心里也不想，跑了起来。又过了10分，我再次“打回原形”。

爸爸再见我这样，停下来鼓励我。我再次站起来，跑。可又过了10分钟，我又“打回原形”。爸爸又鼓励我N次这样的来回后，爸爸鼓励我鼓励得有些烦了，并不跑了，与我一起走。

走了2公里后，我们看到了终点：亲子跑终点站。(我和爸爸参与的是亲子跑)我的心里不由自主地产生了正能量，便快速地跑了起来，冲向终点。几秒钟后，我到达了终点。领了奖品，回家了。

这次晨跑，对我来说非常有用。

星期三晚上，爸爸带我去散步。走着走着，我抬头一看，咦，月亮怎么走得比我还快呢？我想：一定是月亮要跟我比赛跑步。想着想着，我就加快了脚步。月亮也不甘示弱，赶紧追上来。最后，我跑了起来。爸爸叫我停下来，我又抬头看了看天上，月亮也停了下来。这是为什么呢？

回到家，我在《十万个为什么》里找答案。原来是远和近的物体看的都不一样，比如说大树，因为它离我们很近，所以走过去很快就看不见了。月亮离我们很远，所以我们一直走，也还是看得见。我终于明白了。

今天早上不知为什么天刚亮就起床了，此时妈妈还没起床，自己便心血来潮地想去晨跑，印象中，上次的晨跑不知道是什么时候的`了。我从床上跳起来，认真的洗漱着，打开衣柜，找出那套压在衣服底下的运动服。

还真是早起的虫儿有鸟吃，看到鸟儿欢快的在天空中自由自在地翱翔，树枝上的小麻雀在吱吱喳喳地唱起悦耳的歌曲，仿佛此时是自然界的舞台，新的一天就开始了。我深深地呼吸了一口气，空气真好，没有平日里沉重的气息，少许道路上也不是车水马龙，而是清新的天地，偶尔有人来往，好似每个人的脸上都是喜悦的表情，也许是早上清新的缘故吧。

我慢慢地跑着，也会有人和我一起在这条跑道上跑着，有的是为了减肥，有的是为了健康保持身材，我们也会互相打招呼。转过头看看别的方向，看到成群的老人在练太极，还有的已经跳起了动作摇曳的舞姿……看着这些曼妙的场面，顿时觉得原来早上我可以看到这么多我未曾见过的场景，感受到这么清新的空气，还可以和别人相笑而视，与行色匆匆的人们形成明显的对比。

久违的晨跑，感谢，让我体会到那么多的别样景象。

Full of excitement

The English summer camp begins today.We were all excited today.

When we got on the bus in the morning,our guide miss Guo reminded us to

take care of ourseues.She also asked us to introduce ourselves and after that,we

got known with each other.

How time flies!After only on hour,we got to Zhejiang University.The

university is pretty,beautiful and large.The Teaching buildings and student’s

building are very new.I couldn’t wait to go into the student’s building.The

condition of the flat is good.The air conditioner is prepared for us.The

headteacher has a strong mind,no matter how hot it was,he still helped us to

solve the problems.

In the afternoon,we had our first class.Mrs Zheng asked us 10 questions,and

we answered them.

After having dinner,my friend and I went to the supermarket to buy some

fruit.

How happy the day we had today!

在小学实习的每一天都是充满意义与欢乐的，每一天每一名学生都能给我带来新的体验与感悟，我看到他们在成长，在变成一个越来越懂事的大孩子。放学后的路上，甚至不知不觉走过了头儿，又折了回去。回到寝室，我激动的心情溢于言表!但总感觉无论我用多么感人肺腑的话语，都无法比拟这一天在学校度过的令我感动的、难忘的点点滴滴!

充实的一天

今天是忙碌的，整整一个上午，都是在不断的听写英语、督促同学们学习中度过的，下课了，我就立刻找那些英语单词背不好的孩子听写，课上，便马不停蹄的批作业，并且时刻盯着宇，让她学习。我是喜欢和她一起学习的，感觉她是有那种学习的热情的，可以给我以感染力，又让我充满动力与激情。她也是听话的，只是稍微不仔细了一些，慢慢改正，应该是可以的。

让优秀坚持下去

中午批数学卷时，我分配给了几名学生，他们都欣然接受了，只有艾不想批，我对她说：你不是答应老师可以做值日班长吗?为什么又不要做了?优秀是需要坚持的，今天优秀，明天就不了那算不上优秀。艾似乎觉得有道理，便争着要批卷了。在我看来，艾是个心灵手巧、善于观察的小姑娘，只是有时候不太注意自己是在一个集体中，总做一些特立独行的事情，但这些并不影响她成为一个优秀的人，如果她能把这份优秀一直坚持下去，那真的是不可估量啊!

肩负一份责任

今天，我考了很多同学英语单词，并且让她们的同桌考他们第二轮、第三轮，直到全对为止，其中就有一直很愿意帮助同学的卓，她真是个温文尔雅的好姑娘。还有一个就是让我刮目相看的达，我一直认为学习好的同学只会学习，不会帮助别人，但这一观点，将从今天起转变。我让达督促他的同桌然背单词，达尽职尽责，不仅监督然学习，还一字一句的教他。中午，我见然回到教室开始学习，虽说是在补之前欠的债，但我还是很欣喜的，不多久，达也回来了，是回来帮助然的，着实让我很受感动。在达身上，我看到了一份对同学无私奉献的爱和他那弱小的肩上支起的坚定的责任!相比之下，辛，你要加油了!今天就你没有考呀，至少该对自己负责吧，期待可以看到你主动来找我听写哦!

把机会让给他

下午上了一节令人震撼的语文公开课，不仅因为老师和同学们精彩的配合，更是因为那个多次发言的禹(同学们说他外刚内萌，感觉很有趣)。在这节课快要下课时，老师再次点到了他，但他并没有急于回答，而是说：老师，我把这个机会让给我的同桌，因为他也总举手，可是一次机会也没有得到。顿时，听课的老师们被禹的回答说笑了，包括安老师也包括我，这个笑绝对不是嘲笑，也不是搞笑，而是一种欣慰的笑，一种赞赏的笑。在大家都急于表现自己的时候，禹的这种友情、这种谦让，让所有人为他竖起大拇指，又怎能不令我感动呢?

I will have a seven-day holiday next week. In these days, I have many

and second day. And then, I will go to see my grandparents with mom and dad. I

miss them very much. So do they. I will stay there for three days. The last two

The end of the summer, should have a good rest! But my mother is very busy.

As the daughter of course I want to help my mother to do some. Early in the

morning I got up, washed the dishes, sweep the floor, cooking and so on, at

noon, I tired, lying on the bed, fan fan, more comfortable.

It takes you about three hours to get there by bus . You can also go there by train or by plane . While you are climbing the mountain ， you can enjoy the sea of clouds ， wondrous pines and unique rocks around you . In the early morning when the sun rises ， the sky looks very beautiful . Its really a nice place to visit .

Last sunday, it was a fine day. My friend and I went to Mount Daifu. In the

今天，是见实习的最后一天了。

整个见实习过程中有收获、但也必有疑惑，目前这两点问题一直困扰着我：

（1）作为小学教育专业英语方向的学生，我们应该重视教师职业技能的培养还是英语水平的提高？很明显，小学英语课堂涉及到很多专业知识，所以作为这个专业的学生我们必须努力提高自己的专业水准，这无疑是重要的。但教师的专业技能呢？这两点孰轻孰重？又该怎样做到让他们相得益彰？

（2）领导们和指导老师都和我们说老师不能太温柔了，这样管不了孩子。我明白严师出高徒，同时我也知道和善是不能和温柔划等号的，和善又不失严肃是最好的准则。但真正操作起来，又该如何把握好这三者之间的分寸呢？

如今，见实习已经临近尾声。对于已是师范四年级、却才开始接触教学见实习工作的我，要顺利地从学生转化为一名人民教师的角色，这是一个艰难的蜕变过程。我要学会慢慢适应这个过程，并迅速地成长起来。争取做到对小学教育有实践性的了解，也许这些问题便能迎刃而解了。在这样的交替中，我想我能成长许多。

众所周知，我现在每天都得练跑步。

虽然跑步并不算是什么难事，但想要一直坚持下去可一点也不容易。

比如我：每天都得很早起床，还要在足球场边上进行慢跑10圈。

每天，我都会在去足球场途中进行热身练习。到了那里，我从一个角上开始跑，绕着整个足球场跑。每跑3圈才休息一次，因为在这里，一圈起码有350米左右，这么算来3圈就有1050米了。虽然这只是慢跑，但千万别小看它，他可以让你的肺活量更大，这在长跑考试中是最重要的。

所以，我一定要练好跑步，为中考中的长跑考试做好准备。
