祁瑞宣是祁家的长孙，是祁家的“当家主父”，可以说是上有老下有小。他的身上有一种令人钦佩的爱国情怀，宁可被日本人捉进监狱，也不会向黑暗势力低头，甚至甘愿吃就算是猫狗都不愿吃的东西，也不愿给日本人做事而衣食无忧。在他的身上，我看到了一种民族气节，一种不忘根的民族气节，一种宁死不屈的民族气节!

祁瑞丰虽说是祁家的次孙，可是他和大哥瑞宣却形成了鲜明的对比。瑞宣勤俭朴实，谨慎小心，老成持重的读书人。瑞丰则是个看重金钱利益，大肆挥霍，好吃懒做的花花公子。为了利益，出卖了国家和民族，做了汉奸。我十分厌恶他这种“忘根”的行为。

可是，想着想着，我不禁惭愧起来。我想到了外婆，她老人家70多岁了，外公去世后她一直一个人住，有什么事不麻烦妈妈，总是自己想方设法解决。爸爸和妈妈因为单位工作忙，即使外婆家就在单位旁边，也不能常去看看，所以妈妈对外婆总怀着愧疚，一年也只能见几次面。可我总对外婆不理不睬的，甚至还说外婆土，俗，一直到上中学后，有时我想见外婆都没有时间，现在我一见到外婆总会有说不完的话。一会儿是班上的趣闻，一会儿是在书上看来的笑话段子，聊天说地不像祖孙，倒像一对朋友。

人，无论到哪儿，都不能忘本，忘根，不能忘记在你身后为你默默付出的人。不能在后悔中才认识到自己的错误。

Practice is very important, we cannot be separated from practice everywhere, like Madame Curie, she discovered radium, but by all kinds of difficulties, but, her perseverance, will eventually extracted the radium.

How to Support and Develop the Museum and Gallery:

1. The government sets up more state funded museums and art school.

2. Increase education personnel and facilities in museums and galleries, as well as support schools with the cost of visits.

3. We should actively seek to attract additional sources of funding in order to increase the total pool of money available.

4. Museums should be taken to raise standards of collection care or management.

After a long cold winter when I have rarely been out on my bike, the weather has finally turned warmer and even sunny occasionally. Yesterday I had a surprise call from Tom suggesting we turn out for a short ride. This being my intention anyway I gladly agreed and we met up at Jiedaokou Station at about ten o’clock.

As Tom has a permanent Sunday Lunch appointment at 12-30pm we opted to make a round trip to Hannan . The weather was cloudy but dry and as we were both a bit out of condition after a long winter lay off we took the easy option of taking the train to Shiyan to get us on top of the ridge with an easy start for the trip.

A long coast down to Jiangtan and straight on to Mount End saw us climbing up to Zhongshan Park. The climb got stiffer but still Tom kept on riding. Gritting my teeth I followed on and crested the hill, Then the usual Essex switchback with an enforced short walk for both of us part way along saw us at Tawny common. Round the common we went, to the Mole Trap, an erstwhile rough old country pub now tarted up for the motorists. I don’t go in there any more, so we sat on the adjacent public seat for a while and a short natter.

Time enough to break away, Tom to his lunch appointment, me for home by way of theYellow Crane Tower and Changjiang Bridge. See you in a while, crocodile! I arrived home about 2 o’clock. Just in time for my own Sunday lunch .

The Importance of Details

"The devil is always in the details" is a proverb which means that details determine our success. Therefore, this quotation aims to tell us that every detail is important enough to be paid attention to.

Some people may think that one who wants to achieve great success shouldnt pay much attention to details，but those who desire to do something big at once will constantly be haunted by disappointment, frustration or even failures，as when something big " shows up，they can hardly seize the opportunity because of the lack of ability to deal with small things. Keeping an eye on details may help us in many ways. For instance, when we were small children, we were sometimes very careless and there were many lapses in our homework, but if we could pay much more attention to these trifles, we would get a higher mark in the exam. Whats more, when we make decisions, making every detail clear will reduce risks.

To sum up，under no circumstances should we undervalue the importance of details, for paying attention to small things is the first step of success and will lay root for doing something big.

儒林，指儒人、读书人。而“儒林外史”也就描写了清代读书人那些荒诞不经的故事。在这个寒假，我读完了手中这一本厚厚的古言白话书——《儒林外史》。这本书讲述了一群热衷科举、追求“功名富贵”的读书人的形象，讽刺了当时因残酷的科举制度而造成的极端虚伪的社会风习，在那个时代有着不同寻常的地位。

古人云“书中自有颜如玉，书中自有黄金屋”。对于我们学生来说，读书能让自己的知识拓展、思想开阔，更有“书籍是人类进步的阶梯”这样的名言，但是在这本书中，我却看到了一种极端的读书方式。为了财富，金钱和权力，读书人可以废寝忘食的读书，也可以从少年考到白发苍苍的老人。在这其中，范进就是一个活生生的例子。他是一个明朝的老童生，直到五十四岁才考中秀才，中举以后竟然欢喜的疯了。在那之后，范进的官途顺畅，家中金银珠宝样样不缺。他的老母亲见到范进的财产后，也欢喜的一口气没上来，一命呜呼。正如这本书开篇所说：不过说人生富贵功名，是身外之物，但世人一见了功名，便舍着性命去求他，及至到手以后，味同嚼蜡。

即使知道结局是怎样，却还要一意孤行，享受功名带给他们的富贵。在残酷的封建统治下，书中的人们为追求功名富贵拼命读书、尽力读书，他们做着自己不愿做的事来追求虚无的利益。这种规则却很少有人打破。

当然，这个社会中也有坚守自己内心真正所想的人。王冕七岁丧父，在秦老家放牛为生。在如诗如画的风景中，王冕慢慢长大，练就了好画工。他厌恶官场之间的斗争和权势，最终选择退隐山林。我也从中感悟到生活的道理。要坚持自己所珍爱的，不为了利益而轻触底线，不为了权势而失去尊严。

这本书中令我印象最深刻的故事是王家三姑娘以身殉夫的故事。我惊讶于王玉辉那三声“死得好”，可在看到之后的转折后也感叹世事难料。面对女儿和老友的离世，这位老人仿佛被一种无形的力量打垮。有些人和事总是失去了才懂得珍惜。都说读书可以明目，可书中的人物眼前仿佛蒙上了一层肮脏的薄膜，只看得到眼前的功名富贵和脸面，根本看不到那些值得坚守的名节与操守，我感觉那个社会是悲哀的。

每读一遍《儒林外史》都会有不同的感受。我从这本书中学到了要敢于打破普遍的规则，开创自己的路线;要坚持自己内心最真实的想法，不因外界干扰而放弃自己的内心;要珍惜当下、坚守当下，珍惜自己所拥有的一切。

大海是浩瀚广阔的，深蓝的海水，不会因为你的计较而变得不深蓝，反而会变得更透蓝，让你逐渐的喜欢它。明月挂空在加勒比海海面上折射出最温和的月光。她温柔也很顽皮，吹起数尺高的浪打翻船只，在那儿，只有风有浪，没有淡水，没有食物。

老人在普通人眼里是瘦弱无力的，是挂在天边的夕阳，但在《老人与海》中，老人圣地亚歌在生活重压下仍然能保持优雅风格，在心志和精神上不可战胜的硬汉子。老人是夕阳，但最美不过夕阳红。

美国作家海明威用数量不多的笔墨经典地信叙述了老人与海洋的故事：大鱼、饥饿、焦渴、风浪、这些随时都有可能夺取老人的生命，但他却不怕。海明威并没有高谈阔论，只是把故事充分容纳在一个尽量小的范围内——一个破而小的渔船。使读者能更加纵观全局，直观形象的懂得人真正努力究竟是怎么一回事。

圣地亚歌的那种坚强、勇敢、执着的精神令我们敬佩。连续八十几天未捕到大鱼却从不言弃。当他与大海搏斗时，那个场面令人提心吊胆，他却显露出丝毫不惧的神情。纵使手脚麻木，身体淋血也不会退缩。把淋血的双手放在海水中来保持自己清醒，好与那条大鱼斗智斗勇。为捕到这条大鱼，在那有风有浪却没有淡水没有食物的海面上“追捕”它几天几夜。捕鱼回来时，一路中遇到几次鲨鱼，他从不惶张失措。他就是人不可战胜的精神和力量的化身，更可贵的是，老人战胜了悲观和死亡，在梦中又次梦见狮子。

老人仍有一颗善良的心，犹如萤火虫隐隐约约飞过竹林，透露出来的光与热。他替鸟儿伤心尤其是那些柔弱的黑色小燕鸥，于是，他想：鸟儿的生活比我们还要艰难，除了那些猛禽和强壮的大鸟。老人在海中无人与他说话，他感到孤独，所以他在海中自言自语，那也是他内心世界的真实独白。把鲨鱼变得不再那么残暴。

为了我们的尊严，我们要学习那种顽强，拼搏，勇敢的精神。尚且一位老人都如此了，更何况我们这些初升的朝阳呢?《老人与海》这篇小说虽短，短而融精华。我有种冲动，想驾只船去漂洋过水海，不过那不现实，更实际的是加勒比海吸取那份精华——坚强勇敢的精神。

老人的灵魂永远萤绕在我们心中的的上空，让天与海变得更蓝更深邃，合为一体。
