回到家，我的心咚咚的跳着，垂头丧气地把试卷慢慢递给妈妈。母亲看了一眼分数，眉头顿时皱成了“川”字形。无奈地看着我，像是无话可说。可我揪着一颗心，知道，这是“暴风雨前的平静”。不出所料，平静了几秒，妈妈就发动了“河东狮吼功”了：“你整天都在干什么?啊?你说呀!为什么考得这么差?平时作业都白做了?口算都会错，你在想啥?”把头埋得低低的，似乎沉重的台布起来，脸又红又烫，眼泪在眼眶里打着转，一句话也说不出来。虽然母亲只骂了我几句，但每一个字，都像针扎般刺着我的心。

不过，我明白，母亲这样骂我也是对我好，让我长了记性，每一个字都饱含着母亲对我的爱。是，批评也是爱，是批评提醒我，警告我，让我不要盲目自信。这一刻，我认为，我是幸运又幸福的。因为我真正感受到了，来自父母浓缩的爱。

的确，成长的代价带给我们的许多烦恼就像是为自己通向成熟交纳的一份很重的税，但是我更喜欢一句歌词：“最近比较烦……”

我虽然烦，但却不混乱，只待静静长大……

我们每天都会和水打交道，水安安静静，任我们舀取，任我们泼洒，不曾言语。只有有一天，她突然开了口。

水叙述说：我对人类的所作所为感到不满，我为人类做了那么多的贡献，可人类总是破坏我，滥用我。这样既会导致水源的枯竭，又会严重影响生态环境。

在日常生活中，我时时刻刻都能派上用场。如：人们的身体中必须含有我;人们做饭、洗衣服都得用我;植物也需要我，有了我，蔬菜瓜果才能长得更鲜、更嫩;当发生干旱时，我可是最有用的……总之，我是一种人类离不开的物质。我尽量地改变自己，使自己变得更纯洁，让人们用得更舒心，更放心。可是，人类点儿也不为我着想，他们只顾自己的爽快。有时，人们用完水后，不关水龙头，让我白白地流失了。全球有那么多人，一人浪费一滴水，合起来就是几吨。这可苦了我，全球的淡水本来就不多，照这样下去我可应付不过来。所以人类只有节约用水，水资源才能得到保证。

人类不光浪费我，而且破坏我。工厂排放的污水就够呛了，人们还往河里扔垃圾。时间一长，原本清亮的我，现在变脏了，变臭了，我的朋友小鱼、小虾也相继死去。我恨人类，我是人类忠实的仆人，可遭遇了不公平的待遇。所以，我一气之下，也会发点洪水，闹干旱时不救他们，给他们一些警告。

人类呀，醒悟吧!

听了水的话，我感慨万千。是呀，水是生命的源泉，是哺育大地的乳汁，世界离不开水，人类离不开水。就拿我的家乡民勤来说吧，民勤原来是一个可牧可渔的地方，可由于没有了河水，再加上人们的破坏，民勤的水资源迅速减少。人们不得不大量抽取地下水以解决农田灌溉、人畜饮水的困难，从而导致地下水位急速下降，使民勤成了一个甘旱地区，成了风沙的发源地。还有，我们的母亲黄河曾几次断流

许多人还没有认识到节约用水的重要性，可是单单就在我国还有许许多多跟我们同龄的小朋友喝不上一口干净的，哪怕在我们眼里是很脏的——水!更有些人为了达到自己的目的，胡乱挖掘、肆意抽取被认为如同人类血管般重要的地下水!导致地球的含水层与粘土层压缩变形，地面沉降和地裂缝等地质灾害的发生，造成了不可估量更是无法挽回的损失!而这一切的使作俑者便是人类自己!更有甚者，还不能认识到自己的错误。有些人一边咒骂附近的河流、池塘的水太脏、太臭，一边却还往里面倒各种垃圾等等。这些人是可耻、也是可悲的!

朋友们，你可曾想过未来的某一天，工厂烟囱再也隐匿不了那些黑烟，小河不再清澈，没有所谓的森林、树木，没有种.种……因为没有水。你们敢想象吗?所以，保护水资源吧!

平凡中，总有一些人一些事像阳光般照耀着我们，引领着我们。他们并不伟大，却能带给我们感动，而感动着我们的，往往在于那份感情，那种信念。在感动中，我们学习他人，改善自己，让生活充满希望。

那是运动会期间，我们班接二连三的传来喜讯：男足进八强了，女篮进八强了，男篮进八强了。同学们个个笑得合不拢嘴。第二天早上，一共有两场比赛。第一场男足四强，第二场男篮四强。男足比赛马上开始，上场前，由于陈振华脚崴了。我们都问他可不可以，他微微一笑说：“这点小伤不算什么”然后，他脚一瘸一拐的上场了。

比赛开始了，我们一直属于被动。只见对方一个抢断，一个快攻，准备射门，刚一射门，我们心里都砰砰跳。但是，陈振华接住了。底下的同学都为他喝彩，我们也为他加油。最后，我们以2：1拿下了这场比赛。

过了大约1小时以后，又到男篮四强比赛了。我们对阵的是(13)班，我们充满了信心，打败他们。刚开始，陈振华挑球。陈振华用力一跳，把球权拿到了。只见陈振华带球突破，又一个变向，把对方晃过，然后一个背转身投篮，球进了。

上半场结束了，我们班压他们6分。关键时刻，梁晓龙腿有点抽筋，下去了。只见对方猛的反超，他们一个又一个快攻。眼看只见2分就追上来了。陈振华淡定防守，忽然，他一个抢断，球掉了。于是，陈振华去追，但被后面的拉了一下绊了一跤。我一下子拿上，投了一个2分，结束了比赛。

下来以后，我们问他好不好他说：“擦破了一点皮，不要紧。”你为了班级荣誉，一直那么坚强，你不顾一切，不管伤了，你只知道;坚持就是胜利。

感动不是单纯地流泪，不是肤浅的伤怀，感动是一种人文精神，是人与人之间心灵上的共鸣。

人生要经历的事情多不胜数，一些你想要记下来的事情，光靠脑袋可并不能完全记录下来，得用文字将它记录下来。

刚开始认识笔和纸时，我还是一个小毛孩，并不能完全熟悉和理解它们，只是在学习生活中徘徊。又是一年秋季，我上了初中，面对紧张而又繁重的学习，我已疲惫不堪。童年也是在这一年秋季消逝的。无意中走到家后的小树林里，寒冷的风把树叶吹的“哗哗”响，树叶接二连三的飘落到土壤上，我慢慢的走着，枯叶被我踩地“沙沙”响，两种声音结合在一起，像是在演奏一曲伤心的乐曲。树叶就像我的童年，虽然一开始青春无比，但一到秋天就枯萎了，飘落了。我的童年也到了秋天，马上就要到冬天了，就要被冰冻起来了。正在这时，一片枯叶落到了我的肩上，我慢慢拿起它，又看看四周的树叶，它们一齐没有规律地随意的在空中飘舞，反而成了最引人注目的美景。

我想我知道了，童年在最后一刻反而会发出最璀璨的光芒，而在最后一刻指引我最后一次前进的方向。我明白了，我不会再畏惧困难，我要向着童年指引我的道路前进，我要用笔和纸把童年用奇妙的文字记录下来，我要把生活中值得我回忆的的事通通记录下来，直到心灵的这些事被埋没时，到时候翻开看看，也回味无穷呀!笔和纸把我从黑暗中拉了出来，同时也让童年在最后一刻放射出耀眼的光，笔和纸也注定是我一生的朋友，它们是童年之后另一个为我引路的明灯。

自从这件事后，我时常与笔和纸相伴，我也不再孤独，不再畏惧困难。

笔和纸唤醒了我的心灵、也让我爱上了写作，让我领悟了我人生的真谛。

主题教育活动开展以来，通过专题辅导集中学、参观展览观摩学以及通读原著个人学，我对主题教育活动的意义有了更为深刻的认识，对“守初心、担使命、找差距、抓落实”的也有了更为深刻的理解。我认为这是一次正当其时的思想洗礼和行动激励，它必将促使广大基层党员干部立足本职，爱业敬岗，通过不懈努力奋斗，脚踏实地把工作中每件平凡的事做好，平凡的工作也可以创造不平凡的成就，基层党员干部同样也能成为本单位、本系统、本岗位的“最美奋斗者”。

一是要坚守初心。落实在基层党员干部身上，初心就是为服务对象搞好服务的热心、耐心和细心和责任心。基层党员干部要做到不忘初心、不忘职责使命，就不能被“钱、权至上”等贪念所侵蚀，不能被“门好进，脸好看，不给好处事不办”等错误观念所左右，否则只会沦为金钱、权力的奴隶，忘了自己姓“党还是”姓“公”，为“公”还是为“私”,自然也就不会尽职尽责，一心为民搞好服务了。要坚守一颗为民服务的初心不变，就要自觉把学习习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想作为必修课，读原著，学原文，悟原理，真正把习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想学懂悟透、融会贯通，增强个人提高理论素养。从而涵养“些小吾曹州县吏，一枝一叶总关情”的为民情怀、，“一点浩然气，千里快哉风”的良好风度。

二是要敬重岗位。岗位是创建事业的平台，敬业是成就事业的根本。作为基层党员干部，敬业就是敬重自己的工作，把工作当成自己的事业，认认真真地履行岗位职责，老老实实地抓好小事细事。敬重自己的岗位，热爱自己的工作，要求我们基层党员干部要始终做到政治上清醒，工作上负责，处事上公正，从点点滴滴做起，多想人民、少想自己，多些工作、少些懈怠，多思奉献、少思索取，多做实事、少做虚功人而为岗位增光添彩，而不能亵渎岗位，愧对岗位。在工中，坚持捧着一颗诚心，俯身深入基层，认真倾听群众心声，问计、问策于民，为基层群众提供优质高效服务，不辜负组织和人民的期望，以实际行动取得人民群众的信任。

三是要永续奋斗。永奋斗是检验、衡量每位基层党员干部党性强弱的尺子。“人民对美好生活的向往，就是我们奋斗的目标”。要做到担当有为，必须要有艰苦奋斗，永远奋斗的精神。邓小平同志曾说：“世界上的事情都是干出来的，不干，半点马克思主义都没有。”习近平总书记也曾强调：“如果不沉下心来抓落实，再好的目标，再好的蓝图，也只是水中花，镜中月。”空谈误国，实干兴邦。围绕各类群众关注的焦点问题、困难问题，在工作中解决，在解决中完善，做实事、干实绩、求实效，力诫形式主义和官僚主义，才是对自己“初心”和使命的诠释和检测。只有跋山涉水者，才能真切感受山川的壮丽;只有奋力攀登者，才能亲眼目睹最美的日出。基层党员干部要做新时代的攀登者、涉水者，心怀远方，风雨兼程，通过永续奋斗，去实现人民对美好生活向往的宏伟目标，同时在为民服务中去创造个人的人生价值。
