Since the first day of my winter vacation, I’ve decided to make it a

valuable and enjoyable one. I made a plan to finish my homework within the first

week, and after days of hard working, I actually got all my assignments done a

day earlier. I am pretty proud of myself for not —as usual —hang out with my

friends until the last few days of my vacation and rush through my homework.

In the rest of my winter vacation, I made up my mind to improve my reading

skills. I’ve had tons of books that I simply bought and put them on my shelf,

wishing some day they would be finished themselves. But this time, I realized I

was not trying my best last term and decided to make some change. I finished a

couple of novels and watched some classic movies, I also went to a library to

borrow some new books for next term. The more I read the more enthusiastic I

became, and now I’ve developed my reading skills a lot.

Another event in my winter vacation is that I went to hiking with my

parents. It was a warm, sunny day, which is pretty precious during winter time.

Last week, my English teacher gave us a task, she asked us to form a small

group, each group was made up of five students, the groups need to do a

research, it is about how much people know about foreign country. In my group,

there are three girls and two boys, at first, we did not know what to do, then I

suggested our group take the cooperated work. As I and the girl are good at

writing paper, so the two of us decided to design the questions, and the other

three students are so active, so they like to ask people the questions. The

research went go so well, we finished it in two days, thanks to the teamwork, we

did well on the task. The teacher praised my group, I have learned the

importance of cooperation, since then, I will considerate other people’s

feelings.

Bus: This is the most common transporting means, because its so cheap and

efficient. You can go to other cities by bus, but its very slow in rush hours.

And sometimes its dangerous to take the bus, because the traffic accidents may

happen at any time on high ways.

Train: Its suitable for the long trip. Not only it is fast and convenient,

but also its so economical. Most people can afford it. Whats more, its more

pleasant than taking any other means of transportation. You can walk around and

open the windows on the train. Besides, you can have a rest when you feel tired.

And then youll get to your destination the next day.

Plane: Air travel is very fast and enjoyable. It seems that our world is a

small place to live in, but its too expensive for many people.

Ship: Even though ship voyage is slow, its still exciting, for one can

enjoy the beautiful scenery on the sea and feel the soft sea wind.

Subway: It can be easily seen in big cities like Beijing and Shanghai. Its

so comfortable, convenient and always on time. You can take it to every part of

the city. As its built underground, you neednt care about the traffic jams.

Now it becomes more and more popular.

儿童。慢慢，我从幼儿长成了儿童，我又有了新的任务，那就是上学和帮父母做家务事。记得我第一天上学时，我开心地被妈妈送进了幼儿园，妈妈让我要听话，还要好好学习。我笑着点了点头。我转身望着妈妈远走的背影，又看了看身后那一张张陌生的面孔，心里很害怕，但想到妈妈说的话，我便把“金豆豆”又留在了眼眶里。于是，在老师的介绍下，我认识了同学们，并与他们一起做游戏、玩耍。

慢慢的，在老师的教导下，我变的懂事。回到家中，我帮妈妈做家务，还记得第一次洗碗时，我不是很会做，便学着妈妈的样子，将脏碗放入清水中，倒点洗洁精，然后用洗碗布放在碗中转一圈，再将碗放入清水中洗一下，这样一个碗就洗好了，可毕竟是第一次，难免会做的不到位，还不，刚洗好的一个碗，就被我给摔地上了。接着就是“一个、二个、三个……”因此厨房里常会传出“砰”的一声，可慢慢的，越来越熟练，我便学会了做家务。

少年。如今，我已是一个初中生了，我已长成了一个大姑娘。我要学会独立和独自面对生活中的挫折，不能再什么事都依靠父母了。还记得这次期中考试，我失败了，只考了21名，可这对我来说是很不满意的，但是“失败乃成功之母”。没有失败过后的经验，又怎么会有成功呢?而最重要的是，我需要去努力，相信成功终会在前方向我招手的。

花因雨露才会鲜艳，树因风儿才会飞舞，而人是需要努力才会在成长的道路上得到收获。

Olympic Games will be held every four years and it is the biggest sports

event. My father is a big fan and he will stay up very late to watch the sport.

I was affected by my father. I fell in love with many sports and diving was my

favorite Olympics sport. At first, I was attracted by the excellent movement

that the athletes played. The moment they diving into the water was like the

fish jumping into the water, which was wonderful. I started to figure out the

small different actions between athletes after I watching more. They challenge

harder action then get higher points. Every improvement is the result of hard

working.

With time goes by， it bees a bit hard for me to remember everything about

myself at the first day of my college life。 However， there was one thing for

sure that I did feel quite excited and curious about my university。 There is no

doubt that students like me have struggled for a long time so that can be

permitted to enter the university。

Bringing with expectation， I got into Gongshang University。 Generally

speaking， its an interesting and fantastic place for us to study and live in。

Every day a series of outgoing people get into my eyesight。 Curious and out of

politeness， Id talk to them heart to heart。 Here I make friends with my new

classmates from everywhere around China。 Whats more， time and weather

permitting， I will enjoy jogging or playing basketball with my classmates on the

playground， tired but happy。 When staying in dormitory， I choose to read news

online and sometimes watch a film for relaxing。 However， a good student can

never leave his study behind。 When it es to study， hard problems never upset me，

instead they arouse me。 Rather than ignoring it， Id think carefully for a while

and ask my classmates for help。

To be honest， there are some things I don’t deal with properly。 For

instance， once I spent nearly a whole day playing puter games。 Personally， we

university students are already adults and its our obligation to develop

ourselves in college by learning new professional skills。 Not until we take a

right attitude towards our study and life can we win a rich and colorful

experience in college。

The traffic problem is one of the most serious problems in my hometown.

Recently, more and more people have private car, but the roads are so narrow

that we have to fight against the heavy traffic when we go out. Especially

during the rush hours, cars and buses are unable to move. To make things worse,

many people are killed in the traffic accidents. How miserable it is!

For the sake of our life and security, some measures must be taken to

change the present situation. In the first place, as there are a great many

cars, we should control the number of private cars and vehicles and use the

public transportation more often. Secondly, the government should widen the

roads and build more flyovers, so as to ease the traffic pressure and reduce the

traffic accidents. In addition, the undergrounds and light rails should be

constructed, so that we can have more choices when going out and do not have to

worry about the traffic jams in the future.

I believe the traffic problem could be solved if we devote our actions to

them.

根据社区党组织统一安排，我很荣幸参加了党章党纪党规集中学习，通过组织的讨论学习和支部学习，并结合自已自学，我对中国共产党又有了一次新的认识，对我们党的性质、宗旨，对党员的基本要求、义务权益有了更深的理解，受到了一次深刻的党的政治理论和基础知识教育，感受很深，也更加坚定了自己的共产主义理想信念。

党章是全党必须遵循的总规矩：每一个共产党员都要牢固树立党章意识。“党章是党的总章程，集中体现了党的性质和宗旨、党的理论和路线方针政策、党的重要主张，规定了党的重要制度和体制机制，是全党必须共同遵守的根本行为规范。”“没有规矩，不成方圆。党章就是党的根本大法，是全党必须遵循的总规矩。在各级党组织的全部活动中，都要坚持引导广大党员、干部特别是领导干部自觉学习党章、遵守党章、贯彻党章、维护党章，自觉加强党性修养，增强党的意识、宗旨意识、执政意识、大局意识、责任意识，切实做到为党分忧、为国尽责、为民奉献。”

当前，党员的思想意识、组织纪律、行为规范等如何，直接影响我们党的执政力乃至生命力。对广大党员和各级党员干部的规范和要求，最根本的就是要严格遵守作为“党的根本大法”、“全党必须遵循的总规矩”的党章。

坚守共产党人精神追求：党性是党员干部立身、立业、立言、立德的基石“坚定理想信念，坚守共产党人精神追求，始终是共产党人安身立命的根本。”形象地说，理想信念就是共产党人精神上的“钙”，没有理想信念，理想信念不坚定，精神上就会“缺钙”，就会得“软骨病”。

现实生活中，总有一些党员、干部出这样那样的问题，说到底是信仰迷茫、精神迷失。如何坚定理想信念，做一名合格的党员，全党同志要强化党的意识，牢记自己的第一身份是共产党员，第一职责是为党工作，做到忠诚于组织，任何时候都与党同心同德。

“党性从广义上讲，是一个政党固有的本性。从狭义上讲，是指政党的固有本性在党员个体身上所表现出来的具体特性，就是党员所具有的政治人格。党章提供了党员干部加强党性修养的标准和尺度，党员干部要把对党章的高度尊重和敬畏，内化于心，外化于行。”上海市委党校党史党建教研部教授周敬青曾撰文指出，中国共产党的党性，是党作为先锋队和领导核心而明显区别于其他政党的特性，是党在长期革命和建设中形成的组织原则、作风和核心价值观的集中体现。中央党校教授张伯里认为，我们党是一个郑重的马克思主义政党，坚强的党性既不是从天上掉下来的，也不是从头脑中自发产生的，而是从严格的党内生活中反复锻炼得来的。

为让辖区党员干部学深学透《中国共产党廉洁自律准则》、《中国共产党纪律处分条例》，进一步抓好《准则》和《条例》的学习宣传和贯彻落实，社区党委以“四措”力促“两学一做”专题学习活动开展取得实效。

一是开展“自学”活动。社区党委专门印发了《准则》和《条例》原文到每个党员干部手上，制作专门的学习记录本，要求社区党员干部结合自身工作实际，开展自学活动，逐字逐条学习《准则》和《条例》原文，深刻把握精神实质，准确领会立意，把党规党纪刻印在心上、体现在行动上、落实到工作上，用实际行动准确诠释《准则》和《条例》，让群众看到行动和变化，做一名合格党员。

二是开展“领学”活动。社区党委充分利用“三严三实”专题教育实践活动平台，举办学习《准则》和《条例》“大讲堂”，利用每周工作例会之机，由领导带头领学，逐字逐句原文领读，并结合实际展开讲解和讨论，带头撰写交流学习心得，引导社区党员干部真学、真懂、真用《准则》和《条例》，将其精神实质内化于心、外化于行，严格按照《准则》和《条例》要求，争做一名合格党员。

三是开展专项“促学”。社区党委将“两学一做”活动开展作为2016年党员干部教育的重要内容，下发活动通知，要求社区制定详细学习计划，认真学习贯彻《准则》和《条例》。同时，由社区分管领导牵头开展跟踪督查、随机检查学习笔记、心得等，及时了解掌握党支部学习贯彻情况，及时交流做法经验，推动学习贯彻工作落实，以“促学”力促辖区党员干部达到合格党员的标准和要求。

四是开展“导学”活动。社区党委除专门制作“两学一做”学习记录本外，还组建了专门的微信群，定期传达社区党委的安排和部署，为党员干部交流学习心得和体会搭建平台，同时通过手机短信平台、LED显示屏、简报、展板、QQ群等形式，全面宣传《准则》和《条例》内容，扩大影响面和知晓率，积极营造守纪律、讲规矩的浓厚氛围，为社区党委开展“两学一做”活动营造良好氛围。

Study has been part of our life. For some people, they believe that live

and learn is the right attitude to life. I agree with it. As we have so many

things to learn, it is important to learn with efficiency. There are many

suggestions in the following.

First, knowing yourself. It is of great importance to get to know your

strength and weakness, so that you can figure out the right strategy. For

example, the high level students can spend more time to read extra books, while

the low level students should focus attention on their foundation, and time is

needed to spend on the text books.

Second, manage your time and life. It is so common for students to deal

with many things in the same time, then priority should be given to the things

that related to your goal. For example, if you take part in many qualification

tests, then the first choice is the test related to your major, because you need

it to improve your ability.

Learning to learn helps people to work efficiently. If we find the right

Recently, the news about the famous fast food company got bankrupted in

Taiwan was spread in Wechat. While in mainland, less people know about the truth

and the fast food company still works well. Chinese food problem exists all the

time, even the government has made some rules to forbid the illegal business,

still many manufacturers produce bad food for making more profit. The fast food

company doesn’t care about the market in Taiwan. Its spokeman said that their

main market was in mainland, and a lot of people were eating their food. Hearing

this, we surely will be angry. If everybody join the team to refuse to buy their

products, then the fast food company will be kicked out. Only in this way can we

protect our health and benefit.

i do the normal routine, eat dinner, clean the house, write-the usual stuff. and then i lay down hoping to fall asleep quickly so my new day will hurry up and arrive. a new day with a brand new sun. but as i lay there and wait for the world to turn half way around, i think about her. and sometimes i smile, and sometimes that smile will turn into asnicker, and then often that snicker will turn into a burst of laughter.

In the past few decades, our Earth has changed a lot, but to the bad

direction. Among these changes, the air pollutions resulting from a huge number

of automobiles and coal-burning is almost the severest. The severe air pollution

alarms humans of the heavy load we have exerted on Earth by our insatiable

production and usage of automobiles. However, with the deepening of

urbanization, more cars are needed, which will make the air pollution worse.

Therefore, the following actions should be taken. First, we should apply the

most cutting-edge technologies in order to adopt new forms of energy as

substitutes for fossil fuels. Second, try hard to develop possible

transportation means, which are enviromental friendly. So that the citizens can

reduce the dependence on cars. In short, our humans should take responsibilities

for the air pollution and have to find ways to solve this problem.

Another deep impression of my university is her creativity and profundity.

As is known to all, she has a wide range and comprehensive style. No wonder I

can enjoy the multi-ceolored life here. Every school year a diversity of

competitions and aetivities are held and a large number of students take active

part in them. I do appreciate such a style, and in my minds eye, she resembles

a tall tree silhouetting with all shapes of branches while stretching far into

the blue sky.

Undoubtedly there is a world of difference between university and high

school. University students are supposed to enjoy more freedom to develop

themselves. However, Fudan seems more concerned about the efficient cooperation

and teamwork among students as to prepare them for the competitive society. I

believe upon graduation I will be equipped with abundant skills to face more

unknown challenges.

After all, in my opinion, university is for more cultivated character,

richer knowledge and greater abilities. Thats why I chose Fudan. She provides

me with what Ive dreamed of.

The Dragon Boat Festival comes from the story of qu yuan, a patriotic poet qu yuan out a good idea to rich countries qiangming, but not adopted by the king, he was kicked out of the palace. Qu yuan was so angry that he jumped into the miluo river. The local fisherman learned that he rowed a boat to the miluo river to the miluo river. Before making zongzi, she prepared herself: boil the leaves of the reeds in the water and wash them separately. When the reed leaves were cold, she began to make zongzi. Her first three leaf, this three leaves into a cone, then put a date first, and then put on inside glutinous rice, middle to clip a few dates, the last thread tied leaves, a rice dumplings wrapped. Her dumplings are fat and big, like the old Buddha sleeping. After the dumplings have finished, mom put them in a pressure cooker for 40 minutes, then another three or four hours to make it taste and then eat it! My mothers dumplings are very fragrant, so that when I see the zongzi, I will eat them. So, when eating zongzi, I always eat a lot!

I like watching dragon boat RACES the most, and dozens of mariners, with their OARS, struggling to make their way to the drum, beat the drum and beat the drum. "Come on, come on! Good morning! I am Oscar, the spokesman of the Students’ Union. On behalf

of the Students’ Union, the main organizer of today’s sports meeting, I welcome

you all to the beautiful stadium. After two months’ preparation, our annual

sports meeting is held on schedule.

Thanks to the support and help from our school leaders and teachers. Though

they have many school responsibilities, they have taken time off to take part in

our sports activities. Let’s give them a big hand. Through sports, we can not

only develop our physical prowess, but also promote social and emotional skills,

When students are going to high school, they are under great pressure,

because their main goal is to enter the college, so they need to work so hard.

The school will test them so often that they want to get the best scores.

Cheating on the exams is many students’ choice, as they could not do well on the

exam, so they want to find the confidence by getting the high marks. Other

students even buy the exam answers, what they do is totally wrong. Frist, it

will cost students a lot of money on buying the answer, it refers to spend their

parents’ money, it is not easy to earn money. Second, the answers that students

buy are not accurate all the time, most of the answers are wrong, students are

easy to get cheated. Students should work hard to improve their study.

This summer holiday, I had travelled to Hong Kong with many other students. We went to Hong Kong by plane. Hong Kong is very small, but there are many people living there.

In Hong Kong, all of the buildings are very tall. There are lots of shops there and you can go shopping until about 11:00 at night. In Hong Kong, things are very expensive, so we only bought a few souvenirs.

We went to lots of places, such as the Avenue of Stars and Ocean Park. I like Ocean Park best. The park is very big. Sitting in the cable car, you can see two hills, lots of different flowers and the sea. Some students were afraid of sitting in the cable car!

We stayed in the Shu Ren College. There are many big trees around it. We had meals in the restaurants, but I didnt like the food.

Hong Kong is very beautiful. I like Hong Kong and I hope to go there again some day.

The Huang Mountain is a place of interest. here are lots of tourists seeing sights every day. Years ago, some of them paid no attention to environment protection.
