原来，这看似普通的一碗粥有这么深刻的意义，于是我赶快请妈妈传授做“福寿粥”的方法。妈妈告诉我，先准备好要用的材料：必不可少的是粥米，豆、枣三样，其他可根据自家人口味配比，如核桃、粟子，玉米、葡萄干等。玉米要提前泡3—4小时，其他材料可混合洗净，再将所有的材料一起放入锅内，加足量水，烧开小火熬成粥即可。喜欢甜的就放些冰糖一起熬，用紫砂煲，三小时就能喝上粥了……

在我们这里，腊八粥熬好后，先要敬神祭祖，再赠送亲友，一定要在中午之前送出去，最后才是全家人食用。吃剩的腊八粥，保存着吃了几天还有剩下，却是好兆头，取其“年年有余”的意思。

腊八节喝腊八粥真有趣。这象征着多福多寿的腊八粥，大家可别忘了十二月初八喝一大碗啊!

我国有很多传统节日，但是，八月十五是一个我最喜欢的节日——中秋节。中秋节也叫团圆节，夜晚，天空万里无云，皎洁的月光洒满大地。这天晚上，一家人坐在一起说说笑笑，吃着像月亮一样圆的月饼。说到这里，我不禁想起了一个以前奶奶给我讲过的一个故事——《嫦娥奔月》。

在很久以前，天上出现了10个太阳，人们整天被太阳晒得生不如死，渐渐失去生命。就在这时，有一位力大无比的人要帮老百姓解除苦难。他就是后羿。后羿登上昆仑山顶，用足气力，拉满神弓，嗖--嗖--嗖--一口气射下九个太阳。所以大伙都很敬重他，很多人拜他为师，跟他学习武艺，有个叫逢蒙的人，为人奸诈贪婪，也随着众人拜在后羿的门下，后羿的妻子嫦娥是个美丽善良的女子，一天，昆仑山上的西王母送给后羿一碗仙药，据说人吃了这种药，不但长生不老，还可以升天成仙，可是这事无意中被逢蒙知道了，他一心想要把仙药弄到手，八月十五这天清晨，后羿要带弟子出城去，逢蒙假装生病留了下来，到了夜晚，逢蒙手提宝剑，闯进了后羿家里，威逼嫦娥把仙药叫出来，但嫦娥为了不让仙药落在这种人手上，就取出仙药一口吞了下去，嫦娥吃了仙药突然飘飘悠悠的飞了起来了，她飞出了窗子，飞过了洒满银辉的郊野，越飞越高，漆黑的夜空挂着一轮明月，嫦娥一直朝月亮飞去。

后羿外出回来，不见妻子，他焦急的冲出门外，之见浩月当空，圆圆的月亮上树影婆娑，一只玉兔在树下跳来跳去，而他的妻子嫦娥正站在一颗桂树旁深情的凝望着自己，但是他们再也不能相见了，乡亲们很想念嫦娥，便在院子里摆上嫦娥最爱吃的食品，来为他祝福，从此每年八月十五就成了人们期盼团圆的中秋佳节。
