圆月中秋，临风赏月，对酒当歌，或像唐诗一样豪放飘逸，或像宋词一样婉约凄美。明净的月，携着亘古不变的眷恋，高悬于浅蓝的苍穹之上，温馨而祥和。中秋佳节，一家老小啃着可口的月饼。嘴里那份酽酽的香味，浸润着每一个幸福宁静的日子。中秋佳节家家户户来说来必须是一个隆重对待的节日。一家人团聚，尽享天伦之乐，其乐融融，中秋注定是要深情浓厚与融融的温暖。

北宋大诗人、词人、文学家苏轼就在这传统佳节，吟出了脍炙人口的千古名句：“但愿人长久，千里共婵娟”。被称为“诗仙”的唐代大诗人李白也曾以“举头望明月，低头思故乡”的佳句表达中秋之夜的思乡情怀。古今中外，多少文人学子在这美好的日子里，思念着亲人、思念着家乡，挂念着祖国;更有多少有志之士，在这美好的日子里，为了祖国的明天，为了人民的利益，放弃了与亲人团圆的机会，在自己的岗位上默默奉献着……

每当我们抬头望月，可见当中有些黑影，在我国便传说就是吴刚在伐桂。唐代，演绎出吴刚伐桂的神话，传说月中桂树高达五百丈，这株桂树不仅高大，而且有一种自愈的神奇功能。有一位西河人名叫吴刚，本为樵夫，醉心于仙道，但始终不肯专心学习，因此天帝震怒，把他居留在月宫，令他在月宫伐桂树，并说：“如果你砍倒桂树，就可获仙术。”但吴刚每砍一斧，斧起而树创伤马上就愈合，日复一日，吴刚伐桂的愿望仍旧没有实现，因此吴刚在月宫里常年砍伐，始终砍不倒这棵树，而他也不断砍伐。

有一次后羿带着徒弟去打猎，蓬蒙假装生病，留了下来。后羿一走，蓬蒙就拿着宝刀闯进房间里逼嫦娥交出不死药，嫦娥没有办法，突然她灵机一动，把不死药一口吞了下去。因为嫦娥心里牵挂着丈夫，所以嫦娥飞到最近的月亮上成了仙。

后羿回来后，发现嫦娥在天上对他说：“今天晚上月亮会变圆，你晚上做一块面团在屋子东北角，等到午夜时我们夫妻二人就团圆了。”后羿按照嫦娥说的做，到了午夜，夫妻二人终于团圆了。两人离别时嫦娥对后羿说：“每年的8月15这天，你都要做好面团，等到午夜时分我回来了之后再走。”每年都做好面团，等着嫦娥回来。后来，这个习俗被大家继承下来，发展成为现在的中秋节，中秋节吃月饼也就成了习俗。

又是一年一度吃月饼的中秋节了。老师给我们讲过月饼的来历，传说在元朝的时候，朱元璋带领人民起义，为了保密，人们把信息放在饼里。起义成功后，月饼就被流传下来啦。

我和妈妈决定今年自己做月饼。我们一起去超市买食材-日式桃山皮、红豆馅、月饼模子和电子秤。

回到家，我们迫不及待地开始啦。我们仿照视频，先把皮碾碎放在盆里，再用手按着月饼皮，把月饼皮捏成圆形。这一步顺利完成，我们开始新的长征。我们要称出25克的月饼馅，多克不行，少克也不行，这可真是个细致活。

皮和馅都准备好了，我们就开始包了。我把月饼皮放在手里，把馅放在月饼上面，边摁边转。可是我稍微一用力，刚弄好的皮就漏了，黏糊糊的馅弄了我一手。我心里不耐烦极啦，狠狠地把皮摔在了面板上。

在一旁的妈妈看见了，告诉我说:包月饼的时候，要有耐心，不然什么也做不好，前面的付出都白费了。我想了想妈妈说的有道理，我又充满了信心。我重新擀了一个皮，小心翼翼地托在手心里，把球状的馅放在皮上，五个手指聚拢在一起，边摁边转。终于把馅成功地裹进了皮里!这真是暴风雨后的太阳啊。我不由得欢呼起来太棒了!妈妈笑着说：你瞧，是不是做任何事都是有技巧的?

月饼放在烤炉里五分钟就出炉啦。我和妈妈都吃的津津有味。这个中秋节，我又学会了一门绝招。就像妈妈说的，没有不可能，只有你不会做。
