典礼主要分为三个流程，第一项升国旗奏国歌，全体同学起立行注目礼，当国歌升起之时我的内心就如一团烈火在熊熊燃烧，我相信所有的师生也同我一样在国歌的激励下点燃了奋发向上的激情，我们一定会将这份激情投入到学习和工作中去，将双山子高级中学建设的更加美好。第二项致开幕词并且欢迎高一新生入学，由高一新生代表发言表达了积极向上的决心以及对未来美好的展望，接着由高三学生代表发言，激励学弟学妹们奋发向上，并且表示一定会继续努力考取理想院校。第三项由张校长讲话，校长的激情讲话更是将师生的热情提到最高点，校长的话虽然简短但是却是精华中的精华，他不仅激励了即将步入高考的高三学子们，还给迷茫的高二学子们指明了前行的方向，让高一的学子们看到了美好的未来，在张校长的带领下，我们师生一定会共同努力，我们一定会让双山子高中走出青龙走出河北走向全国，将双中打造为更高一级的音乐示范地。

我虽然是师大派来的实习生，但我已将自己完全融入到了这个学校，我爱这个学校，我爱这里的学生，我也是高中毕业没多久，所以我了解高中生，这个年纪正是青春年少风华正茂之时，花季的年龄总免不了多些迷茫所以我想对高中的弟弟妹妹们说几句知心的话。或许你还迷恋于昨日已逝的辉煌，或许你陶醉于设想中明天的灿烂，可你不要忘却：昨日的美好留下的只有回忆，明天的灿烂也仅仅是一片虚无，能抓住的，只有这无法逃避的今日!高中三年的画卷在我们面前缓缓展开，多姿多彩的生活在我们脑海中闪过。我们学习并不是为了考试，也不是为了交一份成绩单给老师，父母，而是为将来的发展奠定基础，拥有综合能力才能成就一番业绩。高中三年，我们不但要在学习上你追我赶，永不言弃。更要在各方面全面发展，百花竞放，让多姿多彩的高中生活成为我们人生命途中最华丽的点缀。假如你在音乐上颇有领会，请用你的音乐谱写一曲精彩;假如你在绘画上颇有造诣，请用你的画笔挥舞一段传奇;假如你在舞蹈上颇有体味，请用你的身姿舞动一支青春舞曲。假如你在文学上颇有兴趣，请你提起你的钢笔，记下在你我之间，那永不老去的夏天。

我在写这篇文章之时，开学典礼已过去两天，但是我的耳边还是会想起学生们的发言和校长的激情讲话，我深深地领悟到了教学的真谛。请各位领导放心我们虽然身份特殊，但是我们一样会用自己的光亮照亮学生前行的道路，相信在我们师生的共同努力下双山子高级中学的明天会更美好!

展望明天，一串串清晰的脚印在我们身后延伸;理想在汗水的浇灌下发芽成长……

On October 6th, 2013, I went Xiao Meisha with my fellows to spend a nice seaside holiday. On our arriving at Xiao Meisha, we were all filled with excitement, since this was our first trip to the seaside. Xiao Meisha was an excellent seaside resort indeed. There the sky was clean and bright, the wind was mild and pleasant, the sandy beach was soft and comfortable, and the sea was so magnificent. We felt refreshed at that moment. It seemed as if we traveled in the heaven.

We did many kinds of activities at the seaside. Some of us went swimming in the sea; some went surfing; some dived underwater; some had a walk along the sea; some played sports on the beach. But I just took some photos of the beautiful sea scenery. All of us had a happy time.

In the evening, when it was about the time for leaving, we were unwilling to go, because the beautiful sea scenery deeply attracted us. We all expected for our next coming. So I could say that the seaside holiday was both relaxing and wonderful.

曾记得在我小的时候，总趴在窗边盯着窗外不停地问这问那：

妈妈，山的那边有蓝精灵吗?

妈妈不回答，只给我找来一面镜子让我照：

你看到蓝精灵了?

我又问爸爸：

爸爸，山的那边有蓝精灵吗?

爸爸笑不停：傻样儿，山的另一边还是山呐。

我有些失望，但不死心，又跑去找爷爷：

爷爷，山的那边有蓝精灵吗?

是呢，早些年我倒经常去看，不行喽，现在爷爷老了，不能带你去看喽。

我顿时兴奋不已，真相立马见到那些可爱的蓝精灵。

于是，等到有一天，我趁爸爸妈妈不在，独自一人悄悄的溜出了门，想爬上山的顶峰区一探究竟。于是，我飞似的来到了山脚下。

抬头一望，心里不禁感叹：哇噻!好高啊!但这挡不住我见蓝精灵的决心。因为我早带上了登山的用品。

于是，鼓起勇气，径直的走向山脚。我换上了登山鞋。在大腿上缠绕了一圈绷带，这一切准备就绪后，我就开始登山了，可谁知，接下来发生的事是我万万不能预料到的。

刚一迈出第一步，我的心就有点打鼓：好陡，我能上去吗?紧接着，我迈出了第二步。我刚一抓紧石头。可谁知，石头突然松了，带着小石子、泥土，滚落我一身，迷糊了我的眼，稍微休整了一会，又迈出了第三步，第四步……直到我攀爬到山腰，我的心才稍微放松了一点，这更增添了我攀上顶峰的信心，我勇敢的抓住凹凸不平的小石一直往上攀爬，正得意，一场突如其来的大雨，使我不停跌倒、爬起，爬起、跌倒。有几次，我真打算放弃这次见蓝精灵的机会。当我往下望的时候，我愣住了。神马啊!连山脚都看不到了，眼前只剩浮云了，于是，我只好打消放弃登山的念头，顶住亚历山大继续往上攀爬，这是雨下得越来越大，登山也变得越来越艰难。我每迈出一步都非常小心。快要到山顶，雨终于停了，又过了十多分钟，我终于爬上了山顶：摆在我眼前的是一道美丽的彩虹，往下望去，是一条清澈的小溪;往对面望去，是一望无际的绵延山峰。这些景色使我对我小时候的问题有了新的认识。那就是，山的那边是什么呢?山的那一边是无限的风光，是美好的遐想!可是，爷爷呀，我的蓝精灵呢?我的蓝精灵呢?……

我不停地问爷爷，爷爷根本听不见，我只好悻悻而回。

时而踩踩路边小草，踢踢路道中的小石子，走走停停，停停走走，忽然有一个声音告诉我，你不是看到了吗?

是的，爷爷看到的，不正是我看到的蓝精灵吗。

啊!——蓝精灵!

下午好!

伴随新学期的到来，我们送走了曾在此拼搏进取的学长、学姐们，又迎来了朝气蓬勃的学弟学妹们，在此，请允许我代表全体同学对高一学弟学妹们的到来表示热烈的欢迎!

高中艰辛旅途我已走过了三分之二。回首望望身后那一串串长长的足迹，我不得不感叹---岁月如梭啊!依稀仿佛昨日我才踏进高中的校门，在校园里好奇地东跑西窜，今日已经坐进了高三的课堂，开始朝着六月的梦想迅跑。低下身，我伸手轻触那一个个或深或浅的足印，两年来点点滴滴的感受，或喜或忧，或欢或愁，如五彩的颜料，一一抹上了我的心头。

红色的，那是热情，是彷徨无助时同学们热情的扶持，是不知所措时老师们循循的诱导，是被寂寞啃噬时朋友们绵绵的关怀……红色的热情，燃起红色的火焰，温暖了一颗颗孤寂的心。

金色的，那是拼搏，是挑灯夜读时酸涩难睁的双眼，是运动会上体力透支尚不愿认输的倔强，是为维护班级、学校的荣誉而不懈奋斗的汗水……金色的拼搏，灌溉出金色的果实，笑开了一张张疲惫而青春的脸。

绿色的，那是闲适，是独自一人漫步散心的林荫道，是和朋友开玩笑，发劳骚的草坪，是遥望苍天白云、星空月夜的那扇窗……绿色的闲适培育了绿色的心情，松驰了一根根绷紧的神经。

还有一丝丝浅浅的蓝色的忧愁和浓浓的橙色的喜悦，和着红色的热情，金色的拼搏，绿色的闲适，缤纷的色彩，调绘出我所有的感受与感动。

从回忆走回现实，我很清楚，前方的路不可能平坦，只会更曲折，更艰险，随着学识的增加，竞争的压力也会日益增强，但我决不会畏缩，向来秉持的信念告诉我，每个人所承受的外部压力是相等的，轻松与否是心态的不同而已，以平常心去面对，我可以做得比别人更好!同时，我们还应记住一点，削弱对手实力的最有效的手段，就是――让自己变得更强!所以，我们必须首先吸收大量的新知识，不断地充实自己。

高一的学弟学妹，军训场上的飒爽英姿告诉我，你们已告别无知无畏的懵懂少年，成为激情满怀、斗志昂扬的真心英雄;演武场上的声声呐喊，正如你们的人生畅想，恰似雷霆万钧，定可石破天惊。走进一中，你们选择了勤勉与奋斗，也就选择了希望与收获;走进一中，你们选择了纪律与约束，也就选择了理智与自由 ;走进一中，你们选择了痛苦和艰难，也就选择了练达与成熟;走进一中，你们选择了拼搏与超越，也就选择了辉煌与成功。一中是你们梦圆的场所，也必将是你们明智而无悔的选择。

潮落潮起，花谢花开，承前启后，继往开来。高二的学弟学妹们，你们准备好了 吗?过去的一年，你们在学业上取得了辉煌的成绩，大红榜上还贴着你们骄傲的讯息，而今，我们接过了高考的接力棒，而你们也将成为明天的栋梁。不要再一味的沉浸于过去而沾沾自喜，也不要一味地哀叹过去的虚度时光，须知：奋力攀登，绝顶风光无限美;固步自封，前功尽弃徒悲伤。 惜取现在的点点滴滴，惜取你珍贵的少年时，在书山上辛勤地跋涉，在学海中快乐的行舟。衷心地祝愿你们，再接再厉，努力拼搏，欲与天公试比高，一年更比一年好。

不管是刚成为九江一中一员的新生，还是步入了关键的高考准备期的高二同学，或是和我一样向着六月迅跑的高三同学，我愿与大家携手共进，在这一个新的学习阶段里，更加努力，拼搏，为一中的明天再添辉煌!

July 5th Monday cloudy

Today I came back from a place named “he chuan”, it’s a good place. There has some nice view like chang jiang river. I came there in two days ago. Our aunt is here. We had a good time in there. But I also write English dairy too. Because of the wrong computer, the message didn’t here. I wish myself to live more better tomorrow.

How happy I am. Yesterday I finished all the work very quick, so I have a lot of time to do myself. Sometimes finish work early is a good thing, we can have more interests to do the next work. How tired am I! I went back from chongqing three hours ago. In the city I nearly lost the way. Thanks for the hot heart man and woman. They help us to find the way. Oh, don’t think so badly, I’m fine. Because of my hard, my homepage is more beautiful than before, I’m very happy to see it. Yesterday I came to the center of Chongqing with my mother. We came to a place named “toward the air door”. I think many people know it. The night view is so beautiful that we all don’t want to back to home. I have a photo here. In the nine, we had to go back home. I didn’t wash my face before I went to bed, I’m too tired.

This holiday is my best busy holiday for I am learning English, computer and word and I fall in the weekend exam. Many times I want to take today off, but my mother said to me:“go on, you must belive that you can do it.” So I have to try. Now my English is better than 2months ago. I must thanks my mother, she is good for me. Practices makes perfect.
