Last week, my English teacher gave us a task, she asked us to form a small

group, each group was made up of five students, the groups need to do a

research, it is about how much people know about foreign country. In my group,

there are three girls and two boys, at first, we did not know what to do, then I

suggested our group take the cooperated work. As I and the girl are good at

writing paper, so the two of us decided to design the questions, and the other

three students are so active, so they like to ask people the questions. The

research went go so well, we finished it in two days, thanks to the teamwork, we

did well on the task. The teacher praised my group, I have learned the

importance of cooperation, since then, I will considerate other people’s

feelings.

I was so busy in the previous winter holiday for I am going to take the

university entrance exam in July this year. Everyday, I buried myself in

studying. I had to review each required subject and do lots of exercises.

Besides, because I did bad in mathematics and physics, I had to do much more

exercises than other courses, which made me discouraged. I spent more than ten

hours a day in studying. When I was tired, I watched TV or listened to music for

a little while. But It was a big pity that I couldnt go to the see cinema. In

addition, I had to refuse all the invitations of friends and relatives. I only

called them or sent messages in the New Year’s Eve. I desperately hoped that

there is no exam but I know it’s impossible. The only thing I can do is to study

hard to get good scores and can be admitted to Tsinghua University.

What is healthy diet? To the most people, healthy diet means more green foods, no junk foods. The green food is those pollution-free, high quality and nutrient food, including the organic vegetables and meats, fruits, eggs and so on. The meals of healthy diet should be cooked with fewer salt and oil. And the junk food is those low nutrition, high calorie, processed food with much salt or oil, such as the fries, fried chickens, salted eggs and so on. These foods will cause one get weight and increase the risk of many diseases. We should keep a healthy diet, abandon the junk food to keep ourselves healthy.

This weekend, there was an art festival in our school, it had been hold for five years and the school insisted to make it become the feature. I was so excited, this was the first time for me to join. Early in the morning, I saw there were so many people coming to the campus, making the campus so lively. The students dressed so well and gave the warm welcome to the guests. I walked around and appreciated the painting, every work was drawn by the students, I was so impressed by these works. There were also some handworks, which were so creative, it reflected the students wisdom. 其次，我觉得，在学习中，确定学习目标也是很重要的，学习目标是学生学习努力的方向，正确的学习目标更是能催人奋进。反之，没有目标的学习，就是对时光一种极大的浪费。我们可以在短时间内定一个小的学习目标，并且在短时间内达到这个小目标，然后长时间达到一个大目标。在长短计划的指导下，使学习一步步地由小目标走向大目标。所以，我暂时的目标就是先进入全班前8名，而对于我较弱的数学以及其他的副科，我也会努力，让它们也有所进步。

最后，也是最关键的一点，就是要科学、合理地安排作息时间，没有合理的安排，再好的计划也会付之东流。所以，在新学期里，我最要学会的就是要合理安排学习、娱乐、休息的时间，要把每一点一滴宝贵的时间都抓紧。 有些同学认为：只要把所有的心思都扑在学习上，学习成绩就会提高。但我个人不赞同这一观点，因为我觉得一天中如果没有一点时间用来娱乐的话，大脑就会持续的工作，不停的运转，很容易疲劳，容易激动。虽然这样成绩也许会有所提高，但是人就会觉得有压力，不停地想发泄。因此我觉得，在一天的学习中，只要做到上课认真听讲，认真做笔记，课后有不懂得就去问老师，直到弄懂为止，很好地掌握当天的学习内容。回家后认真地、高效率地、高准确性地做好作业以及适量的补充习题，认真复习及预习，其他时间完全可以自由支配。 最后再说一句：学习计划要根据个人具体的情况而定，而且要“定到做到”不然这将会是纸上谈兵。

Today our school had an opening ceremony in the school auditorium. All the teachers and students as well as some famous scientists and government officials attended. Our principal made a speech. He hoped everybody in our school would work harder and make even more progress in the new term. "Three-good-deed" students were rewarded with prizes. How quickly time has flown by! My summer holiday is over.

Our school is much more beautiful than before. The grass in front of the office building is so green. The river beside it is so clean and the trees around it are so tall. Our classroom building has changed a lot. It has become higher and more new than last term.

I come into our classroom. The windows are very new and clean. My classmates and I are interested in the new things in the classroom.

The Value Of Time

I always think there is not enough time. For example， I have just taken a three-day holiday. But when I look back， I just feel that it‘s only one day. There goes a proverb， “Time is money”。 Now I want to say， time is more precious than money， because when money is spent， we can earn some more again. However， when time is gone or lost， never will it return.

Time goes without being noticed. The time for our study and work is usually limited. So I think we must make full use of our time. But it‘s a pity that I am always not aware of the importance of time until it’s too late.

So I think， I should get into the good habit of saving time because wasting time is equal to wasting one‘s life. Do not put off what can be done today till tomorrow!

面对那桥我犹豫不决，还有十分钟就要上课了。我猛地扛起车，做了一个“伟大”的决定：扛车从桥上走过去。前几十米，我在雄赳赳气昂昂的气氛中进行。渐渐地，脚下的木头在不停的抖着，桥下的水湍急的流着，我的腿开始打软，好像不能再支撑我身体重量。我不知自己是怎样走到桥中央的，我的脚步顿时寸步难挪。哗哗的流水声使我更加害怕，使我几次差点把我自己心爱的车扔进河里去。

就在这进退两难的时刻，突然，肩上的车子轻了起来，继而渐渐地离开了我肩膀。是一只大手从我手中取下自行车的。那一刻，心中有无法说出的感激。我扭过头：一张陌生的脸上充满了最朴实的微笑。时间不容我细看，那一瞬间，那个微笑那么真诚、那么可爱!

车子和我终于安全到达对岸，满心的感激使我仔细地看看那微笑的脸：不算黑的皮肤，眯细的双眼挡不住那真诚的目光，干裂的嘴唇微微张开——一位四十多岁朴实的农民。

这一笑，普通得再普通!那一笑我始终不能忘记，它是人世间最美好的东西。我曾试着以同样的微笑去扶跌倒的儿童，以同样的微笑去帮助行走困难的老人。每当我不求回报帮助别人并赋之最纯真的微笑时，那藏在心中的笑的价值与含义得到了体现。

所以，我一直有个梦：把微笑送给每个需要它的人。让每一个接受笑的人再送给需要它的人。那是一种称不上崇高却足以让自己自豪的滋味。如果每个人都做到了，那么一个伟大的中国梦——人与人之间和谐共处，就可以实现了。
