外婆家的旁边有一座凉亭，凉亭里有一圈椅子可供人休息，椅子外围有一圈窄窄的边沿，边沿离地面有2米左右高，一些大哥哥大姐姐经常扶着栏杆围着亭子边沿走圈玩，我也想跟在他们后面走走，可是外婆说我太小，怕摔下来，不让我去玩。终于有一天，好奇心又爬上我的心头，当外婆不注意时，我鼓起勇气，一步一步踏了上去……

那时候，摩托车是个稀罕物，记得亲戚当中，只有三叔叔有一辆。耳旁的风声呼啸，我无力地睁开眼睛，只感觉头有一点痛，外婆见我醒了，便急切地问我：“有没有事，有没有事?”我摇摇头，用虚弱的声音问：“外婆，要去哪儿?”外婆用她焦急的声音说：“医院。”我奇怪，为什么好端端地要去医院，谁生病了?可我觉得眼皮越来越沉重，又闭上了眼。恍惚间感觉外婆在使劲地摇我，苍老的手在探我的鼻息，可我却眼不开眼。

医院里，外婆正抱着我，我却像坐摩托车来的时候一样昏睡着。我刚醒，就听见外婆跟医生说：“这孩子从亭子上摔下来了，也不知怎么样了，你先给看看吧。”语气中有着几丝哀求。医生让我去拍片，外婆看着我已醒了，只是一个劲地安慰我：“没事的，没事的，很快就会好的。”我当时还不知道我从亭子里摔下来了，就是到现在也没有想起是怎么掉下来的，只是听大人讲我被发现时昏倒在凉亭下的石路上。

医院回来后，我躺在外婆的床上休息，医生说我没事，一切正常。可是外婆不让我起来活动，坚持要我躺一躺。外婆推门进来，手里捏着一把筷子，塞在我的枕头底下，诵起经文。我只隐约听到她对妈说这样可以压惊，还说要戒斋一个月以表诚心。后来，听大人们说起，那时外婆一个劲地叫我不要紧张，其实外婆自己紧张的手脚都发软，那天连烧饭的力气也没有了，是妈妈烧的饭。

这件事已经过去几个年头，却依旧被我存在大脑里，因为，它泛着浓浓爱意。
