How I Spent My Summer Vacation The summer vacation had come round again. I was happy that I could forget about school at least for a while. Lest I fool around all through this summer vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it. First, I thought I should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that I could have a better understanding of them. Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running rowing, to keep me physically strong. In this summer vacation,my parents take me to Beijing.We really had a great time there.We went to the Great Wall ，Tiananmen Square and many other places in Beijing.The Great Wall is very long.When I climbed it,I was very tired,but I felt very happy.

We also watched the raising of national flag at Tiananmen Square,that was great. I will never forget the trip to Beijing.

I like to travel to different places, I can see the beautiful scenery and get to know the different cultures. My friends and I always travel together, we make many plans in advance. 车子开了3个多小时，就到了，下车往家走的路两边都是黄灿灿的油菜花，可漂亮了，在南京可看不到，我缠着爸爸给我拍照。爷爷、奶奶都在家门口迎接我们呢，我扑到奶奶的怀里亲了奶奶一下，奶奶乐坏了，一手搂着弟弟一手搂着我，在我的小脸上亲个不停。我的小伙伴姚瑶、婷婷她们也来了，赶紧拿出我的礼物给她们。

时间过得真快，我们又要回南京了，又要和我的好伙伴们分开了，走的时候她们都来送我，我的眼泪都快流出来了，上车了，爷爷、奶奶一直送我们上车，在车上我和爸爸说：“爸爸：以后放假我还要回老家”。
