health. It also brings you power to overcome disease. Secondly, taking exercise

regularly. Taking exercise regularly or even every day helps you build a strong

body which is the base of health. Exercise can improve the ability of the body

to fight disease. Thirdly, making friends, because friendship is an important

he Spring Festival is very important to Chinese people.

In the past, people could not often have meat, rice or other delicious food. They could only eat these during the Spring festival. So every year they hoped that the Spring Festival would come soon. Now, although people’s life is much better, and we can eat the deli foods everyday. People still like the festival. Ann’s Diary Today was Sunday. Today was September 30th, 2004. It was a

而且，我还学到了对于教材，自己要进行认真的分析，加以自己的理解，再进行适当的处理，这样才能做出最好的掌握。

之前，我的处理较于呆板，不仅自己教授起来困难，而且学生接受、掌握起来也并不是很容易。如果我能多动动脑子、多花花心思，也许就能找到更好、更合理的解决所教授内容的方式。

总之，万事都需要钻研。有付出，才会有回报。

I decide to do a good girl

Today, I did housework for grandmother. She is not very healthy so I decide

to do housework for her more frequently. Thus she will feel happy and become

better. Suddenly, an idea hit me that it’s terrible to grow old becuase you have
