我国的传统节日很多，有热热闹闹的春节、张灯结彩的元宵节、祭奠祖先的清明节、团团圆圆的元宵节，但我最喜欢吃粽子、赛龙舟的端午节了。

今天，国内外共有48支龙舟队伍来我市金沙湾海边参加龙舟竞赛，我很想去观看竞赛，因为天公不作美——下雨，所以我只能在家学包棕子了。

开始包粽子了。我先把粽叶洗干净抹干，铺在下面二张，一张铺在二张的上面，对折成一个"漏斗"形状，在里面先放一些糯米和绿豆，再放一块腌好的、香喷喷的猪肉，然后放一个咸鸭蛋黄，最后再放一些糯米盖住猪肉和蛋黄，用一片粽叶把馅盖住包好，用一条线把粽子绑紧，一个漂亮的粽子就做成了。最后把粽子放到锅里煮大约一个小时左右，粽子就煮熟了。

我拿出一个粽子，打开粽叶，香气扑鼻而来，一闻到这香喷喷的粽味，馋涎欲滴，我赶紧开吃了……

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

昨天穿了整天的高跟鞋跑来跑去，傍晚到住处时脚痛得很厉害，都是高跟鞋惹的祸。今天我终于放弃我坚持足足两天的“职业淑女装”计划，改穿帆布鞋了，虽然看起来有点“不敬业”但至少我精神状态好多了，晚饭也算是能咽下了。今天下午总负责人赫老师给开了个小会，会上总结了一周班级的基本情况，听起来都是些琐碎的小事情，例如老师的表现是否合格，学生课堂表现等等。赫老师用聊天的方式很细心的分析着这些，不仅仅吸引老师们的注意，连所有其他负责老师也不自觉的被吸引过去了，我在一边看着赫老师，一边瞧瞧其他老师的反应。真不知道让我发言的时候能不能也有这样的效果，希望有吧。不过接手前的这个星期有点像被判“死缓”，哈哈。

天正式给学生上高中的课了班上有20几个学生和听课的老师，但是我一点没有紧张。因为可能培训的时候适应了吧上课做了一次单元测试，所以后来我就讲了一节试卷评讲课，一节单词的讲解。讲试卷时明显就发现了自己的不足，知道答案却难以讲解的明白。每个题目都得到字典上去寻求解释，还需要向老师请教如何讲解。很多很细微的知识点也要向学生解释清楚的。经过这几节课的实践，自己虽然还是难以把握讲解的方法，总算还是学得了一些。自己感觉在讲解试卷时，内容会很枯燥，同学们听着也很无聊，开始在下面做别的了，谁料被坐在下面的老师发现了，把他们教育了一番，可能是我光顾着自己讲了，都没怎么注意下面的同学的反应。这一点以后一定得避免。回顾这四周的时间我是专心的，但专心不一定等于成功，我究竟是一名实习生，在知识的构建上还存在着许多断章，还缺乏教学经验，甚至因为读错了某个英语单词或某个字后，或者写错了某句话，老师把错误指出来后而无地自容。但是我想通过两个月的实习我一定会越来越好的。

My father bought me a lovely pet on my birthday.He has two orange paws,a

端午节最不可少的，自然是粽子，每年端午节外婆和大家都会包上几百个大粽子呢!包粽子虽然有很多种，比如芦苇叶、竹笋叶、菰叶、藕叶等。但我们的家乡是芦苇比较多，所以大多都用芦苇叶包了。首先，外婆“率兵”去采芦苇叶。采芦苇叶时，一大家子听着外婆的劳动号子：“加油!一个粽子三片叶子!上百个粽子几千片，嘿哟，加油!”听了“将军”的鼓劲，“小兵”们更加卖力了!采完芦苇叶，现在只要将它们暴晒就行了。但准备材料可没有这么简单哟，还得去集市上买来上好的红豆、猪肉、花生、板粟、蜜枣与糯米，还要买红线呢!

当然，最好玩的时候还是包粽子的时候。包粽子时，男人负责把肉切成不大不小的块儿;女人负责洗红豆、糯米之类的;小孩负责把大盆洗干净，再把大人加工好的东西装在大盆里;而老人们则负责指挥。一切准备好之后，就开始包粽子了。大人们干得格外卖力，而小孩们呢?却在一旁玩着，总是在大人们不注意时，偷一两颗蜜枣往嘴里塞，表面上似乎一点儿事都没做，可心里却暗暗自喜——因为蜜枣太好吃了!

最后一步就是煮粽子，烧火的外公总是把火候把握的很好，味道很香、很浓，如果在第一时间内吃粽子，你看到的肉粽子总是嫩地流油，看到的蜜枣粽子总是金黄柔嫩;看到的八宝粽子总是很可口，我们可爱吃了。

去年，要不是为了去盐城替舅舅、舅妈照顾表哥，外公外婆可能在包粽子哩。我突然有些“厌恶”舅舅、舅妈，他们家的经济条件不错，为什么不找个保姆?把我的欢乐端午节和粽子都“夺走了”，我好生气呀!也好怀念那味香色美的粽子呀!

It was the second day of our winter holiday. I felt good. I felt Im free. I

had a lot of time to do things I like. My parents are in Beijing. So I live

alone but I dont feel lonely. But I didnt do something special. I stayed at home

and watched TV. Oh! I wrote an English daily composition. It was my homework.

Today, I have slept for 14 hours. I thought I was very tired. It was time for

dinner. I must go! I am very hungry.

In our country, there are plenty of delicious foods. They are popular among

Chinese people. I like eating very much. There are many food I like, such as

chicken, fish, beef, tofu, noodle and so on. Among them, fish and tofu are the

food I like most. Fish is delicious as well asrich in nutrition. Its good to

our health. There are various cooking methods and I think the simplest way is

the best one. Tofu is my favorite as well. It can be cooked with many other

dishes. Different tastes combine with each other to make the food more

delicious.

一年一度的端午节又到了，学校放了三天假。端午节前夕，家家户户都在包粽子，满街流溢着粽香。我一时心血来潮，也想学包粽子。于是，就跟着奶奶学起来。

首先，我们拿出早已准备好的裹粽叶和糯米、腌好的肉、红豆等材料。由于我们认为用绳子系粽子不环保，因为现在的绳子中含有化学成分。于是我们就把棕榈树的叶子撕成细条状，代替绳子来捆扎粽子。

奶奶一步一步地教我：先拿出两张箬竹叶，把它卷成一个圆锥形。我跟着奶奶后面做，由于我的手不灵活，卷不起来，但我并不气馁，继续卷，第二次终于卷成了，我高兴极了。奶奶接下来把拌有糯米倒进去，加入一条腌好的肉。我也跟着做，这次轻松过关。接着只见奶奶把翘起来的粽叶压下，将圆锥形的口给封住，再按住叶梢向里一弯，抽根棕叶绳一札，一个棱角分明的尖角粽就诞生了。我也跟着做，可那个顶端的三角形太难弄了，三个角只有一个角是饱满的，其他两个角都耷拉着脑袋，难看极了!没办法，只好重来。一次、二次、三次……终于弄得有点模样了，捆扎好后一瞧，虽没奶奶包得好看，却也过得去。这时，我的心情甭提有多高兴，我终于学会了包粽子!

通过这次学包粽子，我体会到粽子好吃，包粽子貌似容易，做起来却一点儿也不简单。看来做任何事都要细心、耐心。只有坚持不懈，才能达到令人满意的效果。
