如今，见实习已经临近尾声。对于已是师范四年级、却才开始接触教学见实习工作的我，要顺利地从学生转化为一名人民教师的角色，这是一个艰难的蜕变过程。我要学会慢慢适应这个过程，并迅速地成长起来。争取做到对小学教育有实践性的了解，也许这些问题便能迎刃而解了。在这样的交替中，我想我能成长许多。
