Last month I went to Beijing to visit one of my friends, because we haven’t seen each other for about two years and I got a holiday meanwhile. It is my first time to visit Beijing, which is always the dream city for all the Chinese. All the information about the city came from the books and TV, now I could see and get know of it by myself, how excited I am!

There were so many tourist areas in my plan list, like Tian’anmen Square, Forbidden City, the Great Wall, the Perking University and so on. I have rested for a week. I began to feel bored. So I went out with my

今天，是见实习的最后一天了。

整个见实习过程中有收获、但也必有疑惑，目前这两点问题一直困扰着我：

（1）作为小学教育专业英语方向的学生，我们应该重视教师职业技能的培养还是英语水平的提高？很明显，小学英语课堂涉及到很多专业知识，所以作为这个专业的学生我们必须努力提高自己的专业水准，这无疑是重要的。但教师的专业技能呢？这两点孰轻孰重？又该怎样做到让他们相得益彰？

（2）领导们和指导老师都和我们说老师不能太温柔了，这样管不了孩子。我明白严师出高徒，同时我也知道和善是不能和温柔划等号的，和善又不失严肃是最好的准则。但真正操作起来，又该如何把握好这三者之间的分寸呢？
