从成绩分析来看，满分有3个，90分以上的20个。差距就在这一部分上，在平时上课提问来看，只有这一部分同学比较积极，而80分以上的有12个，这些同学，需要在平时多加提问和关注，争取到更高的层次上来。70分以上的只有2个，60分的只有一个，中间力量太薄弱了，可以争取的太少了。剩下不及格的，都在十几二十几三十几分左右，真的是太难提高了，而且，这部分同学不光英语不及格，其他科目也这样，我现在束手无策了。不过，我也不能放弃他们，在期中考试之前，多下点功夫，希望能有所提高。英语在现在来说还是比较重要的科目，如果一开始就不及格，就很难再提高了，所以，对那一部分不及格和六七十分的同学，课后补补课，能提高多少是多少吧。

上一周我们学校进行了一次月考，试卷下发后我进行了深刻反思。我班学生人数相对其他班少，现有人数47，及格44人，满分一人，90分以上28人，70到90段13人，本次试卷是一单元检测题，题目没有做过但比较简单，全在课堂教学训练的范围，通过分析尖子生太少，需要加强对尖子生的培养和训练，提高90分以上学生的做题能力，努力打造70到90段学生，加强对这一段学生的辅导和督促。前一段教学从26个字母开始，对学生要求平等，这次通过成绩发现了学生的差异，根据学生成绩，在以后的教学中加强分层教学，减轻学生心理压力，提高学生学习效率。在教学中注重培养学生[此文转于斐斐课件园 FFKJ.Net]良好的学习习惯，提高学生认真细心做题的能力。

Ms Jerry is an english teacher. She comes from New Zealand. She is thirty-one years old. She has fair hair, white skin and gray eyes. She is tall and slim. She looks very kind. And in fact, she is kind indeed.

杰里小姐是一位英语老师。她来自新西兰。她三十一岁了。她有金色的头发，白皙的皮肤和灰色的眼睛。她高而苗条。她看起来很好。事实上，她是真的。

Ms Jerry is a good teacher. Although she only comes to our school twice a week, yet she is very responsible to her work and strict with her students. Once. she was ill, but she went on giving us lessons. When we learned this, we all listened to her even more attentively than usual.

MS杰里是个好老师。虽然她只有两周来我们的学校，但她是她的工作，她的学生非常严格责任。一旦。她病了，但她仍坚持给我们上课。当我们知道这个情况后，我们都听得比平时更用心。

Ms Jerry teaches us English with great enthusiasm:" Each lesson she will bring us new pictures, new stories, new games and new songs. Her class is always full of happy laughter and merry songs.

对我初中生涯影响很大的老师就是阎丽老师，她的姓很恐怖，她总是自称自己是阎罗王，要管住我们这群小鬼。

她是个很美的老师，有一种古典美女的气质。记得我刚进安外的时候，第一次离开家去外面读书，刚开学军训的时候，阎老师总是对我慈爱的微笑，她总是担心我们这群孩子军训累了，热了，时常跟着我们军训的列队，教官下命令休息时，我一个孤零零地坐在草地上，阎老师和教官聊天，然后我听到他们的交谈，阎老师对教官说我很像她之前认识的一个孩子，然后就朝我笑笑，当时心里说不出的暖，也许阎老师不曾记得，但我至今难忘。

因为我的小学不学英语，所以我的英语底子不好，进入安外有点跟不上，阎老师就放弃中午休息的时间给我补习，从最基础的教起，不耐烦的一遍又一遍，我清晰的记得当时办公室里就是我和阎老师，她就坐在我身边教我，当我一个知识点了解的时候，她就满足的笑笑，然后摸摸我的脑袋，那种近似母爱的感情让我至今心里充满温暖。

当然，阎老师凶的时候还真的很可怕（阎老师，得罪啦，呵呵）记得那时我和一个男生和另外两个一个女生负责早上扫楼梯，我和另外一个男生刘涛总是早早过来打扫，等到女生来的时候我们都已经打扫好了。我们心里很不平衡，所以，有一天早上我和刘涛都没扫，等女生扫，最后女生以为我们已经扫好了，也没有打扫。最后，阎老师发现楼梯很脏，就让我们值日生出去扫地，两个女生和刘涛都出去扫地了，就是我坐在座位上读书，因为我平时做的最多，心里很不平衡，所以有点火大就没去。阎老师最后知道我也是当天的值日生而没有出去一起扫地，就很气愤的直接在班里很多人面前发我的火，还把我叫到她办公室谈话，她很凶地问我为什么不和他们一起扫地，我心里很委屈，就说之前几乎都是我一个在扫地，两个女生几乎都没扫过，我的心里不平衡就没出去扫地。说话的时候，眼泪都是含着的，因为确实觉得很委屈。阎老师就对我说，老师一直很看重你，觉得你身上有一股正气，当她说到这里的时候，我哽咽的难受，心里更难受。然后又说“吃亏是福”我知道她对我的要求远远胜过其他人，我也不忍心让她失望，所以很努力地做人，很努力地做事。

还记得她的一句话对我影响很大“今日事，今日毕！”这么多年来，我一直谨记这句话，可以说这句话已经渗透到了我的生活，今天的脏衣服，我也从来不留到明天洗，呵呵，有点傻哦。

很感激有一个这么善良的老师引我英语入门，更重要的是那些品行影响我至今。阎老师，好久不见了，你还好吗，希望你幸福。还有，阎老师，知道吗，你笑起来比凶的时候美多了。
