月饼师傅先把1个面团平均分成4份，弄圆，压平，把馅放进去，卷到月饼面皮里去，到看不见馅的时候，再把月饼放到模器里压一压，敲几下就出来了，就变成有花纹的生月饼了。再把生月饼烤一烤，就可以吃了。

月饼师傅做了一遍，我就知道怎么做了。开始做月饼了，我们每人分到4种馅、1个面团、2个模器。我也先把1个面团平均分成4份，弄圆，压平，把馅放进去，包好，再放到模器里，敲几下就出来了，就变成生月饼了。

我做得很快，感觉自己做的月饼味道特别好吃。

今天，我参加了“杭州小记者网”组织的做月饼活动，我高兴得不得了。我们到了教工路上的碧桂园展示中心，先看了一会碧桂园的介绍，然后就开始做月饼了。总共有23个小记者参加做月饼比赛，我们每个人的桌子上都放了几样东西：几个大大的圆球，分别是豆沙蛋黄馅、水蜜桃馅、莲蓉馅，还有三个小小的面团和一些模具。师傅说：“先拿好这个小小的，圆圆的东西，这是面皮，把它揉的圆圆的，再压扁，接着包上陷，放到模具里用力一按，就好了。”

我当时觉得太容易了，不跟包饺子很像吗？我开始包豆沙月饼了，我把面皮搓圆，然后压压压，压得又扁又薄，忽然皮破了，粘到手上了；第二次，我在手上涂了一层面粉，结果皮还是弄破了；第三次，我小心翼翼地把面皮压扁，然后把豆沙馅放在上面，却只能包住大半个，我没办法了，只能把面皮一点点地扯过去，结果还是有些地方没包到，我就想了法子，把馅按进去，再用面皮合上，总算包好了，放进模具里一按，呀，底下有点面皮出来了!我急忙停止按，然后慢慢取出，糟糕!连模具都取出来了，怎么办？我小小心心地把模具拿掉，总算完好无损。第一个月饼做成功拉!第二个，我有了经验，包起了莲蓉月饼。莲蓉的颜色和面皮太像了，弄得我一会儿把莲蓉馅当面皮，一会儿又将面皮当莲蓉馅。

好在面皮和莲蓉馅总有些区别，我修修补补，好不容易面皮上看不到莲蓉馅了。我放到模具里使劲一压，莲蓉月饼就掉了出来，这个看起来比较漂亮了，简直跟商场里的一模一样。第三次，我包的是水蜜桃月饼，我做得极为认真，慢慢地包，有半点缝隙都不罢休。终于，包得美完无缺了，可是我在压的时候，出现了意外：老妈忽然大叫，说：“别按的太用力，小心又压出来!”结果我没怎么使劲按，结果拿出来的是一个胖墩墩的月饼。师傅看看我的月饼说：“莲蓉做得很好，豆沙也不错，就是蜜桃差了点。”我后悔死了，都是怪妈妈乱叫。后来，月饼考熟了，老师叫我们认自己的月饼。我一眼认出了我的月饼，谁叫我做了一个“独一无二”的“肥胖子”月饼呢？肯定是这一排，我说，结果师傅说：“对了!”我很高兴。最后师傅给我们23个小记者做的月饼评奖，评出了做的最好的是8号小记者，她做得最快最好，老师说她得这个奖是名至实归。

中秋节放假三天，我安排得满满的。第一天，到姥姥家，去吃团圆饭，还开起了欢乐的小型联欢会，我和姐姐都表演了节目，我们很开心!第二天，我们一起去了奶奶家吃烤肉，人好多啊!爷爷奶奶很高兴，大家一起烤肉、赏月，等等。大家可高兴了!晚上一点才回家。第三天，也过得很有意义，我们去看了电影叫“急速蜗牛”又上了兴趣班，中秋节真高兴!这是快乐的中秋节。

但是，月亮在哪呢?哦!乌云挡住了，虽然没有了月亮，然而，中秋节还是很快乐!

转眼间，中秋节又来了。中秋节呀，既可欣赏到美丽的圆月，又可吃到美味的食品月饼。

月饼，对于大家不是陌生的吧。那种皮薄、香甜、好咬的圆圆方方各种馅儿的东西让我们口水直往下流。烤得发黄发黑的香皮儿还模糊地印着点字，是写着这月饼是什么口味的。最普遍的就是莲容蛋黄、豆沙这类的了，而水果口味的则比较少有，但近年大力推广，(我就非常喜欢吃哦)别说，还真不错。

今年早早就发下了月饼，我禁不住月饼对我的诱惑，拿了二个来吃。咬着第一个月饼那薄薄的皮儿，嗯，真香，一口咬着了里面好吃的馅儿。馅儿是别具一格的草莓味，酱红色，软软滑滑的，还具有草莓的甘甜，配合稣皮，哇，真是太好吃了!我三两口便吃掉一个。随手拿起一个，细看上面的字，写着：哈密瓜。哈密瓜味啊，看起来挺不错。干脆大口咬，露出了里面深绿色、柔嫩美味的馅儿。哈密瓜味既有甜味，又有点酸味，还有点月饼味哪。真是越吃越好吃。看来这次吃月饼可是头一回吃到那么好吃的水果月饼哦，哈哈!

对于吃月饼的习俗我想大家一定都很熟悉吧，这是每个过中秋节的人都会过的习俗，不管哪个地方的人只要是过中秋节就一定会吃月饼赏月。

中秋节，大家一定都很熟悉吧?中秋节是中国的传统佳节，这一天，人们要吃月饼赏月，还要摆上一桌好菜。

中秋节这天，在外地的亲人也要尽量赶回家团圆。如果实在不能回家的，家人也会把他(她)的饭菜留着，望着月亮，仿佛看见了自己的亲人一样。

也许有人会这样想：如果都到齐了呢?还不是要呆呆地望着月亮，无聊死了!告诉你吧，赏月是为了乞求在月亮上成仙的嫦娥保佑平安的。哈，中秋节还是个平安“结”!

我的爸爸是个出差王，平时都忙得不可开交。就算回来了也要上班，没几天又要出差，连续几年他都没办法在中秋节这天回家。今年爸爸终于有时间回来和我们一起过中秋节了，我真是太高兴了!

the mid-autumn festival has all interesting history. long ago in one of the dynasties of china there was a king who was very cruel to the people and did not manage the country well. the people were so angry that some brave ones suggested killing the king. so they wrote notes telling about the meeting place and time and put them into cakes. on the 15th day of the 8th lunar month every person was told to buy the cakes. when they ate them they discovered the notes. so they gathered together to make a sudden attack on the king. from then on the chinese people celebrate on the 15th day of the 8th lunar month and eat "moon cakes" in memory of that important event.

when the mid-autumn festival is near, shop windows are beautifully decorated. many "moon cakes" are displayed for people to buy. people send presents such aswine, fruits and "moon cakes" to their friends and relatives. in the evening of the day, they have a feast. after the feast, they go out to the garden to look at the moon. the children run and laugh on the streets.

it is believed that the moon is at her brightest on this night. many poems have been written about it, and poets are never tired of reading and writing such poems. in chinese literature, the moon of the mid autumn festival has been compared to a looking-glass, a jade rabbit, and so on. it seems that chinese literature takes far more interest in the moon than in the sun.

农历8月15日--中秋节到了，又可以和家人一起吃月饼赏月了。

在皎洁的明月下，也许有不少人正坐在自家的阳台上，一边“举头望明月”，一边惬意的品尝着月饼吧;也许有些人家家中的小孩子还在那儿唱着“八月十五月儿圆，爷爷为我打月饼呀……”的歌儿吧;我们家也不例外，未到中秋，妈妈就带回了一大盒月饼。

这盒月饼的盒子很精美，在盒子的最下方有一个米白色的蝴蝶结，中间写着四个斗大的字：诚月爱礼，还有一段英文，最上面就是月饼的名称“AILI爱的礼物”和“LOVEGIFT”，左右有四个特别大的字，这些字是红色的，比盒子的颜色深了不少，所以看起来不太显眼。盒子里面有十二个直径为5厘米的小月饼，这些月饼样子稀奇而生动：乌梅月饼的表面印花像个古代皇帝的印章;金沙蛋黄白莲月饼虽然表面的线条弯弯曲曲，但给人以美的感觉;玉米马蹄爽月饼表面呈圆形，上面有一层又一层似波纹的线条，就像一个人的指纹;黑芝麻月饼外表很像奶奶家的纸窗……

月饼吃也不能白吃，吃也要知道它的由来。

中秋吃月饼的习俗，相传始于元代末年。当时中原广大人民不堪忍受元朝统治阶级的残酷统治，纷纷揭竿而起。有一支队伍的头领朱元璋为了传递信息，把“八月十五夜大起义”的纸条藏入月饼分头送到各路抗元力量，通知他们在八月十五一起行动，起义取得了成功，八月十五吃月饼的习俗就这样传开了。

月饼好吃，而且意义非凡，你可别只顾吃，而忽略它的意义哟!

Mid-autumn Festival is a popular and important lunar harvest festival celebrated by Chinese people。 The festival is held on the 15th day of the eighth month in the Chinese calendar。 There are some traditions in this holiday。 For example， people would have a big dinner with there families。 After dinner， they often enjoy the full moon which is round and bright。 The other tradition of mid-autumn festival is eating moon cake。 Moon cake is the essential of that day， which means reunion。 As time goes by， there are various kinds of moon cakes， but they are much more expensive than before。 I like mid-autumn festival because my families will get together and have a big dinner on that day。
