人体的运动系统是由骨骼、关节、肌肉组成，经常参加长跑运动，提高关节的灵活性；有效的提高肌肉的力量和耐力。

冬季长跑可以重新塑造完美体形、体态长跑属于有氧代谢运动，在运动中需要大量的氧和营养物质来供给人体运动的需要，在运动中多余的脂肪被消耗掉就能使得原本臃肿肥胖的体形得到改善，达到重新塑造体形的效果。

在冬季长跑中由于受到季节温度和环境的影响会遇到很多的困难，如天气寒冷，空气干燥都是对人在跑步时形成的自然困难因素，在这样的环境中锻炼一方面在锻炼体质，另一方面也是对人的意志品质的锻炼。

I am very glad to be here for this interview. First let me introduce myself. My name is abc, 25 years old. I come from Weifang, a beautiful city of Shandong Province. I graduated from Commercial College in July, 2001 and major in finance. Then, I was a teacher in abc, When I was a senior school student, I am interested in thought and began to read a certain classic work of Marxism, especially I finished reading “the florilegium of Mao ZeDong”. 同学们，环保知识你们了解多少，知道多少？保护环境是人类有意识地保护自然资源并使其得到合理利用，防止自然环境受到污染和破坏。环境遭破坏的原因有许多，有人为原因，也有自然原因。不过大多数是人们乱砍乱伐，乱扔垃圾等因素。

近几年，因为人类大量砍伐树木、破坏环境，使植被遭到破坏，造成了土地沙漠化、水土流失等现象。树木也渐渐减少，于是，二氧化碳无法吸收，大量的二氧化碳使空气变得温暖，就造成了世界上目前出现的状况：气温逐渐增高。

然而，造成这个现象的原因是什么呢？我们人类为了自己的生存、为了自己生活的更好，不顾地球母亲的身体。工厂里乱排放污水，烟囱冒着浓浓黑烟，乱砍伐森林树木，浪费资源……使清澈的河水变得浑浊，茂密的森林变得狼狈不堪，蔚蓝的天空变得灰暗，碧绿的青山变得光秃秃。所以，使江河附近的水土流失，造成了洪水这个现象。泥石流、森林火灾、动物绝迹、水源严重缺乏等一连串的灾害接二连三，使我们的地球母亲难以承受。这都是人们自作自受的后果，损失了这么多，我们能怪谁呢？还不是怪我们自己，我们每一个人都有一份责任，毕竟，地球是我们大家共同的。

这些年来，我们国家也受到了严重的环境污染，特大沙尘暴在我国一次又一次发生，它将会掩埋草地、吞毁家园，严重地影响了人民的生活，使我们难以生存。绿色的草地将会变成沙漠，大树将会永远卧倒在地，而我们也不会快乐生活：幸福没有了，亲人没有了，连我们赖以生存的地球也会在茫茫宇宙中粉碎，就像玻璃摔在地上一样。然而这不仅是沙尘暴带来的灾难。

每当4月22日，这是地球的节日，至今已经30年了，就因为"三废"污染（废水、废气、废渣）和"十大污染"，每年造成了全世界部分人患病、残废、甚至死亡。然而，白色污染已经有了自由，它在天空中胡作非为，把空气和臭氧层的衣服扎破，他让沙漠上的沙子飞得永远不得停息，搅乱了人民的生活。大自然不敢与它作对，匆匆忙忙的离开了人们。

如果我们再不能够制止，白色污染会给人类严重的惩罚，到了最后，不仅是珍稀的动植物，就连我们人类，最终将会灭绝在沙漠上。

而我们，难道就只能袖手旁观吗？难道我们只能看着这美丽而脆弱的地球永远消失在人间吗？从此，我们还能看到风吹草地见牛羊，白云下面马儿跑的那种景象吗？虽然我们只是学生，但是我们能够为家乡做出一点贡献，让地球在希望中崛起

The main reason of water shortage is the rapid growth of population. People use different ways to get water, the water sources are being stretched to their limits. It needs international cooperation and worldwide awareness to solve the problems of water shortage. Every ordinary people should realize the importance of water protection and save water. The government should take some effective measures to protect the water. Such as build more systems to clean-up the water, and collect the rainwater. Only in these ways, we can sustain our life.

解决水资源短缺的问题需要全球的合作和提高人们的环保意识。让每个普通人明白了解到保护水的重要性。政府理应采取有力措施来保护水资源。例如建造更多的净化水系统，收集雨水等等。只有这样，我们才能生存下去。
