xx老师讲了言传身教的重要性，做了一个小小的游戏，看似小儿科的，但是的确是包含着一个深刻的道理，我们作为家长的言行举止直接影响了我们的孩子。的确如此，我们常说：父母是孩子的第一任老师，优秀孩子多是优质教育的结果，问题孩子多是问题家庭的产物。孩子的问题大多不是孩子自身造成的，而是父母问题的折射，父母常常是孩子问题的最大制造者，同时也是孩子改正错误与缺点的最大障碍者。作为家长，我们要与孩子一起学习，一起成长。

感恩老师，让每班的班主任站到自己的队伍前面，罗杰老师精彩的演讲，让学生无不落泪，孩子们也把老师当做了亲人，罗老师让每个学生都向前面给班主任老师一个拥抱或是鞠上深深的一躬。看着班主任老师和孩子们一张张泪流满面的脸，我心里感觉也挺难受，他们所做的的工作也就是我们所做的呀！踏着晨曦来到学校第一件事就是看看自己班的学生到齐没有，没来的学生还要联系家长，问明原因，踏着夜幕才能归家，作为我们教师为了学生无怨无悔，我们真的是把他们当成自己的孩子看待啊！此刻每位老师的心里是感动吧！

感恩父母，让孩子拉住爸妈或亲人的手，让孩子看看自己亲人头上增添的白发，脸上增添的一道道皱纹，都是为了你们日夜操劳，我看着我闺女泪流满面的脸抱着我说：”妈妈我爱你“我也止不住泪流了，我们一生最大的财富就是自己的孩子呀！感动，孩子真的是长大了，也懂事了!此刻家长的心里感到欣慰吧！

整个会场之所以达到如此的高潮，产生如此的效果，随着故事情节时而悲伤，时而欢快，时而平静，时而激昂，牵动着在场的每一个人。

总之，本次演讲报告，无论是对学生、家长还是老师，都是一次心灵的启迪。它让学生学会了感恩，让我们家长学会了如何教育孩子，望子成龙，望女成凤是我们每个做家长的心愿，以后我们的孩子成年以后无论他们是贫穷还是富有，不管他们从事什么职业，只要他们是一个懂得感恩并知恩图报的人，才是天底下最富有的人。

我的学习计划(My Study Plan)

Today is March 8th, the new term, the last but the most important term of junior high has been on for more than seven days. It means that there are only about three months left for us to study.

We suddenly feel that time passes so fast. We still remember the first day we come to this famous middle school, but now, two and a half years has passed. Have you ever looked back and thought, what you did and learnt in the two and a half years? And how much did you learn from teachers, books or in any other ways?

To ask yourselves, have you ever wasted time? If you say “never”, that’s very good. But if you say “Yes, often,” it is so regretful. But everything has passed anyhow, we can’t get it back, so the only thing we can do is, to make better use of the time.

From now on, study hard. It’s not so late that everything can’t be changed yet. Everything is possible only if you try your best to do it. Believe yourselves, “Every man has his price.” Maybe you are good at study, you are good at singing or you do well in drawing……

The spring Festival  coming soon! The festivel  considereded the most important one for Chinese people. It  on the first day of lunar year. It  also the day of reunion among family members. Traffic safety is everybody＇s business. Records show that every year a lot of people die in traffic accidents. Some of the accidents are due to mechanical problems. 能成为一名圣洁的白衣天使一直是我的向往、我的追求，是我最大的梦想。

当我选择了护士这个专业的时候，我就在心里默默对自己说：“我既然选择了这个职业，就一定要好好努力，掌握最高的护理技术，救好每一位病患，成为一名合格的护士。”

当我第一次走进丹东市中医药学校，看到了南丁格尔的照片，看到了我心中出身名门的女神，就更加坚定了我的信念，我发誓要向南丁格尔学习，成为像她那样出色的护士。

在医院里我为爷爷做了许多事。比如：药水没了，需要一个人去请护士阿姨来换药水，爷爷想吃点水果之类的东西，我看着别人都买了些水果去看亲人。这件事也不外除我。我立马跑到水果店，买了一篮水果，拎着这篮水果，气喘吁吁地走到爷爷身边。把一个苹果皮削掉，然后把递给爷爷，说：“爷爷吃个苹果吧！”

特别是晚上，我为了爷爷可以睡上一晚好觉。一晚上我都没睡，一直坐在爷爷旁边守着。看着药水一点一滴流入老人的体内。爷爷要上厕所了，我就小心翼翼地把点滴瓶举得高高的。

爷爷在我精心地照顾下，爷爷的身体渐渐强壮起来了。病友都夸我是名优秀的“护士”，是个有孝心的小朋友。虽然我把我的玩耍时间牺牲了，但我觉得当爷爷的“小护士”很快乐。

This is the earth.The green part is land.The blue part is sea.The white part is clouds.Our earth is very beautiful and interesting.There are rivers, streams, seas and lakes.There are hills and mountains.There arejungles and forests.There are many countries and cities.There are many people live in them.Do you think the earth is very wonderful?Many years ago, the earth is very clean.But nowadays there is much pollution on the earth.There is air pollution, land pollution and water pollution.People are cutting down the forests.Many wild animals, birds and insects lose their homes.Its very cruel.

People are polluting the land, the water and the air.People must stop doing this.We must save the earth.We must save our home.

Nowaday, The number of the traffic accidents has been growing in recent years. In 2004, up to 570,000 road accidents occurred in China, which claimed a total of 109,000 lives. The situation got worse in 2008. Statistics show that merely from January to October saw 566,000 tragedies happen with a higher death rate.

The above aching fact reminds us that it s high time we faced and solves this problem! Though our country owns only 2% of the world cars, it contributes amazingly 22% to the total accidents! Doubtlessly, our country ranks first as the most serious traffic accident rate.

China cannot afford millions of life losses, and we can not let the sorrow slow down our development speed. The government must play the most important role in solve the problem. Strict traffic rules should be made, and more importantly, practiced and followed. According to some other countries experience, high fine may also help. Slow down the speed of cars, as well as our country, there are always something worth your attention.

I made a dicision to run for an election for the monitor.I felt nervous ,because i didnt good at talking with others.After school ,i got on line to look up how tp give wonderful speeches.The artical not only introduced the information on communication skills,but also recommend,a lecture about communication.I bought the admission ticket to go to listen the lecture.The old profferser taught how to keep confident and how to be persuasive.I listened carefully,and praticed a lot of time.

On the eletion day,I deliver a speech on the rostrum,I was confident and determined.When I concluded the speech,the loudly applause told me,I was elected.

早上好！大家好！经过了一个平安、愉快的假期，我们满怀着新的希望迎来了新学期。俗话说：“栽什么树苗结什么果，撒什么种子开什么花。”回顾上个学期，我们播种过希望、我们曾有过收获，但是也有些遗憾或失落。怎样发扬成绩，弥补过去的不足？这是摆在我们每位同学面前并且需要用实际行动来回答的又一个问题。那么请问亲爱的同学，在这个春季里，你打算播下什么样的种子呢？回顾上个学期，我们播种过希望、我们曾有过收获，同学们在知识海洋里尽情享受着学习的快乐。但是回顾昨天，也有些遗憾，我们还有一部分同学在学习上努力还不够，没有取得理想的成绩。为了能让我们梦想成真，就让我们在新的学期里发扬互帮互助、积极主动、探索创新、努力进取的精神，取得各自满意的成绩。共同描绘西杨庄小学美好的明天！新学期我们面临新的机遇与新挑战，俗话说：“良好的开端等于成功的一半。怎样争取新学期有一个良好的开端，在这里，我向同学们提几点建议：第一，将快乐学习视为搞好学习的前提，把学习当成人生的乐趣。

一个人成功与否，决定的因素很多。作为学生的成功最根本的是学习。学习要快乐学习，要快乐思考，综合起来，才会有创新。快乐学习，抓紧时间读书。一边读书，一边思考，让自己的大脑活跃起来，丰富起来。用前人的经验来充实自己，先学习前人，然后发展前人，最后才有自己的发现和创造。快乐学习，在不断的学习中发现、研究和创新，才能使自己更加聪明起来。才能为日后走向社会、融入社会、服务社会，打下宽厚扎实的基础。更重要的是快乐学习，可以在学习中解除自己的疑惑，在学习中增长见识，获取更多的信息，让视野更开阔，让思路更敏捷，让心灵更充实，让自己更有智慧，从而实现自己的理想。

第二、将学习态度视为搞好学业的关键，学业成功的过程离不开勤奋、认真、刻苦和信心。

亲爱的同学们，你们正处在打基础的阶段，希望你们严格遵守学校的规章制度，养成认真听课的好习惯。听好课是吃正餐，利用课余时间去补课则是吃零食，课余时间长时间去补课既疲惫辛苦，收效也不会很明显，是典型的捡了芝麻丢了西瓜，要把课堂当成提高成绩的主渠道。要养成不懂就问、敢于质疑的好习惯。

第三，将学校视为健康成长的乐园，创设一个优美的环境，人人讲文明、人人爱校

“诚于心而行于外”，每寸校园都代表学校面貌，每个班级都是学校的缩影，每个同学都代表学校的形象。校园就是我们的家，文明校园要靠我们大家。关心学校，是我们的职责；爱护学校，是我们的义务；热爱学校，是我们的心声。我们要大力提倡“爱校教育”、“文明教育”，做到校园讲文明：即文明用语，文明行路、文明着装、文明用餐。文明素质展现在我们的一点一滴、一言一行中，文明的具体表现在校园里见到老师、来宾、家长主动问好，我们每一位同学管住自己的口，不说粗话、不随地吐痰；管住自己的手，不乱扔垃圾，多弯弯腰，随手捡起一张废纸。我们学校管理严、校风正、学风好、教风勤得到社会赞誉，希望每位同学人人文明守礼，人人心理健康，人人争做全面发展的学生。

同学们，新的学期是一个新的开始，是一轮新的希望，更是一个新的征程，让我们全校师生上下一心，已更新的理念，更新的姿态，更加扎实的行动来证明，从现在开始，我们一定会做得更好！
