College is always considered as a turning point in our educational career and life. I would use adaptationas the key word when describing my first year at college.

Nowadays, the problem of academic plagiarism becomes more and more serious. In orderto earn academic titles, some teachers plagiarize others academic papers; in order tograduate smoothly, some college students plagiarize others graduation papers. Thanksgiving, or Thanksgiving Day, is coming. Its a traditional North

2.28 星期二 晴

今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

3.5 星期一

昨天穿了整天的高跟鞋跑来跑去，傍晚到住处时脚痛得很厉害，都是高跟鞋惹的祸。今天我终于放弃我坚持足足两天的“职业淑女装”计划，改穿帆布鞋了，虽然看起来有点“不敬业”但至少我精神状态好多了，晚饭也算是能咽下了。今天下午总负责人赫老师给开了个小会，会上总结了一周班级的基本情况，听起来都是些琐碎的小事情，例如老师的表现是否合格，学生课堂表现等等。赫老师用聊天的方式很细心的分析着这些，不仅仅吸引老师们的注意，连所有其他负责老师也不自觉的被吸引过去了，我在一边看着赫老师，一边瞧瞧其他老师的反应。真不知道让我发言的时候能不能也有这样的效果，希望有吧。不过接手前的这个星期有点像被判“死缓”，哈哈。

天正式给学生上高中的课了班上有20几个学生和听课的老师，但是我一点没有紧张。因为可能培训的时候适应了吧上课做了一次单元测试，所以后来我就讲了一节试卷评讲课，一节单词的讲解。讲试卷时明显就发现了自己的不足，知道答案却难以讲解的明白。每个题目都得到字典上去寻求解释，还需要向老师请教如何讲解。很多很细微的知识点也要向学生解释清楚的。经过这几节课的实践，自己虽然还是难以把握讲解的方法，总算还是学得了一些。自己感觉在讲解试卷时，内容会很枯燥，同学们听着也很无聊，开始在下面做别的了，谁料被坐在下面的老师发现了，把他们教育了一番，可能是我光顾着自己讲了，都没怎么注意下面的同学的反应。这一点以后一定得避免。回顾这四周的时间我是专心的，但专心不一定等于成功，我究竟是一名实习生，在知识的构建上还存在着许多断章，还缺乏教学经验，甚至因为读错了某个英语单词或某个字后，或者写错了某句话，老师把错误指出来后而无地自容。但是我想通过两个月的实习我一定会越来越好的。

Yesterday, Qiingdao University College of automation engineering, Qingdao Youth Volunteer Association jointly launched a dust motes do, love “ ” public welfare activities, I as a youth volunteer association had the honor to participate in the fund-raising activities. The fundraiser is to raise money to sell things, activities carried out in the center of Qiingdao University campus. YVA volunteers were divided into 6 groups, each group of 10 people in general, green campus everywhere can see the figure of the workers to raise money. I dont think its necessarily a volunteer to be a volunteer, but not a volunteer. In my opinion, volunteering is just a term. Every one of us can do volunteer work anytime and anywhere in our daily life. 昨天，青岛大学自动化工程学院青年志愿者协会携手青岛微尘发起了一场名为“做微尘，献爱心”的公益活动，我作为一名青协义工有幸参与了这场募捐活动。此次募捐活动主要是以义卖物品的方式来募集善款，活动在青岛大学中心校区进行。我们青协义工共分为6个小组，每组一般10人，青大校园内随处可见义工们募集善款的身影。说实话，当我穿上市南义工工作服的时候，我感到无比的骄傲和自豪，那时的我突然觉得自己多了一份使命，觉得自己也可以为社会，为他人贡献自己的一份力量了。

走在青大的校园中，好心的师哥师姐随处可见，每当我们说明白活动后，师哥师姐们都会献出自己的一份爱心。其实在我看来钱多钱少都无所谓，只要有那份心就足够了。涓涓细流般的小爱同样可以汇聚成汪洋恣肆般的大爱。正如歌曲中唱的那样：“只要人人都献出一份爱，世界将变成美好的人间

我认为其实并不是一定压迫成为义工群里的成员才是义工，而不是成员就不义工了。在我看来，义工只是一个称谓，我们每个人日常生活中随时随地都可以去做义工。比如：帮助老人过马路，为别人捡起掉下的东西，再比如在公交车上为老人让座，等等等等，只要你在做这些东西了，你就是一名义工了。

做义工最重要的是一份心，一份愿意为别人服务，帮助别人解决困难的心。做义工没有大事小事之分，古人云：勿以善小而不为。而我们做义工就是要向小事看齐，做到小事时时为，大事集体为。

如果我们不断地通过自己在任何时候的任何行为去尽自己力所能及的力量去帮助别人，去影响身边的人，是他们参加进来，去帮助需要帮助的t他人，我们做义工的目的就要到达了。

The environmental pollution is worse and worse today. Many trees are cut

down, and water and air are polluted. As a student I try to have a low-carbon

n my understanding, if we refer to an ideal college life as a formal western dinner, then a high GPA, that is, Grade Point Average, should be the main course, while an active part in activities, together with associations, means the appetizer. Some romances, of course, play the role as desserts. They are the 3 key elements for an ideal college life.

Those, however, are not what college life is all about. As we all know, college is wildly different from middle school. It connects not only adolescence to adulthood, but also the ivory tower to the real society. Therefore, the ideal college life is that I become matured both physically and mentally, and that I obtain qualified academic knowledge and get well prepared for society at the same time.

Under this circumstance, I never expect my college life to be too ideal, or you can call it too perfect. However, this does little good to my future. What really helps is hardships like failure, betrayal, and unjust treatment. The summer holiday is going to the end. I am happy in the holiday, because

I do a lot of things. Now, the new term is coming, so I must make a plan for it.

In the new term, I must work harder. I did not do very well in the last term.

more readings. Books are the best resources to get knowledge. So I want to make
