The usage of Internet becomes one of the most controversial topics in the society. As a student, I believe Internet is beneficial to me more than the way it harms me. There are many advantages for using Internet.

Another advantage to use Internet is that I can stay home and have a lecture online. 民以食为天，食品安全不可忽视，它关乎人们的健康，稍有不慎就会危及生命!

有人会问：“那吃什么好那?”是呀!应该吃什么那?鸡、鸭、鹅中会有工业盐，蔬菜中会有残余的农药，饮料里会有色素，就连猪肉都被注水。我们还能去吃一些什么呢?应该去吃去什么?餐桌上的菜你还敢不敢吃?

电视上经常报道，瘦肉精、苏丹红、地沟油等。就连三鹿奶粉也被说是“毒奶粉”有些不法商贩为了减少成本竟然用可以导致致癌的工业盐充当食用盐。这些致癌食品它们打着“廉价”的旗号，来销售给那些不知情的人。虽然已经查封了许多没有“生产许可证”的厂家。但是还有许多不法厂家没有被查封，危险还隐藏在我们身边!

俗话说：“人是铁，饭是钢，一顿不吃饿得慌”我们虽然不能制止不法商家但是我们可以不去买三无食品，所以我们应当选择安全食品，有生产日期，有qs号等食品。我想如果我们每一个人都能在买东西前看看生产日期，选择有qs的食品那么就不会让不法商家有可乘之机!

2月6日，中国首次特别设立了食品安全工作高层次议事协调机构——国务院食品安全委员会，成员包括国务院29个部委中的15个。农业部、卫生部、质检总局、工商总局、食品药品监督管理局等有关部门分工协作。

我相信每个人只要不被蒙骗，加上管理局的管理，不法商家就会不攻自破!

班会目的： 通过此次班会，意在用众多鲜明的事例，对学生进行网络安全、健康、文明教育，使其具有正确对待网络的思想，并能充分利用网络资源，从我做起，携手建设网络世界。

班会内容： 分三个内容进行，分别是网络安全、网络健康、网络文明。

一、网络安全 网络安全包含三方面含义：

第一是关于上网时个人信息资料的安全，第二是接入互联网时个人计算机的安全，第三是由网络接触转入现实接触时的人身安全。

1、个人信息资料的安全。当今社会是信息化(或数字化)的社会，个人信息安全非常重要。个人信息资料包括哪些呢?出生日期、身份证号码、家庭住址、电话号码、银行卡密码、电子信箱帐号密码、个人照片等等。 个人资料现已成为他人盗取的重要目标。

案例一：播放个人安全信息被泄露,危害几何短片.问:网络QQ聊天要注意什么?你如果遇到同样情况该怎么办?

案例二：播放储户存款不翼而飞短片。问：你从短篇中学到什么?不要用什么作为密码? 案例三：上周我校高一二班家长就接到电话，声称孩子急病进了华西。班主任让家长马上大款三万元。这种情况，应告诫家长如何做?

第三个案例和我们很贴近。

提示：不要将重要的个人信息提供到聊天室或公共讨论区;

2、个人计算机的安全。网络中高手如云，随着高科技手段的使用和普及，个人计算机已经成为黑客或不法分子的攻击目标。这也是我们在上网时经常遇到的情况。

提示：不点击不明链接;给电脑设置防火墙;及时打官方公布的系统补丁。

3、由网络接触转入现实接触时的人身安全。

案例一，网名为沙子的南京某大学英语专业学生，在聊天时被聊天经验丰富的伊春市毕冬冬的“网上形象”深深吸引，在与他第三次会面时被杀害了。与男网友见面三次后被杀。

案例二，一少女与男网友相处三个月怀孕两次，后男子消失。

案例三，请收看法制节目《十九岁少女遭6名网友轮奸》 面对QQ聊天室里既陌生又熟悉的头像，面对那一遍又一遍的请求，我们该怎么选择呢，是见，还是不见?

提示： A、不要轻易答应与聊天不久的网友见面，如必须见面，一定要多方了解其背景。 B、与网友见面应征得家人同意，在确保安全的条件下进行。 C、约会地点不要选择酒吧、舞厅等过于嘈杂或偏僻的地方，也不要选择在对方家中或自己的家中。 D、如发现情况不妙，断然拒绝(千万不要言辞含糊)进一步往来，紧急情况可拨打110或巧妙向路人求助。

二、网络健康 网络健康包括身体和心理两方面。 测一测：1、每天起床后情绪低落，头昏眼花，疲乏无力，食欲不振，或神不守舍，而一旦上网便精神抖擞，百“病”全消。 2、上网时表现得神思敏捷，口若悬河，并感到格外开心，一旦离开网络便语言迟钝，情绪低落，怅然若失。3、只有不断增加上网时间才能感到满足，从而使得上网时间失控，经常比预定时间长。 4、 无法控制去上网的冲动。5、每看到一个新网址就会心跳加快或心率不齐。6、只要长时间不上网操作就手痒难耐。有时刚刚离网就有又想上网的冲动。有时早晨一起床就有想上网这种欲望。甚至夜间趁小便的空也想打开电脑。7、每当因特网的线路被掐断或由于其它原因不能上网，便感到烦躁不安或情绪低落。8、 平常有不由自主地敲击键盘的动作，或身体有颤抖的现象。9、对家人或亲友隐瞒迷恋因特网的程度。10、 因迷恋因特网而面临失学、失业或失去朋友的危险。如果你其中有4项或4项以上表现，且持续时间已经达1年以上，那么就表明你已经患上了IAD。 “网络综合征(IAD)”，这种新的心理疾病使得沉溺网络不能自拔受到损害的问题成为目前心理学者的一个新课题。由于网络具有日新月异的变化，非常符合青少年的好奇心，导致青少年由最初的随意浏览到最终的深陷其中，只有在网络中才能找到乐趣和安慰，以至于在现实生活中无法与他人正常交往。 我们不可能抛弃网络，那叫因噎废食，那么，我们该怎样做才能保障我们的健康呢? 提示： A、珍爱生命，远离教唆性的有害游戏。 B、上网时间一天不要超过三小时，多做运动。 C、多余同龄人交流，避免上瘾。一但发现有过分依赖网络的症候，可求助于心理咨询。

三、网络文明 互联网是开放的，信息庞杂多样，既有大量进步、健康、有益的信息，也有不少反动、迷信、黄色的内容，上网的人也是良莠不齐。

案例一：有些网站污言秽语不绝于眼，给我们的生活带来了种种不合谐和极其不良的影响。不少青少年长期接触此类网站，一直处在一个虚拟的世界，从而失去了价值判断。

案例二：4月11日，满洲里市公安局侦破一起因网骂引发的人命案，死者不满16周岁，花季少年，命丧黄泉，只缘网骂。

案例三：一封建迷信网站，宣称有大师预测，内容包括八字预测、姓名预测、八卦预测、择旦等内容。 我们应怎样避免迷失在不良网络中呢? 提示：加强自身道德修养，不浏览封建迷信网站，不发布违法、污秽言论，不对他人进行人身攻击。结语：(播放tomykim) 要做安全、健康、文明上网的青少年，必须遵守“全国青少年网络文明公约”：? 要善于网上学习 不浏览不良信息? 要诚实友好交流 不侮辱欺诈他人? 要增强自护意识 不随意约会网友? 要维护网络安全 不破坏网络秩序?

Currently, many problems concerning the safety of food have popped up. As for me, I believe at least three factors account for this issue.

First, I observe that profits drive many food producers to commit illegal things. They aim to gain more money at the expense of consumers’ health. Second, the overuse of agricultural pesticide has resulted in the degradation of food quality. The excessive pesticide bears enormous health hazard for people. Furthermore, some food producers inject hormones into domestic animals so as to make them grow more quickly and thus they can turn in more profit. As a result, people’s health has been seriously disturbed.

The Internet is one of the most discoveries of the twentieth century . More and more people or using the Internet . They usually use internet to send E-mails and play games . In many ways it has changed or will change our way of life .

人事有代谢，往来成古今，江山留胜迹，我辈复登临。踏寻先辈的履印，消防安全也是我们一直追寻的主题。而我对此却不以为然，对消费安全也并不重视。但那一天，我却明白了消防安全的重要性。

那天我漫步于灯火阑珊的街道，天上乌云遮住了半边太阳，望着四周人群，络绎不绝;嗅着街旁丁香，芬芳四溢;听着树上小鸟，余音缭绕。陶醉于周末闲暇之中，一切都是那么美好。但一声尖叫，打破了这一份宁静。

“着火啦!救命啊!”一声尖叫传来，街上的行人听到了顿时惊恐万分，人们抱着头，跌跌撞撞地朝南边涌去。

就这样，一场关乎生死的追逐战开始了。

“红流”席卷了大半个街道，它如同魔鬼一般，吞噬着街道上的一切。

一段时间过去了，人们早已身心疲惫，豆大的汗珠从额头上滚落下来，人们你拥我挤。忽然有一位妇女跌倒了，她坐在地上，睁大眼睛，张大嘴巴，恐惧地盯着那个恶魔，已经对生存不抱希望。

但命运并没有抛弃她——消防员来了。他们站在火堆前井然有地指挥着人们，救起妇女后，准备开始控制火情。但却发现消防栓被无良档主封死了，并在周围摆满了花花草草。顿时，那几位消防员也束手无策，跟着人流继续奔跑了起来。

一阵大风掠过，“红流”加速开始追赶，“红流”马上要追上人流，人们的心都是紧绷的，我们大口大口喘着粗气，拼命地向前跑去。不可思议的事情发生了——天空中下起了倾盆大雨!这场雨控制住了这股“红流”，人们心里的那块石头也落了下来。

次日，我再次路过这条被火烧得狼狈不堪的街道，偶然听到了两个男人的对话。

“这怎么了?”一个男人问道。

“被大火烧了，死了十几个人，听说原因是因为有一家店里煤气没有关紧发生了爆炸。”

“活该!谁叫他们不注意消防安全呢?”

听到这里，我再也忍受不住，跪在地上痛哭起来，顿时，我好像懂得了什么道理……

消防安全伴我行，那次惊心动魄的追逐，我彻底懂得了消防安全的重要性。

_我们观看了网络安全小知识的几个视频，看完后我又知道了许多小知识。

在第一、二个视频中，两个小孩的qq号都被盗了，都是因为点击了带有木马病毒的文件。qq号被盗以后，我们应该先下载杀毒软件给电脑杀毒，再到qq账号服务中心找回密码，然后再把自己的密码进行修改，就可以有效防止qq号被盗了。要想防止被盗，就要提高警惕不要去点击一些陌生文件，就不会是电脑中毒，嫌疑犯也就没有可乘之机了。

第三个视频中，一个高中生再打开播放器的同时，就已经进入嫌疑犯的圈套了，他打开的淘宝，其实是播放器附带的虚拟软件不是真的。所以他购买的材料也就没有订单记录了.

要想防止这种事情的发生，我们要相信天上不会掉馅饼——不会有免费的电影观看，还要选择正规安全的一些网站观看。

第四个视频中，只要嫌疑犯下载一个软件，就可以随意冒充各种银行，给受害人发信息，当受害人输入自己的账号密码时，这些信息已经被不法分子知道了，他们就可以随心所欲的受用受害人的银行卡。其实当我们收到不法分子冒充银行发来的信息时，可以打电话咨询银行真实消息，也可以下载安全卫士软件，点击左上角的照妖镜来鉴定网站安全不安全。

虽然网络现在很发达，给了不法分子可乘之机，但只要我们使用安全的网站，下载杀毒软件，提高警惕，就可以保护自己网上秘密的安全，让不法分子远离你。

网络，这块充满着神秘色彩与诱惑力的被彩纸包着的糖果。对于现在的我们来说，这早就不是什么新鲜事了。它是我们的老师，是人与人之间的交流器，是我们学习的好帮手，更是我们通往知识宝库的大门钥匙。从网络中，我们不仅可以迅速了解世界各地的信息与发生的事情，还能学到许多知识，宽阔我们的“视野”，使我们懂得的知识更多更广阔。

登陆网站看新闻固然好，但是同学们，现在的网站并不都是“绿色”网站，其中还有一些混水摸鱼混过去的黄色“垃圾”网站。每当你要登陆一个网站时，一定要慎重考虑，静下心来问问自己：“看这个网站能学到那些知识?有哪些好处呢?根据我提议：每次上网之前，应先把防火墙打开，因为防火墙可以抵挡一些黄色网站和病毒的侵袭。
