一、参加对象

设区市参加对象为中小学校在校学生;省直管县(市)参加对象为中小学校在校学生、教师及家长(含幼儿园教师和家长)。

今个星期学校布置了我们全体学生和家长一齐收看南方电视台卫视频道《中小学生夏季安全教育第一课》，看后我受到了深刻的教育。这个节目主要介绍了中小学生在遇到溺水、地震、洪水、车祸等灾难时该如何避免和如何应对。

人的生命只有一次，所以我们要珍爱自我生命。让我们一齐行动起来吧，学会一些逃生和自救的小常识，使自我和他人能避免或减少受到的伤害，时刻把安全铭记在心，让我们健康快乐地成长！观看了《中小学生夏季安全教育第一课》，之后最令我印象深刻的是关于遇到溺水方面的问题的解决方法和防御。每年中小学生发生的溺水事故占到了全国溺水事故的三分之一，也就是说，在十个意外死亡的小学生中，就有七个是溺水身亡的，这是一个多么惊人的数字！每年夏天我们都能在电视上看到关于有人溺水身亡的新闻。但是，只要我们做好以下的几点就能够防止杯具的发生：

一、不要独自和小朋友一齐游泳，需要去时，必须要有大人的陪同；

二、不要到水况不明的地方游泳；

三、遇到他人落水时不要盲目地下水自救，能够把救生圈、绳子、树枝等东西抛向落水者，并在岸上向过路的大人求救；

四、在下水前务必做好准备运动；

五、不能在游泳的过程中做危险动作；

六、当自我溺水的时候不要过度惊慌，持续镇定，尽量把眼睛和鼻子露出来，不要用力挣扎，因为越挣扎沉得越快。

除了溺水，就是交通安全导致的死亡人数最多。每年交通安全事故发生就是在于人们不遵守交通规则，而多数的交通事故都是乱穿马路，不看红绿灯，跨栏等等。我们要遵守交通规则，做到红灯停、绿灯行，不跨栏，平时在路上行走时不要在路上嬉戏必须要注意路况这样就能减少交通事故的发生。

观看了这个节目后我真是获益良多。明白如何去应对突然而来的自然灾害，在平时日常生活中如果注意个人安全。生命是世界上最宝贵的东西，珍惜生命，让我们牢记安全知识，让我们一齐努力，学会保护自我，在祖国这片土地上撑起一片安全的蓝天；也为建设和谐社会校园付出自我的努力！从注意安全做起，同学们我们一齐加油吧！
