说到网络，就不得不说到网络聊天。现在的许多同学都有一个属于自己的QQ号，利用QQ号和网友进行聊天、交流、吐纳不快。但有些同学却用一些脏话来辱骂他人，以其取乐。他就没有想到网友的感受，这是不对的。同时，这也是禁止刷屏的原因之一。

在家里，在学校，我们是言而守信的好孩子，在与网幼交谈的过程中，答应网友的事情一定要言而守信，如期完成。一个人相貌不好不要紧 ，家庭条件不好也没关系，最重要的是要学会做人的美德―信任，守信。对待网友也一样，只有言而守信，才能博得网有得信任。

有时，你正在聊天，突然从桌面弹出一个未知者发送的信件。这时，你千万不要打开。因为，里面可能是病毒，发行商想趁电脑死机之际盗走你的重要文件。你一定要谨慎。

聊天时，如果网友无意中邀请你到某某某地方，你一定要三而后行，因为毕竟他只是网友，不是你的“白雪公主”或“白马王子”，他可能是你真正的朋友，也可能是无恶不做的坏蛋。你一定要学会说：“不”。

网络是一把双刃剑，对于我们青少年健康成长既有有利的一面，也有不利于我们的一面，我们一定要利用它好的一面，让它帮我们学习，帮我们走向成功。

As is known to all， food is a priority for the mon people.Recently，

however， reports about food problems have often been seen in the newspapers，

showing that people have always been concerned about what they eat every day.

The reason for this problem is that some of the food producers are too fond of

making money， leading to the result that they use whatever will make the food

look good or taste better without considering the bad consequences。 This is not

normal because people just cannot live without eating anything.

So we should take all the measures necessary to forbid the food producers

to make food that is not safe enough. Laws should be strengthened and the

government should have more control over these producers。 Only when people are

no longer worried about whether their food is safe or not can they enjoy a

现代信息网络技术的发展，尤其是互联网在中国的迅速发展，使中国人的社会存在方式大大地扩展与延伸，使中国开始步入互联网时代。互联网是一种新型媒体，它具有的互动多媒体的效果对未成年人产生了极大的吸引力，必然也对未成年人的思想道德产生了巨大的影响。这种影响有积极的一面，也有消极的一面。未成年人是指未满18岁的特殊群体。一般而言，他们的知识和阅历还不足以明辨是非，他们的世界观、人生观和道德观还没有成熟，还不足以抵制不良社会风气、习惯、观念和事物的影响。网络是一个信息的宝库，同时也是一个信息的垃圾场，学习信息、娱乐信息、经济信息以及各种各样的黄色、暴力信息混杂在一起，使网络成为信息的花筒。

互联网可以为我们提供各种学习的机会。互联网最大的用处就是它能给我们提供丰富的信息资料，传递信息。

互联网上有很多不良信息、毒害我们的心灵，存在大量淫秽文章、图片、电影和动画。即便一些正规网站，为了提高访问率也发布一些裸露的写真集，用挑逗的字眼和图片吸引网民访问。这些低级趣味的信息一旦被未成年人访问，就会很快侵入原本美好的心灵。许多孩子的堕落就是从偶尔看一次黄色录像，偶尔浏览一下色情网站开始的。一旦陷入，父母的打骂甚至哀求、老师的教育劝导都很难让他们回头。互联网上的网络游戏、虚掷光阴。网上有各种各样的游戏，其中不乏黄色、暴力的游戏。未成年人对游戏的痴迷超乎想象。网络游戏不再只是游戏，它还可能吃人!一个少年的沉溺，意味着一个幸福家庭的毁灭。记的电视上曾经报道了个节目，一个15岁的少年整天弥恋在电脑游戏中，原本他的学习成绩很好，自从爱上了电脑游戏后成绩一落千丈。再后来他每天上课注意力不集中，经常缺课。有1次居然在网吧里连续打了10天没喝一口水，吃的是方便面，他简直是达到了走火入魔的地步。后来他觉得无脸见老师同学，对不起他的爸爸妈妈就吃老鼠药自杀了。死前还写了一封信，名叫“天堂的来信”。1位15岁了少年就这样的去了，这篇报道告诉了我们小学生现在最重要的是学习，不要每天沉浸在电脑当中，否则将会一事无成!

互联网网络一半像是天使，一半像是魔鬼。一方面为我们开拓了知识的新领域，丰富了文化生活;同时，含有色情、暴力、赌博、愚昧的迷信和落后文化与有害信息传播，严重威胁着未成年人脆弱的心灵。

最后我还要告诉人们：电脑是可以玩的、互联网是可以上的、只要我们不去浏览一些色情网站、不陷入游戏中、我们就不会家毁人亡。

为贯彻落实中央关于网络安全和信息化的战略部署，响应教育部、省教育厅的号召，同时也为了加强我校学生树立网络安全的自我保护意识，提高网络安全防范技能，__镇中心小学开展了为期一周的有关网络安全知识宣传系列活动，具体总结如下：

一、精心组织，狠抓落实

为确保宣传周活动不走过场，达到预期效果，我校强化措施，狠抓落实，确保了活动取得实效。成立了以校长、书记为组长的宣传活动领导小组，全面负责本次宣传活动的方案拟定、工作部署、组织协调等工作。领导班子成员各负其责，全力按照上级的工作要求，做好本次宣传周的活动。

二、形式多样内容丰富

(一)举办五六年级网络安全主题手抄报比赛

组织五六年级学生参加“网络安全”主题手抄报比赛，通过制作手抄报的形式，激发学生学习网络安全知识兴趣，提升网络安全防护技能。本次比赛共收到60多张参赛作品，经过考评委员会成员会认真评选，共选出24张优秀作品，分别是五年一班：王佳怡、车政言、王仁智;五年二班：孙鑫、宋晓慧、兰文宣;六年一班：刘怡颖、杨清锐、刘洋、马潇、车恩达、宫婷婷、姜杰;六年二班：王灿、王雪怡、吴冰、王鑫来;六年三班：王维宇、郑佳宇、刘霏、林玫秀、赵志清、唐宁、刘庆霞。获奖作品展放到各个班级的宣传板上，并且为他们班级考核每人加一分。

(二)开展网络安全教育专题活动

1.悬挂网络安全横幅

在学校师生主要活动区域悬挂网络安全横幅，积极营造网络安全文化氛围。

2.网站宣传

在__中心网站开辟网络安全宣传专栏，发布相关的安全知识、法律法规及相关案例，供广大师生学习使用。

3.微信公众号推送网络安全信息

通过学校微信公众号面向全校师生及家长进行网络安全信息推送，将网络安全教育深入到各个方面。

4.校园广播宣传

活动期间，校园广播站广播有关网络安全的常识，提高师生网络安全意识。

(三)观看网络安全教育宣传片

为了达到较好的观看效果，同时又不影响学校的整体教学秩序，学校领导安排信息技术教师利用信息课的时间组织全校学生以班级为单位依次观看。宽敞的计算机教室里，孩子们一人一台电脑，在老师的合理安排下，进入普兰店教育网网络宣传专栏搜索相关教育宣传片进行观看。

三、效果明显深入人心

1、经过本次活动，全校师生对网络安全教育有了新的认识。对网络安全教育工作重视程度提高了，参与热情提高了，对网络的安全使用有了更深层次更全面的了解。

2、全校师生的网络安全意识明显提高。这次宣传活动，让全体师生基本树立了网络安全教育理念，认识到网络安全教育涉及到日常生活中的每一个人，认识到学习掌握应急知识的重要性，构筑出了网络安全的第一道防线，在增强师生们的网络安全防范意识和自我保护技能方面都取得了较好的效果。

now here i also like to list some of the disadvantages of internet,as you know,everything has its two-edges,for internet,is also the same case.one of the most disadvantages of internet is that network-game.espcially for that people in who has addicted.for same teenages,who are enchanted by the network game will get failure and deprogress or degradation in school work.and we should avoid the childen from tripping into such a volution.

another disadvantage is that internet crime.it means that somebody use the internet as a tool to doing something that threaten to society or peoples secure both life and property,and we know for that common words of "Hacker" which is with the purpose to destroy,stel or monitor government or enterprises documentations or personnal data.

In the end,id like to say,we should take the advantages of internet to make us progressive and sophisticated or knowledgeable,or doing business through it to make our life better,but for the disadvatages,we should definitely avoid from involving in,and say "No" to it.i wish all of you will be able to lead a more enjoyable life by internet in the future after reading the essay

9月19日上午，河池市2016年国家网络安全宣传周活动启动仪式在市职业教育中心学校举行。活动通过展板展示、现场互动、课堂授课等形式，积极宣传文明上网，增强全社会网络安全意识，呼吁共同维护网络安全。

活动现场，首先由学生代表宣读《争做中国好网民倡议书》，随后，学生们现场观看“重拳打击网络犯罪，坚决维护社会稳定”等宣传展板，并纷纷在横幅上签字承诺。市网信办、团市委、市公安局等部门相关负责人现场发放网络安全宣传资料，并解答学生提出的相关问题。之后，市公安局网安支队专家在市职业教育中心学校多媒体教室为学生讲授了网络安全相关知识，授课间还开展了有奖互动答题环节。

据了解，此次活动的主题为“网络安全为人民，网络安全靠人民”，旨在通过大力宣传倡导依法文明上网，普及网络安全知识，营造健康文明的网络环境，维护网络安全。活动期间，各县(市、区)还将开展网络安全知识公益宣传、网络安全知识进校园、网络安全知识公众体验展等活动，活动时间为9月19日至25日。
