Prepare for the Chinese New Year

It’s about one and a half month away from the Chinese New Year, It is a festival celebrated by the Chinese people at the beginning of the lunar calendar year.

As of the Chinese traditional customs, our parents and grandparents will sweep every corner of the house and clean the windows until they gleam, and washing clothes, buying foods and goods for the new year’s future use and presents.

历史的长河静观时往往风平浪静，只有蓦然回首，才能体会它的波澜壮阔。从以阶级斗争为纲到以经济建设为中心，从高度集中的计划经济体制到充满活力的社会主义市场经济体制，从封闭半封闭到全方位开放，从物质文明到精神文明、政治文明、生态文明，从“四个现代化”的宏伟蓝图到以人为本、全面协调可持续发展……这些看似简单的词语之变，蕴藏着多少振聋发聩的观念突破，包含着多少惊心动魄的历史转折，凝聚着多少前无古人的伟大创新。它以一个政党巨大的政治勇气和理论勇气，改变了社会主义中国的发展轨迹，改变了十几亿中国人民的命运。

我出生在中国，我的祖国是中国，所以我深情地爱着中国。

我的祖国曾经饱受日本的战火蹂躏。最后我们中国人团结起来，与日本侵略者斗了八年，终于把日本侵略者赶出了中国。就这样，我们中国日益强大起来，科技也在慢慢的提高了，虽然那是我国的科技比不上发达国家，但是也算不错的了。现在，再也没有人敢来侵略我的祖国了，我的祖国的科技也排在前几位了，这全靠革命烈士和中华人民共同的努力呀。要不是革命烈士的坚持斗争，我们中华人民就过不上现在这样的好生活了，所以我们的好生活全靠革命烈士。我的祖国经历过多少困难和多少磨难，但我们中国人永远都不会低头，永远不会向困难屈服。困难是不会停止的，但困难是可以被控制的，只要你坚持到底，困难是不会坚持到底的。

这就是我的祖国——中国，中国是不会向敌人屈服，向困难低头的。中国永远都是铁的，永远都是钢的。中国人就是钢铁中的一个细小的物质，所以每个中国人都有责任保护中国，每个中国人都要把侵略者从中国赶走，这是每个中国人的责任。

Spring Festival is the most important festival in China .It’s to celebrate the lunar calendar ‘s New year .In the evening before the Spring Festival ,families get together and have a big meal .In many places people like to set off firecrackers .Dumplings are the most traditional food .Children like the festival very much ,because they can have delicious food and wear new clothes .

They can also get some money from their parents. This money is given to children for good luck . People put New Year scrolls on the wall for good fortune .

The Spring Festival lasts about 15 days long .People visit relatives and friends with the words “Have all your wishes ”. People enjoy the Spring Festival ,during this time they can have a good rest .
