因为疫情，哪里也不能去，你却在十一长假带我和妹妹去绿色公园玩一整天，陪我们去动物园，和我一起坐过山车，陪妹妹一起游乐场内玩耍，陪妹妹能钓鱼一小时……

你总是很忙，陪我的时间并不多，但你每次出差我都日日想着你，盼望着你--我的爸爸，你要注意身体，我知道你对我的好，我更知道你不善表达的爱，听妈妈说，明天你要回来，我们又可以在一起快乐的玩耍!

听到这句话，我不由得打了一个冷颤。我想到了最近发生的那件事。

一个拥有健全的身体，一个被父母珍爱的生命，顷刻间，离开了人世。

想到这儿，我不由得想起了我自己。

今年上半年，我看到了英语书上的一个小故事。它讲的大意是在中国的一个偏远的小村庄，有许多孩子需要上学，可在小村庄与学校之间有一条江，这条江下流速度非常快，小船不能在江上行驶。为了让孩子们上学，他们就在江上方建了一条索道，没有钱去建桥。一个记者采访了一位小男孩，他说：“我喜欢上学，我喜欢和老师，同学们一起学习，玩耍。”

在那样一个穷困潦倒的小村庄，却有着极其乐观的人们，他们从不抱怨上天对自己的命运不公，而让行动使我明白幸福。

是啊，活着就是幸福。

那个男青年整天衣食无忧，一直生活在美与爱之间，被甜言蜜语遮住了理想，以至于被父母批评一番，就做出了牺牲的举动。那个小男孩，他既没有美味丰富的午餐，又没有干净整洁的衣服，但他有笑容，有理想，有信心。

The person I admire is my mum. She is an English teacher. She is very popular among the students because she spends lots of time on her lessons and has a good sense of humor. Students all enjoy her class.

People always believe that when there is pressure, there is motivation, it seems that pressure equals motivation.

We need pressure, it makes us keep move on, with pressure, we know what to do and how to fulfill our targets. Without pressure, we are just like a child, never grow up, having no idea of responsibility. It is pressure that makes us become mature, we should have pressure, it indeed equals motivation at the certain level. While having too much pressure is bad for our mind, it is just like a burden that presses our mind, making people hard to take a breath.

Nowadays the case of people commit suicide is increasing, the reason is that people can’t take a breath from much pressure, they feel there is no hope in life, no matter what they do, life just frustrates them. We should have the right attitude towards pressure.

我非常喜爱足球，是一个地地道道的足球迷，对国内的各大赛事都非常关注。在看了近期的几场比赛之后，我总结了一下，觉得咱中国足球有这么几点特色：

首先，我们比较善于打小边路。而且是如此的善于!往往中间一个对方的球员也没有，我们也要死命地往边上挤，恨不得十一个人全在边线上站成一排，而且中国队的边路打得太揪心了，球常常就压在边线上滚，让裁判看得眼珠子都快要弹出来了，这球就是不出界，终于在经过漫长的拼脚和拉扯之后，把那个在边路死缠着不放的家伙过掉，前面一片宽广，接着，那哥们儿闷头一带，出界。

其次，是善于打小范围的配合。常常是三个互相认识的哥们儿，站在方圆五米的一个范围里面，你传我，我传他半天，而其他几个人全部在旁边观赏，等到对方队员逼近了，有个哥们儿(通常是最接近自家大门的)支撑不住了，突然想起来要扩大战线，于是醒悟，便抡起一脚、出界。

第三个是善于在传中的时候踢在对方腿上。在经过了边路边进攻和小范围配合以后，终于有个幸运儿能捞着球带到了对方接近底线的部位，而且居然能把球控制住没出底线，这个时候对方球员扑了上来，我方就善于搏得角球，一般是倒地一大脚传球，连摄像机镜头都挪到球门那了，就是没有看见球，大伙儿纳闷了半天，原来是打在对方脚上了，于是我们心里就很痛快，没事儿，还有角球呢!当然，如果有传球技术比较好的球员，一般就不会往对方脚上踢了，往往是踢在人家大腿或者更高的地方，好像就是想让别人知道我这个球传出来就是好球。

第四个是角球准确度高。在经过打边路和小范围的配合以后，我们终于搏得了一个角球。我们高大的`队员往对方禁区里一站都高出半个头，好，还有戏。只见我方发角球的队员气定神闲、在人群里找了半天。

这时侯对方的门将头露了一下，嗨!就找你呢!于是一个美丽的弧线，球落点好得门将如果不伸手接一下的话就会被球砸死，于是对方门将迫于自卫，不得不将球接住。

以上几点，仅是我怀着一颗热爱足球的心，对中国足球的看法，其实中国足球缺少的不是团结而是个性，正是一味地强调团结才抑制了个性的发展，从而导致我们缺少一些能够担负重任的领军人物。可能这些见解会以偏概全，可此种现象却也不在少数。

那是个春天的黄昏，当满树繁花不经意间闯入我的眼帘时，我的心不禁为之一颤。我惊诧，在这个小镇里，我生活了这么多年，树天天在、花年年开，可对于这近在咫尺的美，我竟然从未留意过，接连好几天，我都带着一种愧疚的心情站在阳台上观望它们，望它们于无声处悄然地散发着生命的芬芳。

我喜欢很多体育项目，比如：乒乓球，羽毛球，足球……在这众多的选项里，唯独我最喜欢我的足球，因为……

以前，在公园的时候18:00到21:00会有人在南边踢足球。那个时候我问爸爸，“爸爸，这是什么”我问，爸爸回答说：“这是足球”“谢谢”我开心的说，从此，我就喜欢上了足球。

有一天，我紧张的说：“能不能加我一个?”“可以”蓝衣服的说。当我踢的时候，我就觉得看的容易做的难。

因为看的很简单的传球，其实很容易传歪。所以我就得多练习，还有和队友配合。

说起队友配合,那学问可多了去了。因为足球是一种团体合作，一个人踢是踢不好的，要学会与队友合作，假设你一个人，被别人包围了，你肯定不会自带，因为这样容易被别人弄到球，所以你肯定会先自带，然后咱传给队友，让队友进球或再传给队友。

还有一些规矩，队员人数，上场比赛的两个队每队队员人数不得超过11人，每队必须有一名守门员。足球开球方法，比赛开始前，应用投币方式选定开球或场地，先挑的一方应有开球或场地的选择权。比赛进行及死球，当球不论在地面或空中全部越过球门线或边线时。当比赛已被裁判员停止时。

认识自己，实际上是一个不断挖掘心灵的过程。这期间，我们与灵魂展开了深入的交谈，不断了解自身的专长和缺陷，我们人从刚一出生开始，目光便只局限于外在世界，很少拷问自己的心灵，以至犯了过错之后，我们总习惯于寻找客观原因，而忽视了一点：造成错误的根源往往潜藏在灵魂的最深处。

挫折是无穷无尽的，每一个人能在挫折中学到的东西又是极其有限的，而社会又在不断地发展。所以我们不想自己落后于人，便唯有从自己出发，寻找存在的瑕疵，以求获得很小的提升，并使之成为战胜竞争者的最后一根稻草。而相比之下，有些人自知不为十全十美，却没有勇气正视自己的内心，当他的双脚踏足肉体与灵魂的交界处时，便急不可待地缩回，生怕逾越那道雷池。这种人在最后一定会被社会淘汰，湮没于历史，所以，认识自己是十分必要的。

我们最需要的，是无与伦比的勇气，那是一种“明知山有虎，偏向虎山行”的气概。在自我剖析的过程中，我们的心灵被一层层地剥开，其中可能隐藏着连我们自己都不曾发觉的晦暗与阴霾。这时，无畏的勇气便会化作盾牌，保护我们继续向前。

有时，我们也需要适当地听取别人的意见。“当局者迷，旁观者清”，当我们自我陶醉时，他人可能早已看出了我们的不足。我们所要做的，便是虚心向他们请教。古时，齐王听取了邹忌的意见，广纳善言，认识到了自己的不足并加以改正，最终成就了万国来朝的场面。换作我们，为何不能在今天高速发展的社会上做一回齐王，同样也成就最完美的自己呢?

其实这很简单，我们只需不断重复对心灵的剖析，使之成为一种习惯，认识自己自然变得水到渠成。

所以，不断从各个层面重新审视自身，把灵魂两侧的两个并不完美的自己结合在一起，就可以说是战胜了原先的自己，成了最完美的那个。

What’s the purpose of life ? What are we seeking for in our short lives ? For privilege,for money ,or just for enjoyment ? It’s the problem that everyone wants to explore. As a matter of fact , everybody needs a proper purpose in order to struggle against life . A clear purpose not only guides us but also gives us hope and energy . When unknown challenges stop our steps toward the dream, our purpose will help us overcome the difficulties . Because of purpose and our efforts , we become useful for the world . Those who travel in life without direction sometimes turn confused and even lose their confidence . Considering the benefits of living a life of purpose , we seem to should establish our purpose as soon as possible . But we need to be careful to choose the purpose that will be suitable enough for ourselves .In my opinion ,the purpose of life must include two necessary aspects——Work and Love . Work is the basic purpose of our life . As a youngster,you are supposed to try your best to find the job which you love from the bottom of your heart. On the other hand , only work is not enough to lead a life of purpose .Loving our families and taking care of friends are also indispensable parts in our life. When people really love their families ,they will surely find the purpose of life.In other words , our emotions can be surely content when we stay with our families and friends. One’s life without love is like the sky without sunshine. Work and Love play the most important two roles in the purpose for which we seek throughout our life . But other aspects such as devotion and learning knowledge also have an deep influence on our life . These things affect our behaviour and values more or less ,even though most of us can’t realize it clearly . As the saying goes :“When we do good , we feel good , and we are good.” Set the correct purpose of your life now , And you will make a difference to your life.

what s your plan for dragon boat festival?

As a chinese, I was really ashamed of having a little knowledge of dragon boat festival. Perhaps I was born in northern city, though my city is nearby sea, it has been built a U port which I can only see cargo ships and can t see the sweeping ocean. So I have never see the dragon boat contest since I was born. So the dragon boat festival is just a holiday for eating Zong Zi . My mother made Zong Zi when I was a child. Because there was no supermarket, we couldn t buy finished product from market. However, now, we can buy anything in supermarket, so my mother didn t make them anymore. The boat festival began to fade out my mind.

In reality, young people began to have a bug to celebrate foreign festivals, such as Christams, Saint Valentine s day, April Fool s Day, some people also celebrate Easter in church. Talk about Dragon boat festival, it s the same as some foreign conventional festivals, such as Witch s Day in Czech. People burned the witch s puppet so as to welcome spring. Some people are willing to celebrate foreign festivals because they like alien culture. And vice versa, foreigners who like China also concern about Chinese traditional culture.

After new holiday regulation, we have three holidays during the dragon boat festival. So many people will choose this time to travel. People who lived in Xiamen are able to visit Xiapu or Wu Yi mountain, these tourist attractions are in Fujian province,which is suit a short tirp. but I d like to stay at home for my decorate painting. I decide to draw two canvases about Christmas, it s really a big project. Then I ll hang them on the new house wall. I must start it now, or I can t finish them before Christmas eve. But I preceive it s a little difficult to draw them in such a hot season.

田野间的季风吹拂，捎过木棉花的边角，清新的花香似是一阵暖风此起彼伏，温润的空气打湿我的脸庞，却留不住它。我依然站在棉树旁，耸立的树枝直指天空，心绪不由得飘向远方，留也留不住。
