The shortage of housing is one of the most serious problems facing many big

cities in China. Though the government has spent a large sum of money on

housing,the investment has not been very resultful and a housing shortage still

exists. Two generations sharing one room and newlymarried couples finding it

difficult to have a house of their own are still common cases. Housing shortage

is a problem that requires an immediate solution.

Peoples attitudes towards the solution to the housing problem are

different. Some suggest building more tall apartment buildings; others believe

that we should develop underground housing areas. I am in favour of the former

opinion. For one thing, it is cheaper to build upward than downward. For

another, living underground for a long time will do harm to peoples health.

Above all,people are unwilling to live underground with artificial lighting and

they prefer to live normally on the ground to enjoy the sunshine.

Although there may be some other ways to solve the housing shortage

problem, I believe to build more apartment buildings is one of the feasible

solutions to the housing problem.

My hobbies

Different people have different hobbies， I often cycling to play with my classmates. It is especially good for health. It is good exercise.and its one of my hobbies,I enjoy reading very much.For reading books,I can get lots of knowledge from reading,and get a sense of the outside world,its wonderful.我的爱好

不同的人有不同的爱好。我经常骑自行车玩和同学一起玩。它特别对健康有好处。这是很好的锻炼。除此之外读书是我的另一个嗜好，我很喜欢读书。至于读书，我可以从中学到很多知识，并且对外面的世界有了了解，那真是太美好了。

开学了，开学了。我晚上开心地睡不着觉，因为，太兴奋了，我终于可以回到盼望了一个暑假的学校了。可是，我原来的班却被拆得七零八落的，我被分到了五一班。

到了五一班，哈哈哈哈，他们都没有我快，我抢了第二排一个座位坐了下来，嗯，距离不错嘛!还是正中间呢!这时，两位老师进来了，我一看，哇!是两位年轻的女教师，她们分别做了自我介绍，罗老师给我们讲了许多暖心的小故事，歌颂了同学们互帮互助的美好精神，还讲了许多关于纪律的的事，让我们明白了守纪律的重要性。

虽然，现在我还是想以前的老师，但是我也喜欢现在的老师。新的学期，新的起点，新的开始，新的老师，新的书包，新的文具，新的过程，新的终点，我一定要好好学习，做好新学期的目标。

这就是开学的第一天，或许会有不舍，但是，我们面对的是一个新的开始，过去的已不重要了，重要的是现在要从一个新的起点开始，到达新的终点。

My family lives in Hsi-hu. there are four people in my family. they are my father， my mother， my sister and I. My father is tall and thin. He is a handsome man. He has big eyes. His hair is straight. He likes to watch TV and movies and read books. My mother works in an office. She cooks very well. She likes to read books， too. She is short and thin. My sister is a student. She is an independent girl. She is very graceful. I am a student， too. But I study in a junior high school. I go to school every weekend. 今天，在黄校长的要求下，我们一行七个人，观察了掘港小学每周一次的升旗仪式。他们学校的升旗仪式和其它学校还有所不同。

在升旗仪式上，除了升国旗之外，还需升上另外七面班旗。这七面班旗代表着七个在这周全校表现得最为优秀的班级。在这样的制度下，有的班旗可以一个学期连升多个星期，而有的班旗却一次机会都没有。一面班旗，代表着一整个班集体的荣誉和自豪。同时，也能激励全校其它师生向这些榜样班级学习。班旗的升起和降下，正是对全校师生最好的鞭策和鼓励。这是一种无形的督促。

在观摩了这样一场升旗仪式后，感动之余，我也备受启迪。

在对学生们的教育教学管理的过程中，只是有爱心和责任心也是不够的。如果想做好这份工作，还需要一份儿智慧。就好比班旗，全校日常规的管理其实是多么平常的一件事情，但加以一些巧思，无形中既督促全体学生们做好班级常规，又无意识地培养了他们的集体荣誉感。真是起到一举多得、事半功倍的效果。

I wanted to buy some delicious food.there were many kinds of food. I wanted

to eat more and more fruits. I wanted to eat apples in order to lose weight. I

liked eating bananas, straw berries, pears and watermelons, I wanted to buy some

books, I thought they can help me study not long after my holidays, I wanted to

It was sunny today. I was excited. I got up at a quarter to seven. I made a

appointment to meet at nine o’clock. After I had my breakfast, I went to the

Wanjia Market . It was hot outside. When I arrived, my friends didn’t arrive. I

Tomorrow is New Year’s Day, my family have had a completely cleaning for two days. Then my father and I decorated our flat and my mother cooked delicious food for our meal. After supper we watched TV program. How happy we were!

We had a small debate yesterday in politics class, which made everybody laugh. Wang Yongbin in our class is funny. He said with a crooked neck, "please state your opinion in opposition." 今天像昨天一样，我依旧早起，因为今天是军训的第二天，我一定要在七点之前到校。这是教官的新要求，我们不是七点到，而是要在七点准是踏上操场开始我们的训练。因此我们所有人都要在六点五十五分在班级等教官。 Today, like yesterday, I still get up early, because today is the second day of military training, I must arrive at the school before seven oclock.This is the new requirement of the instructor. 今天的天气比昨天更加炎热，而由于我们的迟到，我们所有人都必须家训站军姿5分钟这就体现了军训中每个人都要有集体观念。“一人犯错，所有人都要陪着受罚。”因此，每个人都要有团体观念，不要因为自己拖累大家。由于今天天气比昨天更加炎热，才站了两分钟我的汗水就滑了下来，我尝了尝，是咸的，并且很快我的肩膀就僵掉了。在休息时我发现只要我一运动我的两个肩膀就会感觉酸痛不已。但是我觉得很值，回到家之后，妈妈都说我站起来更有精神了。这让我更加坚定要继续努力，坚持的决心!

今天在复习昨天项目的基础上，又增加了番号和踏步这两个训练。在喊番号时，由于我们的声音不够响而被营长训斥，训练了整整45分钟的番号。最后在我们教官的耐心指导下，所有的人都通过了。而在练习踏步时，我们因为没有在摆手时注意摆起的幅度，而又训练了很长的时间，导致我的手几乎全麻了。虽然我觉得很累，但是我还是坚持着。

今天还增加了昨天没有的会操练习，我在会操时做得比训练时更加认真。因为我是四连的一份子，我不能因为个人的松懈而给集体抹黑。而由于二、三、四连的水瓶都没有摆放整齐而导致了教官们替我们放瓶子，让我认识到了细节的重要性!

我明天会继续努力!

It was the second day of our summer holiday. I felt good. I felt I am free. I had a lot of time to do things I like. My parents are in Zhongshan. So I live alone but I don’t feel lonely. But I didn’t do something special. I stayed at home and watched TV. Oh! I wrote an Englishdaily composition. It was my homework. Today, I have slept for 14 hours.I thought I was very tired. It was time for dinner. I must go! I am very hungry.

The time of middle school is short and precious, but for some students,

they sit in the class and dont show any passion to learn knowledge. They like

to do something that is against what teachers tell them to do. Such as when the

teacher is presenting knowledge, they choose to read novel, or when it is the

time for them to do some exercise, they sleep. They dont care about study. It

is so negative for them to treat study. We are young and should be full of

energy. It is the best time for us to gain knowledge. What we learn today will

help us to realize our dreams, so lets fight for our goals.

mountain with family, the air on the mountain is very fresh, the flowers plants

in the afternoon, i go to friends home to play, the friend entertains me
