I like dancing very much. I learn to dance from four years old. Until now,

there are already nine years. I take part in many activities, because I think I

want to perform in front of people. I have a good dance teacher. She dances very

well. She is strict with me. Once I make mistakes, she points it out directly. I

learn a lot from her. Now, we are good friends. She always encourages me. I

think dance is good to me. I make many dancing friends. And it’s good way to

build my body.

首次到幼儿园见习很是好奇，不过这次的见习多少让我们有些失落，理想与现实相差太大，当然这次我们去的幼儿园是相对较差的。这同时大大的激发起我的激情，希望改变。

就这次的见习中主要了解到以下几点：

1.该圆的课程安排很是不合理，基本上不让小朋友们到户外来玩，严重违背了国家对幼儿园儿童要每天在户外活动2小时的规定，这样很不利于孩子身心的发展，体育这块大大的缺乏，从小朋友们的表现上看，他们是很想出去玩的，这样合理的愿望都被剥夺了。

2.发现了一个小朋友们很典型的现象，当我们这些见习老师跟他们聊天游戏时，只要一个小朋友想要上厕所或是要喝水的话，旁边的小朋友就都回说想上厕所，就先不考虑他们是不是真的想喝水这点，探索其可能的原因就归结了三点：一，小孩子比叫喜欢模仿，特别是像他们这些小班的孩子，喜欢模仿，模仿能力也强;二，小孩子喜欢得到别人的注意，他们知道只要他跟我们这些老师说他要喝水的话，老师就会注意他，并且回尽可能的满足他，使他们自己认为的自我表现价值得到实现;三，他们喜欢和自己交谈得来的多多的进行亲密的交流，一般他都是跟和自己交流较好的老师提出要求的，不过觉得这个原因有点迁强，哈哈。

3.该圆的小朋友们的规则意识较差，不能很好的按照老师提出的规则做事，比如说老师分发完了点心就说了“吃完的同学就可以举起手来，这样老师就会过去收碗了”，可是基本上没有一个孩子做到了，归结其原因应该是：一，老师没有很好的培养他们的这种习惯，老师只要一看到哪个小朋友吃完了，根本不给小朋友机会，就马上过去收，也不进行规则意识的教育，没有达到基本的教育效果;二，小朋友根本不懂，或是做不到这点，老师没有创设很好的环境。

4.该圆的环境创设基本上没有，一进幼儿园，只是在墙面上有一些简单的水粉画，其他环境布置，区角活动什么的根本没有，就连玩具也只是仅有那么几种!

头痛的一天

昨天整天穿高跟鞋跑来跑去，都是高跟鞋惹的祸弄的我头痛一天。今天我终于放弃了我坚持“足足”两天的“职业淑女装”计划，改穿帆布鞋了。虽然看起来有点“不敬业”但至少我精神状态好多了，晚饭也算是能咽得下。

今天下午主任上了节班会课，课上老师总结一周班级的基本情况。听起来都是些琐碎的小事情，类似宿舍有没有倒垃圾，学生校服是否合格，课堂表现等等，不过班主任要关注的也是这样的方方面面。主任用聊天的方式很细心地分析这些，不仅仅吸引学生的注意，连我也不自觉被吸引进去了。我整节课都在一边盯着主任看，一边瞧瞧学生们的反应。真不知道到我接手的时候能不能也有这样的效果，希望有吧。接手前的这个星期有点像被判了“死缓”，哈哈……

跟这么一个好老师其实压力真的好大，不过呢，天将降大任于斯人也，难得有这样的机会。别的同学还在埋怨没课上，锻炼少呢。按道理，我现在天时，地利，人和都有了，应该珍惜。

Today was sunny and i was in a good mood.Tired of studying and a bustle of

city life,I came to ecology park to enjoy the gorgeous scenery and get relaxed

in the afternoon。

when I arrived at the park ,the first thing came into my sight were the

thick green trees，therefore，the air was fresh,in addition， i could clearly see a

path skirting along the pond。laying on the lawn which was decorated by a various

of followers and seeing the blue sky,I felt at ease because all I wanted was

some peace and quiet。All thing formed a beautiful landscape, and you couldnt

imagine how romantic they were!

However，with the time passing so quickly，The day(不是sun) was dying in the

west. So i had to go back home! I would never forget such a memorable

experience, which was really beyond description!

今天阳光普照，我的心情也很好，厌倦了学习和城市的繁忙景象，我在下午来到了生态公园去享着美丽的风景，来得到放松。

当我来到公园时，首先进入我视线是浓绿的树木，因此，这空气新鲜，除此之外，我可以清楚地看到沿池塘边蜿蜒的小路。躺在有各种花儿点缀的草坪上，看着蓝色的天空，我感到十分惬意，因为我想要的就是是一些和平和宁静，所有的一切都形成了一道亮丽的风景线，你无法想象他们是多么浪漫!

然而，随着时间的快速流逝，日薄西山。所以我不得不回家了!我永远不会忘记这样一个难忘的经历，这是真的无法用言语来形容!

过端午节，一定少不了粽子!今天，姐姐就在教我包粽子呢!你瞧。

做粽子一定要有准备的。原来，姐姐已准备好浸泡了3个小时的糯米，同时也买好了粽叶，这样准备就让我大吃一惊了。

我把米放在叶子里，可米全撒在了桌上，我生气极了。姐姐对我说：“你要把叶子做成一个三角形的样子，然后再把米放进去啊!”

于是，我按照姐姐说的步骤作了一遍，在米上按了按，咦?旁边那个盘子中间放的是什么?原来是肉馅哦!我在糯米中间挖了一个小洞洞，把肉馅弄成圆状，塞入糯米中，让它也加入糯米的行列中。可怎么封好呢?我看了眼姐姐，就明白了一切。

我把翘起来的一片叶子按下来，并用绳子用力的扎紧。成功啦!我按照前面的方法，包了好多个。现在就要下锅了，先是把水烧开，然后把粽子放下去。

过了一会儿，粽子煮好了。大家四人坐在桌子旁，吃起了粽子。

我把绳子解开，正想把叶子摘掉，可我一碰，就被烫着了。姐姐看了，哈哈的笑了起来。我吹着吹着，把让热气吹走了。我再次小心翼翼的将叶子掀开，吃起了自己亲手做的香喷喷的粽子来——白白胖胖的糯米中间，包着一团鲜汁可口的肉馅，放入口中，不油不腻，又有嚼劲，感觉太好了!

端午节就这么过去了，嘴里吃着自己亲手包的粽子，心里想着我国唐代诗人杜甫写的诗：宫衣亦有名，端午被恩荣。细葛含风软，香罗叠雪轻。自天题处湿，当暑着来清。意内称长短，终身荷圣情。

这真是一个快乐的端午节!

早上起来发现外面的天，黑沉沉。我问妈妈怎么今天早上天怎么这么黑?妈妈对我说;“预报今天有大雨。”

我就在家做好准备，带上雨伞，穿上胶靴，来到学校，我一看，老师没有在，就把书包放在位子上，出去玩了。我玩的开心的时候，就听见“呼呼”的声音，树上的叶子在动，就知道是起风了，紧接着我听见了“轰隆”一声，吓我一跳，原来是打雷。

“叮当当”上课铃声响了，大家飞快的跑到教室，一看老师还有没有来，就开始大叫起来，老师来了，我们都没有发现，老师用教鞭打了桌子，发出“啪啪”的声音，教室立刻静了下来……这时我听见外面大雨“哗哗啦”下了起来。

不一会儿下课了，雨也停了，小鸟在树枝上“叽叽喳喳”叫着，好像在说，雨停了，雨停了。

我们开开心心下楼去玩了。

A busy day

Today is saturday,and it is also a busy day.In the morning,I got up at

eight oclock,then I ate breakfast.After breakfast,I cleaned my room,it was

dirty but it is clean now.In the afternoon,I played badminton with my

neighbours.In the evening,I helped my mother cooked dinner.After I ate dinner,I

washed dishes.After finishing my homework,I watched TV.

Today is a busy day,but Im very happy.

Late for School

October 8th Wednesday Windy

I was fifteen minutes late for school this morning. I usually go to school

by bike. But this morning there was something wrong with my bike. It didnt work

on the way to school. I had to have it repaired. So I had to take a bus. It took

me about twenty minutes to get to school. When I arrived at the school gate, it

was 8:15. I was afraid when I entered the classroom, because Mr. Zhang is very

strict with us. Luckily, he was not angry with me this time.

今天听了一节公开课，是一节高三的复习课，内容是柱体、锥体、台体的侧面积和表面积。老师讲得很有条理，内容很充实，用PPT将侧面积和表面积展开来让学生一目了然，但是问题也随之而来，这是不是在告诉学生每次遇到这种题目都要想着把侧面积和表面积展开呢?学生的空间思维能力和具象思维能力都很差，要是他们每碰一道题，都去想着展开，会不会很麻烦呢?比如一个正方体，一个圆柱体，要是这样也去展开，会不会花费时间呢?一目了然的东西，直接跳过展开，会不会更好呢?是不是应该强调有些简单的空间几何体是不用展开的呢?是不是应该把那些简单而有规则的空间几何体罗列出来让学生理解顺便记住呢?而且感觉老师讲得很快，和学生互动比较少，是复习课本来就互动少吗?还是老师的问题呢?还有那些复杂的公式，怎样才能让学生容易记住呢?这些都是我今天的疑问。还有今天改了学生的作业，发现问题很大，前天昨天讲的我快吐白沫，写到作业还是一大堆问题。怎样才能让学生更好的接受知识呢?特别是基础真的是很差的学生?有些学生我感觉他很用心，可是由于基础太差，真的很难拯救，怎样才能让他们的努力转化为收获呢?

今天，是见实习的最后一天了。

整个见实习过程中有收获、但也必有疑惑，目前这两点问题一直困扰着我：

（1）作为小学教育专业英语方向的学生，我们应该重视教师职业技能的培养还是英语水平的提高？很明显，小学英语课堂涉及到很多专业知识，所以作为这个专业的学生我们必须努力提高自己的专业水准，这无疑是重要的。但教师的专业技能呢？这两点孰轻孰重？又该怎样做到让他们相得益彰？

（2）领导们和指导老师都和我们说老师不能太温柔了，这样管不了孩子。我明白严师出高徒，同时我也知道和善是不能和温柔划等号的，和善又不失严肃是最好的准则。但真正操作起来，又该如何把握好这三者之间的分寸呢？

如今，见实习已经临近尾声。对于已是师范四年级、却才开始接触教学见实习工作的我，要顺利地从学生转化为一名人民教师的角色，这是一个艰难的蜕变过程。我要学会慢慢适应这个过程，并迅速地成长起来。争取做到对小学教育有实践性的了解，也许这些问题便能迎刃而解了。在这样的交替中，我想我能成长许多。

今天是一年一度的重阳节。我，远在离家千里的苏州，满怀着惭愧和思念的感情拨通了生活在农村里奶奶的电话。

我们班有男生24人，女生20人。我们的班主任是王老师，我们的副班主任是周老师。我们班很团结，而且很有爱心。

有一回，上《劳动与技术》课时。王老师让有参加运动会的同学练习，让没有参加运动会的同学在旁边做运动会开幕式进场练习。我是参加运动会六十米赛跑和垒球项目的，我休息时，看到他们练习入场仪式，一个个精神抖擞，像要去打仗的战士一样。从侧面看去，每一排好像一个人似的，多整齐呀!

二年级时，方心怡的妈妈让我们给灾区的孩子们送一些“礼物”。第二天，我们班每位同学都带了“礼物”过来，为灾区的孩子们献上我们的一点爱心。

对了，我们班的同学特别喜欢上《信息技术》课，每当上这门课前，几乎所有的同学像箭一样快的速度冲到电脑教室。

I had a very special Christmas day last year. I experienced the western

style festival. There was a new foreign teacher taught us the lesson. She was

about 50 years old and she was very kind and we all liked her. On Christmas Day,

she brought us the desserts she made early in the morning. We enjoyed the

home-made cakes. Whats more, she invited us to came to her house and spent the

day with her. Then for the first time, I ate big turkey, which was so delicious.

The turkey was filled with many stuffs and the flavor was so good. After dinner,

we sang songs and danced.

Thanks to my foreign teacher, I experienced the American style festival. It

was such funny for me. Though today many people enjoy shopping in all kinds of

festivals, the meaning of these festival should be remembered.
