开船后导游在上面滔滔不绝的介绍西湖，我觉的十分无聊于是跑到船尾去了，一到船尾发现还是有不少人的，突然水面上飞起来一条灰色的鱼，它的鳞片在阳光下闪闪发光。落下时留下一道优美的弧线。

游船绕着西湖开了一圈后让我们下船了，愉快的西湖之旅就这样结束了。

I like to watch movie so much, because I can learn a lot of things. Comedy

is my favorite type of movie. Every time when I watch it, I will laugh out

loudly. I find so much fun in comedy. It helps me to be humorous and make a lot

of friends. A humorous person is always favored by all, as he can bring

今天，为了星期五的试讲，我将教案又重新誊写了一遍，交给管老师再次批阅。经过她的点评和点拨，原本一份儿自认为还不错的教学设计竟是如此的漏洞百出。

不过，今天我明白了，针对小学英语词汇和句型的教授，更重要的是不断的操练与巩固。尤其是在随堂课上面，方式不必太过翻新、太过多样化，稳扎稳打才是课堂教学的本质。

与此同时，我也在思考：

教学形式的多样化与教学效果是否成正比：选择多样化的教学形式，学生会感受到课堂气氛的活跃，但繁多的形式会使学生眼花缭乱。在《Atasnack》这一课，由于讲授的内容是食物类的单词和句型。所以我选择了很多样化的教具和教学形式，课堂氛围应该总体不错，但至于整堂课的教学效果，我实在是不好说。现在我很疑惑：一节课传授的是知识，教学形式只是是教学目标实现的辅助手段而已，该如何适度地运用不同的教学形式呢？

而且，我还学到了对于教材，自己要进行认真的分析，加以自己的理解，再进行适当的处理，这样才能做出最好的掌握。

之前，我的处理较于呆板，不仅自己教授起来困难，而且学生接受、掌握起来也并不是很容易。如果我能多动动脑子、多花花心思，也许就能找到更好、更合理的解决所教授内容的方式。

总之，万事都需要钻研。有付出，才会有回报。

今天，黄校长给我们介绍说，观看家长们接送小孩子是他们掘港小学的风景线和传统。他们称之为爱心的传递。刚开始我不能理解为什么这样称呼。也许黄校长看出了我们的疑惑，便讲解、指导了一番。让我们明白了这份爱和责任是如何传递的。

从孩子们下车，到父母们给他们脱掉厚厚的防晨寒的衣物，再到目送孩子们进了校园。这样一切的行为和眼神，都被身在一旁的我们看在眼里，感动在心里。我曾观察到这样一位母亲。目送女儿进了校门之后，本可放心离开。但她一边调转摩托车，目光却一直停留在渐行渐远的女儿身上。调转完毕后，她仍足足驻留了有十五秒钟，直至女儿的背影完全消失不见，才慢慢离开。

黄校长说，只要看到家长们这样的眼神，他们就必须把学校的教育办好，承担好这份沉甸甸的爱和责任。这样的思想，这样的追求，以前丁老师也给我们灌输过。但那时太过不以为然，我们以为好好对学生、认真对学生、全心全意为学生，这又有何难？这两天才明白，哪有我们想象的那么容易！

孩子是家里的唯一，是每个家庭的希望。要想成为一名合格的教师，最基本的道德素质就是爱心和责任。具备了这两点，你才能拥有承担这份沉甸甸责任的资格。

My hometown is a beautiful city.On each of the roads,there are some big

trees and nice flowers.The roads are also very clean.They make people happy and

comfortable.The seasons here are very nice.I like autumn best.Its neither hot

Thanks for your last letter. Im so glad that you have been able (at last! ) to arrange a holiday in Australia. As I fear I wont be able to meet you at the airport when you arrive, nor will I be able to be home until later in the afternoon, so here are some instructions and suggestions.

There is a bus from the airport to the city. It is much cheaper than a cab. Take the bus to the city and ask to get off at Town Hall railway station.

To get to my place in the eastern suburbs you have three options. You can either take a cab, a bus or the train. I suggest you take the train, since the airport bus will leave you right at the station. Get off at Cliff Station. From there you can either walk to my place (about ten minutes) or take a taxi. Probably you should take a taxi as you will have luggage.

When you arrive at my flat, ring the intercom for Flat 2. My friend Lillian will be at home and she will open the front door for you and let you into my flat.

Presumably you will be tired and want to sleep. But if you feel like some exercise after that long flight, you could stroll down to Cooper Park, which is only ten minutes away ? you can see it from the window.

忙碌的星期天

Last week , I had a busy Sunday.

I got up at six oclock at first ,Then ,I must washed my face and brushed

my teeth in ten minutes,Following,I need for breakfast .My breakfast was very

delicious ,so I ate them fast.After this,I went out and went played basketball

with my best friend ,Tom ,in the school playground .We knew many tempering is

good to health, so we can train each week together .In the noon,I went home and

cooked my lunch by myself ,then ate it .In the afternoon ,I stayed at home .I

read books and did my homework three hours .I n the evening ,it is mountain in

the sun ,I began to washed my dirty clothes .At the oclock ,I went to bed and

had a rest.

How a busy day it is !

Now I am on the train to Guilin. The views are beautiful and I feel happy.

Mother told me there is only one day to go to arrive in Guilin. We bought a lot

of stuffs and they are heavy. So I took some bags from mother. She said I am

growing up and I smiled happily.

现在我坐在开往桂林的火车上。一路的风景很美。我也很开心。妈妈告诉我，还有一天就可以到桂林了。我们买了很多东西，很重。所以我帮妈妈提了几个袋子。妈妈说我长大了，我很开心的微笑。

暑假里的每一天都是充实的，每天都会有新鲜事发生。说到玩，我的脑海里就浮现了许多有趣开心的回忆，但是，其中让我至今还印象深刻的事就是到日照游玩时去万平口踏浪。

晴朗的下午，我们一家人跟着旅游团开开心心地去万平口游玩，刚进入风景区，远远看到海浪一波一波地泼上来，我迫不及待地张开双臂，朝着大海的方向“飞”去，可还没到海水涨潮的地方就停了下来，我想：太靠近海是不是很危险，新闻上说有很多人都被海浪卷走了。我看见沙滩边有许多穿着泳衣，套着泳圈，迎着海浪，尽情地玩耍。这时，爸爸妈妈走了过来，说：“走，到前面玩玩。”我跟着他们也前进了。

哇，沙滩上的人真多，看到这场面，我终于知道这“人山人海”的热闹了。前面的浪花一个接着一个，我手里拿着鞋子，一步一步地向前走，待到海水及膝盖时，我不敢再往前走了。远远望着大浪，海浪就像一匹匹脱缰的白色骏马向我奔来可到了我的身旁就立即变慢了下来，就像一只只温顺的小绵羊，我立马再往前走几步，迎着更大的浪花，果然，这浪打在我的脚上，溅到了我的衣服上，凉凉的，这浪激发了我的兴趣，我双手捧起海水，向爸爸扔去，结果他的衣服上湿了一大块，我的心情嗨了起来。海浪一个比一个大，有可能正在涨潮吧，我玩得更起劲了，衣服几乎湿透了，突然一个大浪花打了过来，我的衣服更加湿了，嘴里也溅到了一些海水。这海水的味道可真咸啊!

导游约定好集合的时间快到了，我们只好走出沙滩了。我那件湿透了的衣服在海风的吹拂下很快就干了，心里有说不出的兴奋坐了一上午车的劳累被风吹散了。在回来的路上，我们谈笑风生回到了宾馆休息，准备迎接第二天的旅程。

国庆节早上我和爸爸妈妈一起看国庆节大阅兵。

胡锦涛同志坐上车，缓慢的向前驶去。每经过一个，都会高喊“同志们好，同志们辛苦了。”解放军就异口同声的回答：“为人民服务。”然后，我们的胡锦涛同志登上天安门城楼开始阅兵。

XX年8月21日 星期一实习第一天

今天是我人生中第一次真正地工作，虽然仍然属于实习，英语实习日记。早上十点多，我随小姨来到东风中路的交易广场。当我乘着升降电梯来到这座位于广州市中心的高级写字楼的十八层时，一阵强烈的新奇感和亲切感向我袭来。从小我就羡慕电视里那些画着精致的妆，穿着入时的年轻白领，羡慕他们可以在干净清雅的环境里办公，羡慕他们手捧文件夹轻步穿梭在办公室之间，还羡慕他们可以悠闲地喝一杯“雀巢”速溶咖啡。今天，这个梦想终于实现，我也可以在这样高档的写字楼里做一回员工了。我的心跳不禁加快了速度。

眼前出现的是一间宽敞明亮的工作间。从透亮的玻璃门里我可以清晰地看见公司的名称——Vital Chemical 先导（清远）稀有金属化工有限公司。

董事长朱先生是我小姨的铁哥们，待我们尤其客气。他了解了我的来意之后，简单询问了一下我的意向，便递给我一份公司产品的英文介绍以及一叠打印的公司改版网页内容。朱叔叔告诉我先读读材料，进公司网站浏览一番，再与竞争企业的网站做做对比，找出优劣，以便更好地改进我们的宣传网站。为了使我上手更快，他帮我安排了分管行政的朱小姐和分管销售的周小姐，让她们带我熟悉公司制度和业务情况。公司周一到周五上班，早上9点到晚上6点，上下班都是打卡计时制，中午休息一个半小时。

坐在暂时属于自己的办公间里，抚摸着超大屏幕的液晶电脑，嗅着空气中那种白领企业的味道，我感觉非常不错，很快就进入角色开始熟悉周围的一切。

刚一接触，我便有些懵。是谁说过，一走上工作岗位，一切从零开始。的确如此，无论在学校学了多少知识，开始工作，尤其是开始一项自己不很熟悉的工作时，总会觉得自己要学的东西太多。我的专业是英语，对化学产品本身就一窍不通，更何况还涉及了许多进出口的贸易项目，因此一看就头疼，实习报告《英语实习日记》。大批大批金属元素和稀有金属的名称接连不断地出现，中文名都不会念，更别提英文了。我连连叫苦，大失信心，学了八年英语，硬是一个单词都不会。我硬着头皮，打开金山词霸，一个一个查出读音和意思，记录下来。连啃了大半天，才把硒、碲、钠、钡、钾、镉、碘、钴、铋、钨、锑、砷、镓、锗、铟、钛等等等等的金属元素及其化合物的英文名称记清楚。待我从字典里抬起头，才发现已经到了中午。

公司的福利制度不错，员工的午饭由专人烹饪并送到办公室。我们一行6、7人在会议室里进餐。老板不在，大伙很开心地吃着，谈天说地。全然不顾旁边还心惊胆战地坐着一个我。我是公司里最小的员工，而且今天是第一次来，还是个实习生，我以为大家会比较感兴趣比较热情地问我许多问题，还准备和大家很快熟悉起来呢，却发现除了做了一个简单的自我介绍之外，我就只有埋头吃饭和在一旁陪笑的份。大家仿佛不太关心我的存在，继续谈论他们关心的话题。几次我想开口，都由于胆怯和害羞而缩了回去。那种尴尬的滋味我想起来就难受。原来在公司里一个新人并不太重要，人与人之间的关系也不像在学校里那么单纯，大家彼此多一事不如少一事，谁也不肯施舍一些善意，让新来的小孩好过一点。

下午也不太顺利。说好在业务上带我的那位周小姐被朱叔叔叫出去工作了。大忙人就是这样，才交待的事自己都忘了。我自己又反复看了看几个网站，在word上列出了一些优劣，分析了一下材料，最后觉得工作实在没什么剩余了，才发现大家有的在发短信，有的在聊QQ，没有几个人在认真工作。就算是认真工作，我也一点不懂，没法帮忙。我鼓足勇气，在座位上排练了好几次，才绕到一位比较年轻的小姐身旁，很礼貌地问她可不可以带我熟悉一下业务。没想到她面无表情地告诉我她是管财务的，没有什么可学。我碰了一鼻子灰，有些尴尬地走回座位，心里盘算着这接下来的几个小时怎么度过。管行政的朱小姐在我的请求下给我了一份中文资料单和一本公司财政制度，并抱歉地说她也无法帮我。我于是很郁闷地继续我的工作。

在工作快要结束的时候，快下班时，大家还没有要走的意思。那位终于回来了的周小姐也给了我一个笑脸说明天才有时间带我。我几乎是有些高兴地离开了写字楼，因为我终于有时间琢磨一下。

稀里糊涂混过了第一天。感觉初到时的新鲜和激动已减了大半。在这样压抑的写字楼里，要自如地生存，畅快地呼吸，还需要磨练。我想我现在最需要的是勇气，是甩掉扭捏的书生气，大胆一些，厚脸皮一些，活泼一些，或许会让自己自如一点。一切都靠自己，我相信明天会比今天好的多。万事开头难嘛！

XX年8月22日 星期二 实习第二天

今天早上我八点就到了办公室，想要好好地努力地开始一天的新工作，像昨晚发誓的那样，勇敢大方些。一进门我就看见清洁工大姐在开灯开空调准备打扫卫生了。在一间只有我们两个陌生人的房间里，我想我不能把她当作空气。爸爸说，进入职场，首先要学会和人相处。我含笑轻声问这位大姐是不是每天都要比我们正常上班提前一小时来打扫卫生，还在她为我的空间清扫的时候不失时机地重重地说了声谢谢。这一招很奏效，大姐一开始有些腼腆地回答我，后来便主动问我在哪上学，实习多久之类的话。气氛一下子变得很温馨和愉快，给我一天的工作打下了良好的基础。

今天又遇到一个好老师，听他的课，真的有茅塞顿开的感觉，学到了很多，特别是突出重难点方面，两个公式就可以讲一节课，而且讲的很好，整堂课没有一句废话，真佩服，我以后也要朝那样的老师发展。老师还给我提了很多意见：

1.试讲是要以让学生理解为首要目标，其次才是完成整节课的完整性，因为你的讲课如果不能让学生明白，那么整节课完整的上了一遍也毫无意义;

2.要理解考试大纲的要求，讲课时要把考试大纲的主旨渗透在课堂上;

3.要理解课本的内容。

4.要理解应聘学校的学生的水平。

5.不能把大学学的而中学没学过的东西带入课堂，即使是正确的。

6.注意一节课的量的安排，在重点学校上一节课的内容，在普通学校可能需要三节课才能上完。好了，就总结到这里，明天还有一节，也有可能还是两节，加油!

屈原是战国时期出国人，很有学问。他在楚王身边做官，以形象是自己的国家富强起来。昏君楚王却听信奸臣的话，把屈原削职流放。在流放中，屈原听说楚国的都城被敌人占领，百姓遭难，悲愤极了。五月初五这一天，他来到汨罗江边，怀抱一块石头，以纵身跳入汨罗江中。出国的百姓听到屈原投江的消息，都十分悲痛。他们含着泪划着船赶来打捞屈原，还把粽子扔到江里喂鱼，希望鱼儿不要伤害屈原的身体。这就是五月端阳包粽子的来历。

端午节还有许多有趣的活动。列如赛龙舟，挂香囊，香囊内有朱砂、雄黄、香药，外包以丝布，清香四溢，再以五色丝线弦扣成索，作各种不同形状，结成一串，形形色色，玲珑夺目。还有挂艾叶、菖蒲的习惯。

端午节的活动可真多啊!

Like tangible cultural heritages such as the Great Wall and the Forbidden

City, intangible cultural heritages like Peking Opera and

Confucius-commemorating rituals are equally crucial. We should make our utmost

efforts to preserve intangible heritages because, without their physical form of

existence, they are in greater risk of extinction.

According to UNESCO’s Convention for the Safeguarding of Intangible

Cultural Heritage (2003), all forms of social customs and habits, folklore,

performing arts, rituals, oral traditions, festivals, traditional crafts and

various knowledge and practices about nature and universe can be classified as

intangible cultural heritages. As a country consisting of a great diversity of

ethnic groups and with time-honored history and civilization, China abounds in

intangible cultural heritages. Cultural heritages connect modern people with the

historical past, allowing them to acquire a cultural and historical identity.

Without cultural heritages, we would be rendered absolutely rootless and we

would find it hard to cope with challenges at present and in the future.

However, the modernization process poses mounting threats to intangible

heritages. Many people have a blind faith in the latest electronic devices. It

is also pathetic to see elderly people in possession of such legacies pass away

without transmitting them to the younger generation. Faced with those

challenges, we should both preserve and renovate our ancestral heritages so that

we can help contribute to the cultural diversity of the world and return to our

spiritual homeland in this age of impersonal science and technology.

Like most Chinese primary students, my life is quite simple. Get up in the

morning, have breakfast and then go to school. My day always begins like that.

But every single day is so different from each other. For example, I meet

different people on my way to school. I have different new classes every day, so

I always learn new knowledge. And the happiness is different. Yesterday I might

be happy because I got high scores in the exam, but today I am happy because I

play with my classmates. Knowledge and happiness make my every single day and

life rich.
