After I read the news, I felt very excited. Lei Feng was a good example all

the young people in our

country learned from in the 1960s and 1970s. But these years people seem to

have given up the ideas of Lei Feng. they dont care about public interests and

never think for others. All these have done GRE at harm to the society.

Now, we students have realized the seriousness of the problem, and have

decided to learn from Lei Feng. We are glad that Lei Feng has come back

again.

I like to watch movies so much. Since I was very small, I have watched a

lot of movies. Some people think that it is a waste of time on this amusement,

then I can tell them they think in the wrong way. Watching movies is a good way

to learn things. When I finish watching the movie, I will scan the comments on

the Internet, then the analysis of the movie helps me understand the movie

better. Whats more, I also learn the culture. Like the movie Mummy, I learn the

Egypt culture. When I search more information, I feel like reading a history

book. Watching movie is a funny way to learn knowledge.

Leifeng was known as a pattern that offered help to others selflessly. He

devoted all this life into his beloved career as well. I, myself, was totally

shocked by his character.

Such is human nature; people trace the good, water flows to low. Everyone

should copy his sprit as our daily life goes instead of uttering a meaningless

slogan “learn from Leifeng, our decent idol”, so that we could definitely see a

lot more smiling faces rather than conflict.

To help others is not a hard thing, however, what you need is to consist

doing it. Take myself as an example. I am the representative of Math, to collect

homework is my daily task, however, I would turn them to the right page for

shorten the time for teachers when correcting them.

I strongly propose that we shall see a better world if each of us treat

八月的昆明，阳光灿烂，蔚蓝的天空飘荡着变幻莫测的云彩……

在这个暑假的一个周末，我同爸妈来到向往已久的春城——昆明，开始我们的快乐之旅。

首先，我们选择的第一个景点是坐落在闹市区的翠湖公园，哇!还没有进大门，就看到又大又漂亮的湖面，只见湖中长满了翠绿的荷叶，一片挨着一片，一眼望去，满目碧绿的荷叶中绽放出许多亭亭玉立的荷花，一阵阵荷花的清香扑鼻而来，令人心旷神怡。

一进大门，漫步在翠湖岸边，那一排排杨柳披散着纤细柔软的枝条，宛如姑娘的长发。再看左边，湖面水平如镜，清澈见底，湖水像新泡的绿茶一样光鲜可爱，阳光洒在湖面上，波光粼粼，十分耀眼。一艘艘游船靠在岸边，我和爸爸妈妈一起坐上去，我跟妈妈说：“今天让我来驾船吧。”妈妈高兴的答应了，于是，我坐在船尾，双脚踩着浆，小心翼翼地护着舵，慢慢地向远方前行，嘴里情不自禁地哼起：“让我们荡起双桨，小船儿推开波浪……”真爽啊!空气里弥漫着荷花的清香，我们欣赏着两岸的景色，犹如进入了"仙境"一般。

翠湖公园最引人注目的，还是一片片美不胜收，一年四季绿草如茵的草坪，小草长得又细又嫩，草坪上繁花点点，黄的赛金，白的似雪，粉的如霞……像满天星斗。也许是周末，那天，来翠湖游玩的人摩肩接踵，用“游人如织”来形容，一点也不为过。

啊!翠湖，我爱你，你是昆明的一颗明珠，你美丽的环境使我们流连忘返，有机会，我一定会再来的。

十一黄金周，我们全家去丹东旅游;再去的路途中路过本溪，便去水洞玩儿了半天。

水洞的九曲银河是迄今世界上发现最长的地下暗河，它是数百万年前形成的大型石灰岩水溶洞。暗河长3千米，洞内深邃宽阔，河水充沛，终年不竭，平均水深二米，最深处可达七米，钟乳石石笋千姿百态。我们乘船一共观赏了84处景点：海底世界、织女石、玉女宫、南水观音、广寒宫、北极宫、仙丹石、望儿归、凤尾。

鸭绿江

昨天晚上已经到鸭绿江边看朝鲜的夜景了，漆黑一片只有七八个昏黄的小灯，隐约可以感觉到这是一个地方。与河北岸金碧辉煌的丹东相比简直就是天壤之别。

去鸭绿江坐江船的时候看到了朝鲜人，如果向他招手他也会想你招手。江边有不少朝鲜人正在修理船只，还有背着枪的朝鲜士兵。奶奶幽默着说这已经算是出国了，因为江是一国一半，离朝鲜江边已经不到十米了，所以算是出国了。

当年抗美援朝时炸断的断桥上还留有两根可怜的石柱，在断桥边又修建了一座中朝友谊大桥，朝鲜车可以直接通往丹东。

这次旅游让我感受到了世界最长暗河的雄伟，壮观，神秘!

这次旅游还让我感受到了生活在这样的国家是多么安全，舒适!

我要珍惜这幸福时光，努力学习!

旅游是一种十分有趣的活动，平时只能在电视上感受大千世界的美丽，而旅游则能亲身体会到它的美丽;平时宅在家中十分懒散，囤积了一堆脂肪，而旅游就可以多走动，燃烧超多的卡路里;平时在朋友圈看着别人跳伞，蹦极，只能羡慕，而旅游就能马上体会到这些极限运动带来的快乐。

在银川的原始森林里，我见到了金丝猴，交嘴雀，小松鼠……金丝猴在树枝上模仿我们的动作，学我们走路，拍照，挥手，那个样子就像马戏团里面的小丑;小松鼠从这棵树上爬到那棵树上，不停地摇着大大的尾巴，好奇地看着我们;鸟儿振动着美丽的翅膀，唱着歌从我们头上飞过……它们是多么活泼啊!这种身临其境的感觉是无法从别人口中体会到的。

在舟山的大海边，我玩了有趣的海上排球。球员们在水里游着，他们比我年龄大，个子高，有半个身子在水面上，我只有肩膀和头在水面上。我先发球，把球向上抛，再打过去。对方球员奋力击球，球很快被打了过来。球员们半个身子在水里，移动不方便，而我占着个子小，灵活地变换位置，在海水里钻来钻去，感觉自己化身为灵活的海狮，真是太有趣了。

在贵州的蹦极台上，我克服了恐惧。蹦极台在三百七十米高的地方，往下看，下面是个湖泊，站在这儿，感受着迎面吹来的风，我两条腿一直在发抖。还是不跳了吧?不行!我不是一直都想蹦极吗?我闭上了眼睛，豁出去了，奋力一跳，顿时感觉冰凉的风吹到了我的脸上，整个身体好像被风托了起来，紧张的心情一下子就变得十分舒畅，貌似来到了云端。蹦极结束后，再看那高高的蹦极台，感觉我的内心变得强大了。，

旅游，真是件快乐的事，他吸引着我去探索着美丽的大千世界，让我在游览观光中成长，让我的内心在运动中变得更强大。

My father has a good friend, and I called him uncle Li. He works in a

college and teaches literature. Uncle Li is a gentleman, the way he talks and

walks shows that he has received good education. I like to discuss movies with

him. He always can give me profound ideas. No matter where he is, people respect

him a lot. I admire uncle Li so much. I wish someday I could be the person like

him. If we want others to show respect, then we need to make ourselves the

adorable persons. The rude people will never receive respect. Uncle Li wins

everybodys love by his good manner.

Located in the Yellow Sea coast of Qingdao is Chinas important regional economic center, international shipping center in Northeast Asia, the international coastal tourist resort, famous international port city. The 2008 Olympic Games so that everyone on the Qingdao more of an impression label -- sailing to Qingdao sea, rent a sailboat,feelings of the maritime customs.

A Trip to Beijing

My American friend Tom and I went to Beijing by plane last summer.

On the first day，we visited the Palace Museum and Tiananmen Square. The next day，we climbed the Great Wall. We took lots of photos. Although we felt tired，it was a fantastic experience. The third day we relaxed. Then we had the Beijing roast duck for lunch. I think it is the most delicious food in the world. Tom is interested in Chinese culture，so we drank tea and saw Beijing Opera in Lao She Teahouse in the evening. Finally，we did some shopping and flew back to Guilin.

The trip to Beijing was short，but it was wonderful. Tom said that he would never forget it.

My hometown is beautiful place It stands near a wide river at the foot of

low green hills. It has many tall buildings and wide streets. There are trees

and flowers everywhere.But it has not always been like that. In the old days, it was a sad dirty

little town. Landlords and merchants lived in the few good houses.For the working people there were only dark, unhealthy rooms in old

buildings and huts in narrow muddy streets. Nearly everyone was poor and many

had no work.Everything has changed since liberation. The people, led by the Party, have

got rid of the mud and dirt. They have put up schools, theaters, shops and

flats. They have an assembly hall and a hospital.Along the river they have built offices, hotels and parks. A lot of

factories have sprung up. On the river, streamers and boats come and go busily,

day and night. They carry the products of our industries to all parts of the

country.I love my hometown, and I love its people. They also have changed. Healthy

and happy, they are going all out to build socialism.

The first movie i saw about Yunnan was Liusanjie.

I was shocked by the beautiful mountains and rivers there.

Then Ive heard a lot about Yunnan.

People went there and came back with beautiful pictures.

Tourism in China

Recent years have seen a tency in China that tourism is growing faster. According to a recent survey made by some experts, about 47% urban resits travel regularly, and 28% rural resits also make their tour across the country. The survey also shows that more people are interested in tourism, and will join the army in the future.

Facing this tency, we can&’t help exploring some underlying factors that are responsible. In the very first place, with the policy of reform and opening up, Chinese people&’s living standard has been greatly improved, and therefore, most of them can afford to travel around. What&’s more, it is believed that people now take a more positive attitude to tourism, and regard it as a life style. In addition, tourism facilities are becoming better and better. For example, transportation develops fast, and many scenic spots are available now.

面对这一趋势，我们不能不说是负责任的开发一些潜在因素。在第一个地方，随着改革开放政策，对中国人民的生活水平有了很大提高，因此，他们大多数都不能周游。更重要的是，它相信，人们现在更积极的态度，旅游业，把它作为一种生活方式。此外，旅游设施正在变得越来越好。例如，交通运输发展迅速，许多景点都已经上市。

Following the rules can make the world in order, so that everyones time

wont be wasted. But there are always some people try to break the rules, just

to show how different they are, some even think it is cool to do it. Recently, a

young guy was riding his sliding plate in the railway station. He ignored the

staffs warning and just kept the way he was. He even shouted at the staff. At

last, when policeman came, he apologized and promised would not do it again.

What a rude boy. He only thought about himself and ignored the rules. What he

did wasted everybodys time. Breaking the rule only got himself a bad

reputation.

今天我兴奋极了，因为我们要乘皇家加勒比海洋水手号游轮去韩国旅游了，吃完了午饭，我们立刻开车前往游轮码头，远远地就看到了一艘庞大无比的游轮停在码头边。

我们托运完行李，通过了安检，在前往游轮的通道上先是每个人需拍张照，然后服务人员会给每个人发一张房间的门卡，卡上除了有姓名、房间号码外，还有每天晚餐的用餐时间和餐桌号码。我们把门卡挂在脖子上后就激动地登上了游轮，进入了我们的房间，和酒店的房间布局差不多，房间外面还有个露台。放好行李后，我们就开始了游船的好奇之旅。游轮就像是个超级商场，里面有很多运动的、娱乐的项目，有篮球场、攀岩馆、乒乓球桌、游泳池、小朋友DIY室、健身房、电影院、溜冰场、免税店、赌场、好几个餐厅等等，还有很多的演出安排，真是丰富多彩!

我们回房间换好了游泳衣，兴冲冲地跑到11楼的海水游泳池开始游泳，游累了后，我们就在旁边的几个温水池里泡“温泉”，舒服极了!

游完泳，我们回房间洗好澡，就来到3楼的餐厅开始用晚餐，晚餐是西式可选套餐，很丰盛!在我们用餐时，游轮悄悄地离开了码头，向韩国的釜山出发了。用完晚餐，我们回到房间，打开房门，惊奇地发现原先的沙发已经变成了一张铺得整齐的床，手巧的服务生还用浴巾和毛巾叠了个可爱的小白兔放在床上。

第一天的游轮体验感觉真不错!

Dear students,

As we know, safety is the most important thing in our lives. So, we should

try our best to make sure we are safe. We mustn’t bring restricted knives or

things to our school because these things may cause serious problems. Do not

have a bath in rivers or ponds by ourselves without our parents’ permission.

And, we should be friendly to others so fighting is strongly banned. Make sure

that we should always pay attention to the traffic on our way to school or home.

Furthermore, if we meet some emergency, we must call for help from the police or

our teachers. In a word, following these safeties rules above can make us live

in peace.

When cellphone became popular many years ago, parents and school at first

banned students to take cellphone into classroom, but now, even the small child

has owned a cellphone. The use of cellphone cant be banned. For students, they

get used to keeping cellphone at hand, but the overuse of it can be blamed to

their parents. Some parents dont set good examples for their children. When

they are together, they just leave cellphones to kids and let them kill the

time. If they show the beautiful scenery around and teach kids to appreciate the

world. Then cellphone wont take up their time.

English is one of my best subjects and I started learning English when I

was ten years old. But at the very beginning, listening seemed a little

difficult for me. So I have been doing a lot of listening practice, such as

listening to tapes, watching English TV programs. And I found it really helped a

lot. In fact, there are some more helpful ways to learn English well. For

example, I enjoy singing English songs and I want to join an English club or

find a pen pal from English-speaking countries. I believe that nothing is

impossible if you put your heart into it。

I am going to Hawaii for vacation .I am going in December ,and I am staying for three weeks.Hawaii is comprised of a chain of 132 islands.We usually think of the eight main islands when we think of Hawaii.This is not surprising as the other 124 islands only total about 3 square miles in land area.

Hawaii is home of the worlds most active volcano,the crater of Kilauea on Mauna Loa.Sandy beaches,towering volcanoes,and lush valleys lure thousands of tourists each year to this tropical paradise.

Hawaii is the most ethnically and racially diverse state of any state in the union,a mix that includes Caucasians,Americans of Japanese descent,and Polynesians,among others.Native Hawaiians have held on to many of their customs and traditions despite the influx of non-natives over the years.Hawaii is the only state that has an official native language.Statehood had been proposed many times throughout Hawaiis history,but it was not until 1959 that Hawaii became the 50th state of the United States.
