接着，专家又给我们讲了一些正确的用眼习惯。要求我们要远离电子产品，看电视不超过40分钟，要多吃水果蔬菜，近距离用眼不能超过40分钟，每天户外活动不少于两小时，这样我们才能保护好自己的眼睛。

最后，到了我最喜欢的游戏环节了，专家给每个小朋友都带上一副眼镜，模拟近视的状态，我们带上眼镜后看图片，分不清是男是女，连手指也看不清是几根，从游戏的过程中让我们体会到了近视给生活带来多大的不便。

听完这次讲座，我认识到近视的危害，也了解了自己生活中一些错误的用眼方式。今后我一定注意，保护好自己的眼睛，小朋友们也一样哦！
