And Catherine, daughter of the house, found in him the perfect companion: wild, rude, and as proud and cruel as she. But although Catherine loves him, even recognizes him as her soulmate, she cannot lower herself to marry so far below her social station. She instead marries another, and in so doing sets in motion an obsession that will destroy them all.

WUTHERING HEIGHTS is a bit difficult to "get into;" the opening chapters are so dark in their portrait of the end result of this obsessive love that they are somewhat off-putting. But they feed into the flow of the work in a remarkable way, setting the stage for one of the most remarkable structures in all of literature, a story that circles upon itself in a series of repetitions as it plays out across two generations. Catherine and Heathcliff are equally remarkable, both vicious and cruel, and yet never able to shed their impossible love no matter how brutally one may wound the other.

我觉得安利科是个孝顺的孩子，也是个善良的孩子。他天真、活泼、好动，在他生活中有许多关怀他的好朋友，时常鼓励他，安慰他，所以他才可以顺利成长，也可以从中获取经验。

I was read the book which called “The Adventures of Tom Sawyer”。 This story is about a clever boy called Tom Sawyer.

Tom is a naughty boy, he doesn’t like school and he doesn’t like work and he never wants to get up in the morning. But he like playing like swimming, fishing and having adventures with his friends. In this story he and his friend have a lot of adventures. These adventures can be dangerous. One night in the graveyard he and Huck see three men. Then Tom and his friends saw a murder. Joey killed the doctor and referred to Peter. Tom and his friends exposed Joey and caught him and became hero.

I think Tom is naughty but he is sympathetic and upright, he is brave he doesn’t afraid of Joey and full of his mind are wicked idea but he is clever and optimistic, he want his friend work for him, he make a lot of funny things.

This book let me know we need to “The road sees rough, gone to bat” to face difficult things we can’t shrink back and we need to fight with them. In the same time l know if only have a dream have pursuit and should try our best to do it , we can’t give up easily .

It just like in our study life we need to do our best. When we have problem we need to overcome it and get better scores.

今天，我又重温了一遍以前看过的《岳飞传》，心中更是感慨万千。想着岳飞等忠良之士屡次遭到秦桧等人陷害，心中便愤愤不平。金兀术侵犯边疆，热血男儿保家卫国的壮丽凯歌从此上映了起来。岳将军战功赫赫，屡建奇功。曾以五千兵马退过敌人十万兵马，可见其利害。他为国家舍生忘死，不贪图富贵，而为百姓着想。他爱兵如子，不求虚荣，只为了“精忠报国”四字而生，为这四字而死，可见其忠良之心。

只是秦桧等下流之辈经过一段圣旨将岳飞拿去风波亭，连同张宪、岳云，一齐勒死在那里，可怜了岳将军精忠报国之心。今后，我一定要学习岳将军这种爱国之心，成为国家的栋梁之才!

在寒假里，我读了一本名著一一一《三国演义》，这本书描写了三国时期的社会斗争和社会生活。书中有许许多多的小故事，比如《桃园三结义》、《草船借箭》、《七擒孟获》、《三顾茅庐》等。

在众多的故事中，我最喜欢的是《七擒孟获》这个故事。它主要讲述了：刘备死后，蛮王孟获造反。诸葛亮率领军队南渡水，想要平定南方这一带的战争。当诸葛亮到达南中时，听说蛮王孟获在这里威望很高，就决定擒拿孟获，诸葛亮一共抓住了孟获七次，又放了孟获七次。每次孟获都找各种理由，诸葛亮为了让他心服口服，便决定陪孟获“玩”到底。第一次，孟获说胜败乃兵家常事，到第二、三、四、五、六次，孟获要么说是手下人内讧，要么说是地方险峻，诸葛亮都把他放了。到了第七次，孟获用藤甲兵来战，诸葛亮用火攻，打败了孟获。此时的孟获输的心服口服，他大喊道：“丞相天威，南人不复反矣！”

读了这个故事，我觉得诸葛亮不仅是一个神机妙算的人，他还是一个宽宏大量的人。他抓住了一个造反的人，完全有理由一刀斩了孟获。诸葛亮却没有这么做，而是用另一种方式来感化孟获，把他纳入了自己的旗下。孟获虽是个鲁莽之人，但也被这种宽宏大量所感动。

生活中，我和诸葛亮完全相反，他制服一个人不是将他杀死，而是用另一种方式来感化他。而我呢？我的徒弟一不听话，我就揪他耳朵，想用暴力解决问题，导致他越来越不信任我，开始反感我。何老师与我谈心时说过这样一句话：“所有问题都不是暴力能解决的，想让别人信任你，必须要换一种更妥当的方式去感动别人，这样别人才愿意选你当师父。”

所以同学们之间产生了矛盾，我们一定不要大打出手。换个方式，也许可以把“敌人”变成朋友！由此可见，最大的力量不是拳头。我们如果像诸葛亮一样对待孟获，就会少一个敌人，多一个朋友，正所谓“得人心者得天下”。

Despite of the torture of the principal and all those pressures above， she still was optimistic towards life. By reading this novel， I felt inspired and think much. When we meet such difficulties， what should we do? Some people always plain that the fate is unfair to them. Some people can’t sustain the hardships and choose to give up. Few of them even try to mit  because they lack the courage to overe it. Compared with Sara—an eleven years old girl who can treat the pressure of life with optimistic spirit， these people’s performances are sounded so lamentable. Why can’t they make it?However， what impress me most are her characteristics and the thought of her “being a real princess.” This “real princess” does not mean luxury palaces， beautiful clothes and the apple of the others’ eyes， but being kind， generous and having good manners. It is unnecessary for “a real princess” to be strong in body， but she must be strong in will. Sara is a real princess in my heart all the time， whether she was rich and wore beautiful clothes in the classroom or she was cold and hungry in the attic， just because she had the good characters and kind heart.
