今天，为了星期五的试讲，我将教案又重新誊写了一遍，交给管老师再次批阅。经过她的点评和点拨，原本一份儿自认为还不错的教学设计竟是如此的漏洞百出。

不过，今天我明白了，针对小学英语词汇和句型的教授，更重要的是不断的操练与巩固。尤其是在随堂课上面，方式不必太过翻新、太过多样化，稳扎稳打才是课堂教学的本质。

与此同时，我也在思考：

教学形式的多样化与教学效果是否成正比：选择多样化的教学形式，学生会感受到课堂气氛的活跃，但繁多的形式会使学生眼花缭乱。在《Atasnack》这一课，由于讲授的内容是食物类的单词和句型。所以我选择了很多样化的教具和教学形式，课堂氛围应该总体不错，但至于整堂课的教学效果，我实在是不好说。现在我很疑惑：一节课传授的是知识，教学形式只是是教学目标实现的辅助手段而已，该如何适度地运用不同的教学形式呢？

而且，我还学到了对于教材，自己要进行认真的分析，加以自己的理解，再进行适当的处理，这样才能做出最好的掌握。

之前，我的处理较于呆板，不仅自己教授起来困难，而且学生接受、掌握起来也并不是很容易。如果我能多动动脑子、多花花心思，也许就能找到更好、更合理的解决所教授内容的方式。

总之，万事都需要钻研。有付出，才会有回报。

今天，是我实习这么多天来性质最不一样、意义最为重要的一天。因为今天我完成了人生职业生涯里第一堂课的教学，心中感慨颇多。

为了今天的这一堂课，虽说只是一个小学、一位老师，一堂简简单单的随堂课。但对我来说，却是最初的尝试，意义非同小可。所以我还是花费了很多的心血和精力，精心地准备了一番。

在准备的过程中，我体会到了教案设计的艰辛，课件制作的不易。但更重要的环节还在后面，那便是真正的课堂教学过程的组织。

对于今天的课堂，我进行了一定的自我反思。首先是课堂有时显得过于拘谨，以致于我出现了频繁的小动作。

其次，板书设计不够科学合理，重难点体现得不够分明、有层次。

再者，课堂用语不够简洁明了。没能针对四年级小学生们现有的英语水平进行相应的交流。

最后，就是发音问题，由于紧张出现了一定的发音问题，这也是基本功不够扎实的体现。

这些问题，只是一些小细节的问题。至于更为深刻一点的问题，比如：课堂设计、师生沟通等等这些理论化的问题，我也没能思考出什么学术性结果，便不想赘述了。这些问题的解决，还需要我更多实践性的结果。

总之，先由浅入深，今后要先对这些细节性小问题多加注意并改善才是。

屏幕上放映两分钟，一抹开朗的笑容映入眼帘，她没有漂亮的衣服，却拥有着清纯灿烂的笑容。那一刻，我想，向日葵也许只是比喻她开朗吧!可是看到后面，我眼前模糊了，泪水像断了线的珠子般一滴一滴的掉在课桌上。

她，才5岁就到花炮厂插引线，她的爸爸中风瘫痪，妈妈患精神病，弟弟又得了心脏病---一次一次的打击，如同一根针刺在我的心里。连我这种观看者都觉得艰难，何况她和平本人呢?可她还是乐观面对!在高压的工作中学习，她就如同在风中坚强的向日葵，即使大风大难也永不低头，朝着希望的阳光含泪微笑。

她，出生平凡，可却做着不平凡的事!初中拿到全市第一，政治、地理门门满分，凭着如此惊人的成绩，可谁又知道，她背后付出的努力呢!她在食堂吃饭，弟弟吃一碗面条，而自己却只吃八毛钱的馒头。她最多兼职了七份工作，当四川地震时她偷偷把为父亲治病的一千元捐给了同样需要帮助的人，却忘了自己也需要帮助。

今天老师组织我们观看了《向日葵女孩》何平的故事。何平生活在我们浏阳澄潭江的一个小山村里她是一个非常坚强的女孩，她面对了很多连大人都无法坚强忍受的现实。我很佩服她，因为连大人都无法面对，她却能面对，更何况她还是个孩子。

何平妈妈是个精神病人，除了要吃，其它什么都不会干。5岁的小和平就要一边照顾妈妈，一边插鞭炮引来维持生计。但在学习上她特别刻苦，学习成绩总是连续的名列第一。读高中时，爸爸由于常年劳累，也卧床不起啦!屋漏偏遭连夜雨，弟弟小君也得了先天性心脏病，家庭的重担全落在小和平身上。此时她是多么的煎熬呀!她再也顾不上什么廉耻了，在阿婆的带领下，她只好向亲朋戚友、左邻右舍去借钱，但她都一一记录在本子上。她说：“将来一定要凭自己的力量将钱还掉。”后来她考取了“湖南科技大学”。本来她想辍学，但在爸爸的威逼下只好去上学了。看到弟弟的身体越来越差，她又将弟弟接到学校一边读书、一边照顾弟弟。让弟弟吃好一点的，而她每天只吃馒头。她起早摸黑连打几份工，硬是扛过来了。她说：“太阳越大，开得就越灿烂。现在虽然辛苦，但是我要像向日葵一样迎着太阳生活!”

看了她的故事后，我的脑海里就想起了自己的童年，在我7岁的时候，妈妈布置了一些家务活给我做，现在记起我还是一路怨气做过来的。跟何平相比，我还差得远。最起码我是拥有一个健康美好的家庭，有爱我疼我的爸爸妈妈。我虽然不知道何平是怎么想的，但她至少也比我坚强多了。穷人的孩子早当家!现在我看了这部电影，我发誓我一定要好好读书，长大了就会有出息。

这就是平凡而坚持不懈的何平，她坚强、她自信、她独立、她总是遇到困难就勇敢去面对，她就是辛苦也要坚持，她就是家中的“顶梁柱”时时刻刻都撑起了这个家庭。

我相信只要不放弃生活就会越来越美好，因为阳光只照在扬起的脸上。

It is recognized by everybody that the strength of a country depends upon its education. The higher the education standards, the stronger the country becomes. That is true indeed.

But my opinion is that, in order to make a country strong, education alone is not sufficient. It should go side by side with morality.

Morality and education are the foundation of a country. The absence of either makes success impossible. Education without morality is dangerous. Morality without education is also harmful.

the prosperity of a nation depends on the development of education. any development in science and technology throughout the world is due to the development of education which brings up scientists and inventors. it is difficult to emphasize just how important the role of education is. there is no doubt that countries with undeveloped education will remain poor.

education is also vital to the development of an individual. of all elements of success in our careers none is more important than education. it is not genius but the knowledge that makes the difference between success and failure. in fact most of the famous people of our times spent many years studying. can you name any great men you admire who are not well educated ?

some people, however, are still ignorant of the importance of education. some parents, especially those in the countryside, think it unnecessary to send their children to school. some parents have their children work for money at a very young age. in view of this, compulsory education must be enforced to see to it that every young people will be have the chance to receive adequate education.

Nowadays in China, the limit to candidates for college entrance examination is not so strict as before. People of all ages and even married people can take the examination and have a chance of becoming a college student. The new regulation has many advantages.

Firstly, it provides more people with chances to receive high education. There are many people who have once lost the chance to enter a college for some reason. Now they can pick up their own dreams of being a college student. Secondly, it will introduce more students with different backgrounds and the abilities for colleges and universities. Finally, it stimulates competition and promotes the candidates to work harder.

However, relaxing the limit of age and marriage might bring some problems. For one thing, married students have to take care of the family and children, which brings more difficulties for school management. For another, there might be a gap between the elder students and the other young students. Therefore, more attention should be paid to the enrollment of those people of other age groups and married persons.

人们都说“穷人家的孩子早成家”，看完一部叫《向日葵女孩》的电影后，我更是深深地理解了这句话的含义。

故事中，一位女孩出自穷苦人家，有一位疯疯癫癫的母亲，她被同学欺负、嘲笑。但是她的父亲对她说：“你的出身和相貌不能改变，但是你的命运可以掌握在自己手中。你只有读好书，别人就是说你有个疯妈也不会信的。”父亲的话对她影响很大，她没有怨天尤人，没有由此消沉。她从小到大都是第一名，考上了湖南科技大学。学校得知她的情况之后，学费全免。本来以为这些苦，对于小小年纪的她来说已经足够，没想到，等待她的还有各种各样的困难：弟弟得了心脏病，爸爸中风……她克服了种种困难，在多方爱心人士的帮助下，最终一家团聚。

我想，要改变自己的命运，那得需要多少勇气啊!得需要多强的意志力啊!以后，我在受挫的时候，会对自己说：“天无绝人之路，总会有办法的。”;在自己一无所有的时候，会对自己说：“我还有爸爸、妈妈、弟弟呀，我很幸福。”我觉得每个人都有属于自己的命运，我们要做命运的主人，我们要掌握命运!而不是命运掌握我们!

和向日葵女孩相比，我们真是太幸福了!我们要珍惜现在的每一刻，抓紧读书，做一个品格端正的人!

在二十一世纪的中国，电视机已迈入了千家万户，但是随着经济的发展，技术的提高，电脑在二十一世纪成了人们的新宠儿。

二十一世纪是一个充满着竞争的信息时代，电脑使人们的学习和信息交流变得更加得丰富多彩，使知识的获得更加便捷。

有一次老师让我查找一位历史人物的资料，我翻阅了许多的书籍，但还是没有找到所要的资料，真是心急如焚。可是后来上网一查，不出一会，便找到了资料。这次能找到资料，真是多亏了电脑网络呀!

我上一次在电视上看到，有一个村的几十户农民开发资源，种植了好几亩的绿色蔬菜，但是一直没有人来订购出去。一个学电脑的人帮助他们想了个办法，上网找客户。一下子，许多客户都在网上下了定单。没过几天，便把这成堆的蔬菜销售一空。这些蔬菜被放在家中腐烂的命运，被一台小小的电脑所改变了，这是多么的神奇呀!

China, as a developing country, has a large gap compared with developed

countries. If we want to catch up with and even surpass the developed ones,

education seems important and should be given the first priority. Besides,

education seems the same important to individuals.

In modern time, when science and technology are making great progress, the

education of the work force is the most important. Moreover, many of the success

in advanced countries have demonstrated that a nations prosperity mainly

depends on the quality of its labor force, namely those who have been well

educated.

For individuals, education is the best way to improve oneself. Firstly,

its education thathelps people gain basic knowledge of the world, helping them

to distinguish what is right and wrong. Secondly, education improves ones

skills of life and work, which can make people live a good life or have

achievements in career. Finally, education brings people ability of learning and

that is the key role of education.

The topic like “what’s a university?” or “what a university should do?” has been discussed many times in every age. Not only educationalists but also students take into it. Is it necessary to give priority to skills and knowledge in university education as they are essential to employers? Or students in universities should have access to all of knowledge just as they have their own sake? Chose A or B, this is a problem.

The value of knowledge itself need to be considered first in university education even though the course is not as practical as skills and technology. In Chinese culture, morality education is always took at first. It said that the way of real learning is to develop and expand virtue, to innovate peoples’ opinions, to get the best goodness. In addition, there are four stages in the success of a gentleman: first, to cultivate his moral characters; second, regulate his own family; third, rule the state successfully; forth, let the world get peace. In Chinese traditional value, students in university need to develop his morality firstly, though these knowledge is not as useful as other skills after they get a job.

On the other hand, the practicability of a university course is also worth considering, especially in the age when our government call for the attention to skills and technology in university education and when the employees prefer to capacity and practical knowledge of employers. The time in university is limited and conditions and aims of students are different. When students chose which course to learn, it is inevitable for some of them prefer to those which are more needed in workplace.

Universities give equal access to all of knowledge, including the practical courses and others. What’s more, they need give more chance to students to choose what to learn. Congratulate on diversity!

《清稗类钞·敬信类》中记载了这样一个故事：一个叫蔡嶙的人向一位朋友借了一千两黄金，没打借条。不多年，朋友去世了，他就把朋友的儿子叫到家，把一千两黄金还给他。但朋友的儿子很惊愕，坚决不受，笑道：“没有这回事，父亲没有留给我借条，也没有口头告诉我有这事。”蔡嶙说：“借条就在我心里，不在纸上，心中的诚信才是根本，你父亲知道我是个讲诚信的人，才没有告诉你。他如此相信我，我又岂能失信呢？”最后还是把黄金还给了他。该故事发人深思之处在于蔡嶙所言，借条、契约、合同等外在的法律性约束固然很重要，但人心中的诚信更重要。如果一个人没有诚信，没有道德上的“慎独”自律，就可能去钻外在的、法律的空子，甚至为了一己私利而置法律义务于不顾。

人们对道德规范的敬重，人们心目中的诚信、道德人格和做人的尊严，就是人们的道德信仰。道德是一种实践理性，它要解决的是“我应该怎么做？”的问题。“我应该怎么做？”包括两个方面：一是我应该怎么做事？二是我应该怎么做人？二者不可分割，后者比前者更根本，且要通过前者表现出来。道德信仰涉及这两个方面，但其核心是第二个方面。道德信仰是对道德理想目标的确认和笃信，是对怎样做人的设定，是对理想人格的设定。道德信仰以人格来证明或显示人性的神圣和尊严，显示人的价值。一种道德信仰的确立，代表着一个道德价值体系的形成，又是对人们的道德认知、道德情感、道德意志、道德人格、道德观念、道德动机的整合，从而将人们的各种关于道德的零散的信念和价值观念统一起来，形成一个高低有序的道德价值观系统，成为规范一个人全部人生活动和行为选择的基本框架。整合一旦完成，作为一个价值系统整体，道德信仰又对道德生活的各个方面发挥重要的作用。

在中国传统文化中，“诚”非常接近道德信仰。孟子说：“诚者天之道也，思诚者人之道也。至诚而不动者，未之有也，不诚未有能动者也。”孟子所说的“诚”是真实无欺的意思。天是真实无欺的，人也应该追求真实无欺。达到至诚就能使人感动，达不到至诚就不能使人感动。荀子也重视“诚”，认为“诚”是所有德行的基础。他说：“君子养心莫善于诚，致诚则无它事矣。”把“诚”当作最重要的道德观念的是《中庸》。《中庸》说：“诚者，天之道也；诚之者，人之道也。诚者，不勉而中，不思而得，从容中道，圣人也。诚之者，择善而固执之者也。”可见，至诚是一种尽性知天并达到天人合一的崇高境界。这是中国特色的道德信仰，它不依靠宗教，不通过神学，而从人性与天性、人道与天道的合一，从相信人性善并通过尽性知天的途径，达到天人合一的理想的人生境界。

令人遗憾的是，在现实生活中，一些人经不起利益的诱惑，做出了很多伤天害理之事。出现这类现象的原因尽管是多方面的，但缺乏道德信仰是其中最普遍的原因。当前，在认真贯彻《公民道德建设实施纲要》中，在加强诚信教育中，我们应高度重视道德信仰的重要性。
