快乐是一种好的状态。人所处的状态不同，处理事情的能力也不同。在你快乐的时候，处理事情会比较沉静，而不快乐时，处理事情往往比较鲁莽，小事变大事。

我觉得，要保持一种良好的状态，也就是快乐，就要有一种积极地心态。

那什么是积极的心态呢?就是自己主动地想办法心情愉悦，快乐。要保持这种积极的心态，首先就是在你不能改变环境的时候，就要学着适应环境。例如北方的松树，别的树，如杨树、梧桐树等，叶面都是舒展的，是一个平面，但到冬天，它们全部要落叶。而松树，为了适应冬天的寒冷，叶子进化成针状，这就是适应环境。
