一次，我在餐厅中吃饭，见到一个镜头。一个客人和朋友去吃饭，抱怨服务生服务不周到，说着说着两人骂了起来。那个服务生眼影涂得很重，一看就不是关注事业的人。两人吵得越来越激烈，服务生不耐烦地白了客人一眼。这可不得了，顾客的火气更大了。这时，女上司闻声而来。她微笑着走来轻声地对顾客道歉。与刚才的那个服务生不同的是，她的脸上没有一点不耐烦的表情，而是一直扬起嘴角带着歉意微笑着。她亲自拿来抹布，轻轻地擦着桌子上的水，一边听顾客的建议和批评，一边对顾客说道歉的话。那个客人被上司那甜美的微笑所感动了，火气像淋下了一桶水，灭了一大半。上司见两位客人的火气消了，便问她们爱吃什么水果。得知她们爱吃什么水果后，她叫来了另一个服务生，吩咐了什么。然后拿起了菜单，向两位客人介绍什么菜好吃，最经典的菜式……而她那微笑像粘上胶水似的，可又笑地那样美，那么纯真，没有一丝作假的感觉，贴在她脸上很久很久。这时，一位服务生端着两杯奶茶走到上司面前，递给上司。上司微笑着，将两杯奶茶递给两个客人，说：“对不起，是我们不对，这两杯奶茶我请你们喝。消消火。”两人心里的怒火完全消失了，而且叫了一大般朋友来吃饭。这一件事，因微笑而解决。

微笑的力量不大，但是对于这一种事，以微笑这种武器十分好。

饭凉了，但我懂得了一个道理。

曾经听到这样一个故事：一位独居的小姐听到敲门声后打开门，发现一个持刀的人正恶狠狠地盯着自己：“交出钱来！”她灵机一动，微笑着说：“朋友，你真会开玩笑！是推销菜刀吧？我喜欢，我要一把”边说边让男人进屋，接着说：“你真像我过去认识的一位好心的邻居，看到你非常高兴，你要喝咖啡还是茶”本来脸带杀气的歹徒慢慢变得腼腆起来。他有点结巴地说：“谢谢，哦，谢谢！”故事最后，她真的买下了那把明晃晃的菜刀，陌生男人拿着钱迟疑了一下走了，在身离去的时候，他说：“小姐，你将改变我的一生！”

听完这个故事，我不禁会心微笑。是的，微笑就是有这样的力量，能缩短彼此的距离，使人与人之间充满信任与感激。我相信微笑的力量，在任何时空，都直抵心灵。

曾经，我是一位平庸无比的学生。

那是一次考试，我的成绩再一次下降，被老师叫到办公室“喝茶”。那时，天空是黑暗的，心里空空的。我感觉到好象全世界都抛弃了我。孤独，寂寞，失落将我压的喘不过气来。推门而入，眼前的景象令我大吃一惊：老师端着一杯咖啡，悠闲地坐在位置上注视着我的考卷。见我进来了，竟然微笑着对我说：“来，坐吧！”这，老师有没有认错人了？强忍着心中的疑惑，坐在老师旁边，心情竟然不可思议的放松下来。那个傍晚，老师微笑着教会了我许多道理，我不再沮丧，而是充满斗志，变得想要读书。老师微笑的话对我的未来产生了巨大的影响，让我在人生的道路上走得更远！

低碳”这个词已经成为21世纪的代名词，低碳也是因为现在的人们终于认识到保护环境的重要性，才创造出的这个词。所以我决定，在以后的生活中，我也要处处“低碳”，保护我们生存的家园。

一切从出行开始，我出门尽量少坐出租车，距离短的就步行，距离长的就坐公交车。我发现，一段时间后，我既节省了路费，又锻炼了身体，真可谓两全其美。

接着，就要从节水做起了。我尽量用洗衣水来清洁马桶、拖地……每次喝水，我会记着要喝多少就接多少水，绝不多接，节约饮用水资源。慢慢的，我发现，地拖得越来越干净，连我都能照的出来了。

最后，就是节电了。一到晚上，我们家就灯火通明，每个房间的灯都开着，有时，电视机前没有人，电视依旧开着，浪费了不少电。我告诉爸爸妈妈，离开房间后要随手关灯。不看电视时，记得将电视关闭，并且少用电脑。在白天，能不开灯，就不要开灯。我们一家人都那么做，我相信，我们家的电费一定会少不少的。两个月后，妈妈再去交电费时，发现少了好几度电呢!

我从网上了解到：在北京，人们为了让汽车少排出尾气，有了单双号汽车在不同日期行驶。制订了无车日，也是希望大家可以低碳生活，保护我们赖以生存的家园!
