但是，我最喜欢过的还是春节，农历正月初一公历_月_日，就是我们小孩子特别期盼的过大年了。春节习俗有很多，比如吃饺子、汤圆、大肉丸、美酒，而且还有洗被褥、贴春联、贴年画、门神钟馗、句饺子、贴剪纸、贴窗花、贴福字、点旺火、放鞭炮、给压岁钱、拜年、走亲戚、送年礼、上祖坟、逛花市。春节还有很有趣的活动，有踩高跷、舞狮子、放鞭炮、放礼花、还能看到很多好看的文艺节目。

我也特别的喜欢走亲戚，过年去串亲戚，亲戚家都准备好多好吃的东西，我还可以得到压岁钱，那时候的我都快笑的合不拢嘴了，因为可以买点玩具，还可以买书看了。还有我最喜欢放鞭炮，鞭炮有很多种，我只知道我玩的有小挂鞭、甩炮、有手拿着舞动着的礼花炮等。春节还要贴春联。晚上的时候要吃饺子，傍晚八点时还要放烟花、鞭炮，家家都在放鞭炮，到处都是噼里啪啦的鞭炮声，特别是大年初一早上我还在梦里的时候，早早就被震耳欲聋的鞭炮声惊醒了，那鞭炮声能响几个小时。晚上的时候放的礼花就更好看了，有的礼花像满天小星星，有的像天女散花、有的像小动物，有的像流星雨，真是太美了。晚上家家都围坐在电视机前看精彩的春节联欢晚会，品着香喷喷的饺子，真是特别享受。

春节真美啊!真想天天过春节，穿好衣服，吃好吃的。

According to a recent article on Newsweek concerning children’s’ education,

there is an increasing number of parents worrying their kids to an extreme

extent, depriving them of independence and freedom by keeping them around

parents all the time.

Some people applaud this phenomenon, suggesting that kids’ safety is the

most important. Thus, they’d better not enter the hazardous society without

supervision unless they become adults. From my point of view, some of their

opinion is correct but keeping children away from independence is a completely

erroneous decision. The reasons are as follows:

First and foremost, “locking kids” may hinder their healthy growth, both

mentally and physically. The kids who are locked may have heavy reliance on

their parents, as their comprehensive skills such as communication skills or

cooperative spirit being prevented from developing.

Secondly, what these parents fail to see is the fact that the crime rate

and accidents aren’t on a rapid rise. It is the abuse of mass media that make

crimes and violence more scary. The parents, who love their kids so much, are

completely forced to live under the illusion that our society is full of riots

or threats of accidents. Thus, kids can be allowed to have more freedom such as

walking to school by himself, for instance.

From what has been discussed above, we may safely draw a conclusion that

kids should be given more freedom by parents’ effort. At the same time, parents

should take many factors into consideration such as the time restriction for

children and the evaluation to kids’ maturity and capability. Only then can they

enjoy a safe and meaningful childhood.

元宵节，是中国的传统节日。去年，我过了个很不一样的元宵节。

那天，全家人都在家。妈妈建议：“今天，我们自己包汤圆吃。”我高兴极了，像小鸡啄米似的连连点头答应。我从来只吃过汤圆，但还没有包过呢!

我先和妈妈去菜场买食材。回到家后，奶奶拿来一袋糯米粉，还教我将搓好成型的糯米团分成一小块一小块的。爸爸妈妈则将桌子擦干净，铺上白纸，撒上糯米粉。

准备就绪，开工了。妈妈做了一个给我看，我也学着做。把一小块糯米团揉成小圆球，压一个小洞，将芝麻放进去，就大功告成了。再一看，却傻了眼，芝麻像水一样，慢慢流出来。旁边一位“长者”告诉我，是因为芝麻放得太多了。又一个好了，这个才叫完美。

晚上，我们全家吃好汤圆，到街上去看灯。只见街上人上人海，整条街道都已变成“人行道”，一眼望去看不见人流末尾。我们也随着人流汇入灯区。只见，各种彩色的灯，像天上的繁星一样大放光彩。只见那“几千条”金黄色的闪光从六、七米的“高空”悬下，如瀑布一般，让人眼花缭乱。瞧，那一盏盏五彩缤纷、千姿百态的花灯真是令人大饱眼福。有红彤彤的“五角星;有昂首挺胸的“小公鸡”;还有活泼可爱的“小猴子”……

直到月亮渐渐西落，我们才依依不舍地离开。这真是个令人难忘的元宵节啊!

随着一声声的响声，烟花的数量越来越多，看得我眼花瞭乱、目不睱接，有的像许多花环套在一起，有的像一把撑开的彩色雨伞，有的像彗星，还有的像长长的瀑布倾泻而下，又像下起了圆圆的小水珠，壮观极了。最出众的是“流星雨”，只见火苗一飞冲天，在空中炸开，声音如雷贯耳，炸开的流星拖着细长的尾巴四散奔逃，又飘飘然然地落了下来，看得我惊讶不已。

烟火结束了，我依然沉浸在那火树银花美丽的境界中，我真希望今后的生活，也能像烟花一样绚丽多彩。

TheDragonBoatFestivaloccurs on the fifth day of the fifth moon of the lunar calendar(阴历). It is one of the three most important of the annual Chinese festivals. The other two are the Autumn Moon Festival and Chinese New Year.

The story of this colorful festival concerns a famous Chinese scholar-statesman(政治家) named Chu Yuan(屈原) who, some three centuries before the birth of Christ, served the King of Chu(楚怀王)during the Warring States period. As a loyal minister(大臣), Chu Yuan at first enjoyed the full confidence and respect of his sovereign(君主). Eventually, through the intrigues of his rivals, he was discredited(不足信的, 不名誉的).

Chu Yuan was never able to regain(恢复) the emperors favor and on the fifth day of the fifth moon in the year 295 B.C.(Before Christ), at the age of 37, Chu Yuan clasped a stone to his chest and plunged into the Milo River(汨罗江) in the Hunan Province(湖南省).

Respecting the minister as an upright(正直的) and honest man, the people who lived in the area jumped into their boats and rushed out in a vain search for him. This unsuccessful rescue attempt is a part of what the Dragon Boat Festival commemorates every year.

Probably the most exciting and interesting aspect of the festival is the racing of the Dragon Boats. These races not only symbolize the peoples attempt to save Chu Yuan, they also demonstrate the Chinese virtues(美德) of cooperation and teamwork.

Another activity of the Festival is the making and eating of a kind of dumpling called Tzungtzu (粽子). When it became known that Chu Yuan was gone forever, the people, living along the river, threw cooked rice into the water as a sacrifice(祭品) to their dead hero. They wrapped(包) rice in bamboo leaves(粽叶), and stuffed(填满) it with ham, beans, bean paste(豆沙), salted egg yokes, sausages, nuts, and/or vegetables.

To the Chinese the fifth lunar moon is more than just the Dragon Boat Festival. Since antiquity(古代), they have believed that this month is a pestilential and danger-fraught(瘟疫的及充满危险的) period. Children born in this month are said to be difficult to raise(抚养), and people tend to concentrate their efforts during this time attempting to protect their families from ills and misfortune. The day of the Dragon Boat Festival is customarily the time when cleaning and sanitation(卫生) are stressed(着重, 强调). Most families hang calamus(菖蒲) and artemisia(艾草) above their doors, both as a decoration and as a preventive against pestilence.

Ancient folk medicines(民间药物) such as realgar(雄黄酒)are added to the food eaten on the Festival day. This is believed to prevent disease and to promote a healthy digestive system(消化器官). The drinking of realgar in wine supposedly relieves(解除) the effects of poisons accumulated in human bodies.

The sachets (Hsiang Pao in Chinese香包) are very popular with children and they vie(竞争) with each other to collect as many as possible. Children are not the only ones who collect Hsiang Pao. Older people are often given them as a symbol of respect, and they are highly prized because of the intricate(复杂的) and beautiful embroidery(刺绣) that adorns(装饰) them.

The Dragon Boat Festival is an entertaining and enjoyable event. It gives the observer an opportunity to glimpse a part of the rich Chinese cultural heritage

我最喜欢的食物就是薯片。可是，妈妈说它是垃圾食品，小孩子吃了会不健康。其实不健康的是里面的添加剂。今天，我就为大家介绍一种健康薯片。

Remember last years summer vacation, my father and I went for a walk EHu edge, a way, Im kind of shouted thirsty, so my father on the side of the road store bought me a Popsicle. I ate and go, soon finished eating, carelessly threw the ice sticks into EHu. Dad saw, reminded me immediately; "Coco, cant litter oh! How to be a good learner?

As a good learner， we should have good habits and ways of learning。

We need to get ready for our lessons before class and always listen carefully in class。 It’s good to study in groups and help each other。 We should do more reading in our free time。 If we have some problems， we’d better ask others for help。 As a student， working hard is important， but don’t forget to do sports and keep healthy。

农历的五月初五，是一年一度的端午节，也是我国的传统节日之一。据说这个节日，是为了纪念我国古代伟大的爱国诗人屈原设立的。

我们家要包粽子，我包了一个又一个，速度倒是挺快的，但是样子怪异，结果妈妈说：“这样不合格，让妈妈教你吧。”说着妈妈就做起了示范，先把竹叶放在手上，卷成圆锥形，再往里面放糯米、大枣，然后折叠竹叶，包成四角形的，再用先捆绑起来。我终于学会了包粽子的方法，我就做了一个又一个。我看到自己包的粽子有模有样的就按耐不住心头的喜悦，妈妈也赞不绝口。我和妈妈把粽子包完了，妈妈把粽子放到锅里煮，半个钟头后，热腾腾的粽子出来了。

散发着阵阵香气的粽子太诱人了，我迫不及待的伸手就抓起一个，滚滚烫烫的，我的手可受不了，一下把粽子甩的老远了，再看看我自己的手，已经被烫的红红的。没办法，我只好守在粽子旁边等了一会儿，妈妈说：“可以吃了。”

“爆竹声中一岁除，春风送暖入屠苏”。在一阵阵热闹的爆竹声中，我们又迎来了一个热闹的春节。

吃饺子可是春节重要的习俗，看见妈妈早早开始准备包饺子，我也叫着要学包饺子。在妈妈的指导下，我小心地从冰箱里拿出猪肉和洗好的韭菜、胡萝卜，把它们逐个放在案板上。妈妈拿起菜刀，“嚓、嚓、嚓”全部切成丁，剁成泥，放在碗里，加调料：食用盐、鸡精、胡椒粉、食用油，打2个鸡蛋，然后顺着一个方向搅拌起来——就这样，鲜香美味的肉馅儿做好了。

妈妈拿出饺子皮儿，一边包一边对我说：“现在要包饺子了，一定要记住，必须轻轻的包，不然，饺子皮破了，就白白浪费了，看，像我这样，慢慢来。”

在妈妈的指导下，我将一勺肉馅儿放在饺子皮的中央，用手拿起饺子的一面，像折纸一样，和另一面对齐，然后按压肉馅儿和饺子皮的之间的空隙，我越包越快，一会儿就是一盘，哈哈哈，一个个又圆又胖的饺子，正等着入锅呢!

妈妈把饺子下进锅里，不一会儿，我就闻到了香味，可真诱人啊!妈妈说：“饺子好了，尝尝我女儿的手艺!”爸爸和爷爷吃了一个饺子，说：“真棒!”我得意地拿起筷子，夹了一个大饺子，“啊呜”一口，一个饺子就进我肚子里了。

Be Grateful to Our Parents

Since we were born， many people help us a lot. We should be grateful to their kindness. But the ones we should show our greatest appreciation are our parents. From the first day we appear in their lives， they give us all their love and care， but never expect anything in return. As long as they are there， we do not feel any difficulties， because they are always in front of our shelter， preventing us from difficulties and danger. In order to make our lives better， learn better， they do everything they can to create the best conditions for us， but ignore their own needs. Therefore， we need to cherish parents’ love and repay their upbringing. We should treat them as they treat us.

周末，爸爸、妈妈带我一起去了公园。我可高兴了，一路上蹦蹦跳跳的。

The environment has been polluted badly today and the nature punishes the

human being by all kinds of disasters, such as the heavy haze in Beijing, which

damages people’s health. World Environment Day is on June 5th. It pays attention

to call for the public to make an effort to bring the world a clean

environment.

Look at the pollution around us, which exists everywhere. The cars release

the gas which pollutes the air and the rubbish can be found in every corner of

the street. All of these daily incidents hurts the world we live. Especially the

factories, they release the heavy smoke and make the sky becomes dark. What’s

more, the wasted water flows to the clean river.

Though the government has made some action to punish the businessmen for

releasing the polluted sources, they still dare to take the risk of earning the

biggest profit. If we hurt the environment, it will hurt ourselves, because we

live together. The polluted environment threatens our health. If we want to live

the comfortable life, then the only way is to be nice to the environment.

在这个日子里，我们每个人都要回老家，和家人一起团圆，我一下楼就看见哥哥在写对联，看见爸爸在打扫卫生，看见妈妈在厨房里做饭，而我的任务则是要刷牙洗脸，吃早饭。吃完早饭。我和妈妈就开始了一个重要的任务，那就是——包饺子。一开始，妈妈说：“面团都已经准备好了。”我看了看面团问妈妈:“今天的面团怎么是绿色的?”妈妈说：“我是把地菜的水挤出来，和面粉混合起来，就成了这个绿色的面团了。”我说：“原来如此。”然后我们就开始包饺子了。首先把面团揉好，再从面团上切三分之一下来，把那三分之一搓成长条。接着用刀切成一小块一小块的，开始的时候我包的很难看。但在妈妈的指导下，我渐渐学会怎样把饺子包的好看些了，妈妈包饺子的动作很熟练，一会就包好了几大盘，妈妈告诉我饺子代表团圆。

到了晚上，爸爸带我和哥哥一起去贴对联。接着，就到了我最喜欢的事：放烟花。看着各种各样，五颜六色的烟花急速升起，我想起了许多不能团圆的家庭，再看我们，是多么的幸运，幸福的感觉一下子涌上心头，愿我们家永远团团圆圆!

The party was so great and the theme was red color. I saw many pictures of Hello

Kitty. They were so lovely. We sang the song to her and played a lot of funny

games. At last, we sent our best wishes to her. We had a great time.

环境，环境是什么?环境是绿色的，是五彩的。他带给我们欢乐、带给我们欢笑、带给我们新鲜的空气。我们爱他、我们敬佩他，因为它带给我们的这些足以让我们敬佩他。可是人们的乱砍乱伐让环境不再是我们的朋友了。

现在人们的无肆破坏，以让我们的“朋友"得不到安详。工厂排出的废气和废水还有人们的乱砍乱伐、人们的乱丢垃圾，这都是对我们的朋友不友好。现在环境没有受到保护，绿野变成荒漠，绿色的山变成黄色的荒坡，美丽的小河变成了飘满死鱼的污水河，美丽的森林、树木一棵棵倒下变成了荒漠。啊!朋友，我们的朋友你为何会变成这样?是谁?是谁?是谁把你弄成这样?是谁?是谁?请站出来，向我们的朋友道歉。是谁?是谁?到底是谁?大海啊!森林啊!草原啊!

我。难道是我们人类?看来的确是。天呐!看我们做了些什么!我们居然把我们最亲秘的朋友伤害了。我们不能犯傻了，要悔过自新，不让我们的朋友再受到伤害了。

请大家拿起手中的植树工具植起树来，让荒漠变成一望无际的绿洲。让荒坡变成绿色的海洋。请大家拿起垃圾桶，哪怕捡起一块废纸也能让地球多添加一片美。如果每一个人多栽一棵树，少用一张纸那地球就多一份绿色。如果每一个人都节约一滴水，那就会让一棵种子变成一棵参天大树为我们阻挡可恶的风沙。我们要爱护大自然，不让他遭到破坏和人们的肆虐。我们少先队员要把小树种在祖国土地上，虽然我知道我们的能力是有限的，但足以能让地球出现一片绿，美化环境是每一个人的责任。只要你有着一颗绿色的心，地球上将到处是绿色。只要我们用一颗真诚的心就可以让地球的每一个地方充满五彩的颜色。只要我们爱护环境、珍惜现在的环境，地球就会变得美好。蓝的天、绿的地那将是多么美好的景象，所以我们要保护环境，创造出这样的景象。

环境，我的朋友你安全了，你得到安宁了，再也没有人来伤害你了。环境——我的朋友，我代表全世界的人类向你说一声“对不起。”我们人类以后一定要保护环境，说不定地球以后会变成我们想象的那样。

他中等身材，比我矮了一点点。短短的头发，黑乌黑乌的。他不是高鼻梁，咧嘴一笑，就会露出两颗兔牙，非常可爱!

他的性格开朗很活泼，特别热爱学习!经常一下课就和我写作业。

在学校里，他有个外号叫24点神，为什么取个这样的称号呢?因为他算24点速度非常快，老师都不一定算得过他。

他不但热爱学习，也酷爱运动。

足球是他的最爱。无论谁来挑战他基本上都会赢。有一次我和他比赛，正准备踢进足球门的时候，他看见了飞快地跑来，像从山坡上奔下来的一匹野马，以他迅雷不及掩耳之势踢进了我的球门。

猜出他是谁了吗?对!他就是我们班的小学霸，蒋星立。

我发现现在学校门口有许多的小商店，放学时有许多学生会到小商店里去买一些小零食。

商店里人山人海，有一年级的、二年级的、三年级的……零食袋上的颜色很鲜艳，所以吸引很多人去买。早晨，我们班有很多同学不吃早饭，放学时就会买许多的“三无”产品吃。中午也有同学不吃饭，下午来学校时就会在班里面吃东西，那味道很浓很刺鼻，还影响班里其他同学学习。

我建议同学们中午和早上一定要吃饭，对于那些不好好吃饭的同学，家长可以把食物做得好看又好吃。不吃饭会让孩子们身体变得瘦弱，体重会下降。家长尽量陪孩子吃饭，如果家长不在孩子身边吃饭，会让孩子觉得很孤单，还会让孩子想吃什么就吃什么，不吃菜，只吃肉，和其它的三无产品。

零食的味道很符合孩子的口味，孩子在大口大口地吃着零食，对身体非常不好的，孩子不吃饭是因为饭菜看着很难吃，但家长认为很好吃，孩子不会尝，所以只用眼睛看和亲口尝试是不一样的。

我还建议大家要多吃饭和蔬菜，少吃辣条、奶茶这些不健康的食品，吃零食会造成长不高、贫血等等危害。同学们一定要多吃饭!家长们也不要给孩子零花钱，这样他们就没办去买零食吃了。
