从1978年中国改革开放以来，人们的生活越过越好。无论是餐桌上还是衣服上，都发生了翻天覆地的变化。但是，如今我们的生活有了巨大的改善，而随之而来的却是环境遭受污染。如今出行不再是骑自行车，而是乘公交车或开私家车。大街上不再是人流如潮，而是车流滚滚。随着拥有私家车的人逐渐增多，气也逐渐受到污染，汽车排放的尾气使空气中的二氧化碳逐渐增多，污染了环境。

危害之一：温室气体浓度的增加会减少红外线辐射放射到太空外，地球的气候因此需要转变来使吸取和释放辐射的份量达至新的平衡。这转变可包括‘全球性’的地球表面及大气低层变暖，因为这样可以将过剩的辐射排放出外。虽然如此，地球表面温度的少许上升可能会引发其他的变动，例如：大气层云量及环流的转变。当中某些转变可使地面变暖加剧，某些则可令变暖过程减慢。而全球变暖则会导致冰川融化，海平面上升，从而吞没沿海的平原、国家。

危害之二：地球上的原始病毒复活。美国科学家近日发出警告，由于全球气温上升令北极冰层溶化，被冰封十几万年的史前致命病毒可能会重见天日，导致全球陷入疫症恐慌，人类生命受到严重威胁。一系列的流行性感冒、小儿麻痹症和天花等疫症病毒可能藏在冰块深处，目前人类对这些原始病毒没有抵抗能力，当全球气温上升令冰层溶化时，这些埋藏在冰层千年或更长的病毒便可能会复活，形成疫症。科学家表示，虽然他们不知道这些病毒的生存希望，或者其再次适应地面环境的机会，但肯定不能抹煞病毒卷土重来的可能性。

交通带来的危害，让我们应当过环保的生活，低碳的生活。

低碳，英文为lowcarbon意指较低(更低)的温室气体(二氧化碳为主)的排放，低碳生活可以理解为：减少二氧化碳的排放，就是低能量、低消耗、低开支的生活方式。而关心全球气候变暖的人们把减少二氧化碳实实在在地带入了生活，转向低碳生活方式的重要途径之一，是戒除以高耗能源为代价的“便利消费”嗜好。“便利”是现代商业营销和消费生活中流行的价值观。不少便利消费方式在人们不经意中浪费着巨大的能源。比如，据制冷技术专家估算，超市电耗70%用于冷柜，而敞开式冷柜电耗比玻璃门冰柜高出20%。

如今，这股风潮逐渐在我国一些大城市兴起，潜移默化地改变着人们的生活。低碳生活代表着更健康、更自然、更安全，返璞归真地去进行人与自然的活动。对于普通人来说是一种生活态度，同时也成为人们推进潮流的新方式。它给我们提出的是一个“愿不愿意和大家共同创造低碳生活”的问题，但是我们应该积极提倡并去实践低碳生活，要注意节电、节气、熄灯一小时……如何过低碳生活?“低碳”是一种生活习惯，是一种自然而然的去节约身边各种资源的习惯，只要你愿意主动去约束自己，改善自己的生活习惯，你就可以加入进来。当然，低碳并不意味着就要刻意去节俭，刻意去放弃一些生活的享受，只要你能从生活的点点滴滴做到多节约、不浪费，同样能过上舒适的“低碳生活”。上海世博会给了我们很好的启示。世博会最具环保特色的当属是建筑的设计，环保材料成为各个展馆的首选，无处不体现出上海世博会的主题“城市，让生活更美好”，而低碳、环保则是对这一主题的最佳诠释。例如：上海案例馆“沪上·生态家”立足“沪上”城市、人文、气候特征，通过“风(自然通风和风能利用)、光(自然采光和太阳能利用)、影(建筑遮阳、构造遮阳、绿化遮阳和新能源构件遮阳)、绿(环境净化、屋面绿化、整体拼装和微藻发电)、废(拆迁材料回用、城市固体废弃物再生、可再循环材料选用和设备高效节能)”5种主要“生态”元素的构造，与技术设施的一体化设计，展示“家”的“乐活人生”，引领绿色健康生活方式。

低碳生活并不深奥。设计师认为，“低碳”最原始的表现形式，就是如何用最少的钱干最多的事。装修初期，业主和设计师都想方设法用最低的成本，最常见的材料和最简单的设计，布置出一个舒适、安全又健康的家。但随着社会的发展，大家开始在个性风格、特殊材料和高科技智能产品上下工夫，此举无疑消耗了许多不必要的能源。如今，环境污染严重，能源缺乏和经济危机等因素，促使最初简朴的装修理念升级为低碳生活。

我们外出时也可以不要开私家车，多搭乘一次公交车;少用纸巾，重拾手帕，保护森林，低碳生活;每张纸都双面打印，相当于留下半片原本将被砍掉的森林;随手关灯、开关、拔插头，这是第一步，也是个人修养的表现;不坐电梯，爬楼梯，省下大家的电，换自己的健康;关掉不用的电脑程序，减少硬盘工作量，既省电也维护你的电脑……

让我们大家一起过环保与低碳的生活。

and parents, so I always let the chance go and refuse to try. Once, I have a

chance to take a performance in the Christmas show, but thinking about if I

performed badly, all my friends would laugh at me, so I gave up the chance. But

now, I am tired of letting so many chances to go, I want to try, after seeing my

friends take all the chances to try, I am not going to be the outsider all the

time, I want to live my own life and make some differences. People say failure

is not terrible, the unforgettable thing are to lose the courage to try and then

. For one thing,no matter when and where Jenny got into trouble ,Forrest Gump

would bring her out of it without thinking how dangerous the situation would be

.Maybe we should all fell ashamed that we love ourselves more than we love love

,but Forrest showed great courage in love .For another,Forrest gump risked his

life to save Bubba in the war.It’s courage that helped Forrest gain a series of

honor after war .Forrest Gump is beautiful for his perseverance and touches

others with his courage.

A person can’t do without courage in terms of love and friendship ,let

alone life . A weak person may avoid the difficulties ,but a person with courage
