听、说、读、写、译，是我们学习英语中最重要的五个方面，不可偏废。前面发了一些关于口语和音标的帖子，有家长建议我写一些关于写作的内容。

大家都知道口语要说的地道，而我们的写作往往停留在中式英语的误区中，而且很难发现。

“为什么我的词汇量如此丰富却仍然写不出能让阅卷老师满意的作文?”相信不少同学都曾有过这样的疑问。词汇量的多寡往往并不是一篇英语作文质量好或者坏的关键。许多同学即便很努力地去准备作文，但最终分数仍然不理想，这很可能是因为他们陷入了某种写作的误区。今天，张译云老师就要为大家列举比较常见的三种英语写作误区，希望能帮小勇士们“对号入座”，并施以针对性的改进。

误区一：用中文思维串联英文词汇

一些同学在绞尽脑汁也写不出英语作文的情况下，会先按照题目写一个中文稿出来，然后再借助电子辞典翻译出一篇所谓的英语作文。还有一些同学习惯性地用中文的表达方式来写英语作文。这就造成了所谓的中国式英语作文。在这样的作文里，我们常常读到以下这类用中文的语法和英语单词拼凑出来的句子：

“When Iwas a child,my parents very love me。”(正确表达：When Iwas achild,my parents loved me very much)。

解决之道：强化语法

要想流利的掌握一门外语，你需要能够使用该语言思考。而将中文式思维转变为英语思维的最根本的途径之一就是强化语法知识。很多同学的词汇量很丰富，但是对于怎么用，什么时候用却并不明白。而这些恰恰是语法知识所能告诉我们的。哪些词要用在句中，哪些词应该用在句尾，语法里都有相应的规定。一旦用错了位置就会写成英国人看不懂的英语作文。另外，对于词汇所存在的不同的形态也应该注意。

误区二：过分“精雕细琢”而忽视了“大局”

不少同学在写英语作文时，将过多的注意力放在“优美的文笔”上面。因此，他们不停地用电子辞典搜集华丽的词藻，并运用难度颇高的句式，以期能让自己的作文“技高一筹”。但事实上，多数情况下会弄巧成拙。太生僻的单词同学们运用起来并不能得心应手，而且使用太复杂的句型也常常会出错。

解决之道：用平常心表达平常事

要写作要求学生能够综合运用逻辑、词汇和语法等多种知识和技能来完成一个写作任务，但并不苛求学生去做标新立异的创作。因此同学们无需力求完美地到电子辞典里去找生僻的词汇，也不需要写得多么高深莫测，而是应该抱着平常的心态去描述自己看到的东西，表达自己想到的内容，将学过的词从记忆深处调动出来，复习语法课上学到的知识。用这样的心态写出来的东西内容虽简单但不乏生活气息，语言虽稚嫩，但却准确易懂。

误区三：文章冗长细枝末节过多

不少学生在写作中的一大担心就是文章的长度不够，再加上对于“可适当增减细节，不可字对字的翻译”的误解，于是便充分发挥想象能力，加入了很多离题较远的细枝末节。这样的文章写出来更像是一篇“大杂烩”，从中找不到任何主题。还有一些作文，句子和句子之间的连贯性不强，逻辑思维混乱，读起来让人摸不到头脑。

解决之道：理清思路，言之有物

我认为，很多人之所以写不够题目要求的作文字数，其中一个重要原因就是对于题目本身没有理解透彻。建议同学们不要急于下笔，而是先考虑清楚自己要说几点内容，这些内容之间的逻辑关系是怎样的。

时光飞逝，短暂而又愉快的假期生活已经结束了。接下来我所面临的是紧张而又愉快的新学期的教育教学生活。为把新学期的教育教学工作做好，特此作如下教学计划：

一、指导思想。

坚持马列主义，毛泽东思想。高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜，认真学习教育理论，贯彻“三个代表”重要指导思想，积极响应和贯彻素质教育钻研素质教育的实质。“减负”的内在，并以此指导自己的教育教学工作，遵循教育教学规律，紧扣大纲，把我教学层次，不断提高自己的业务水平。

二、基本情况。

这一学期，我继续担任初一(1，2)班的英语教学工作。这两个班级，每班各有学生三十五人左右，但是，基础却不尽人意。初一.1班的学生基础还可以，但是2班的基础却相差很远，学生基础参差不齐，两极分化严重，没有学习的兴趣。因此，教学工作开展的相当困难。

三、教材特点。

初中英语第一册(下)主要介绍了日常生活的交际用语以及一些西方国家的文化背景和风俗习惯，教材通俗易懂，旨在使初一级学生基本能用英语进行简单的交流。

四、教学目标。

力争在期末考试中优秀率打到30%左右，及格率达到60%左右。缩小学生间的差距。为下一学期的英语教育教学工作打下以良好的基础。

五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力。

8、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

9、加强对学生学习策略的指导，为他们终身学习奠定基础。

10、认真钻研教材，备好，上好每一节课，向45分钟要质量。

总之，新的学期已经开始了，我要以上一学期的基础为起点，树立信心，全身心的投入到新学期的教育教学工作中去。争取在新的一年里，把教育教学工作推向一新的层次。

2020年1月12日，由中央纪委国家监委宣传部联合中央广播电视总台摄制的五集纪实专题片《国家监察》第一集一经播出，立即引发网友关注。

网友说，看完专题片深切感受到监察体制改革有利于党和国家对反腐败的运筹帷幄，统一指挥。

在庆祝改革开放40周年大型展览上，网友“公民老k”看到了展出的国家监委留置第一案王晓光案相关文书原件，这让他深受震撼，也感受到了党中央惩治腐败的坚定决心。

网友“zhaojin响水”留言说，郭海案件充分反映出监察体制改革前后的不同效果，从原来的公安、检察、纪委各管一段，呈现“九龙治水”的窘境，到改革后监察权的集中，实现了党对党风廉政和反腐败工作的集中统一领导。

网友“画却凌烟”是一名纪检监察干部。据他讲述，2015年，他在查处县农业综合开发办腐败案时，一条问题线索反映该单位工程师江某利用职务之便为其亲属承接工程项目。江某既不是党员，也不是行政机关任命的干部，只是一名普通工作人员。按照当时的《行政监察法》，只能向其主管部门发出监察建议书，责成对其处理，震慑效果大打折扣。《监察法》施行后，像江某这样的干部，也属于监察对象了。

推进反腐败斗争规范化、法制化是国家监察体制改革的一个重要目标。

网友“浮梁灯火”说，王晓光案证明，通过法治思维和法治方式惩治腐败，是深入开展反腐败工作，推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的有效举措。

网友“清江浦”留言说，自己所在社区里藏了一只啃食群众食品补贴的“硕鼠”，区监委用了很短时间就把他查处了，每人几百块钱的补贴也发到群众手中。

这只“硕鼠”是咋回事呢?时间回到2014年1月，江苏省淮安市下发《关于发放回族等10个少数民族群众清真食品补贴的通知》。该市清江浦区闸口街道石桥社区会计许凤利用职务之便，通过克扣存折，侵占13名少数民族群众“清真食补”现金共5810元。查处该案后，清江浦区监委向区民宗局下发监察建议书，要求区民宗局主动担责，开展专项清理整治，规范整改落实。清江浦区民宗局根据监察建议，制定了清真食品补贴发放管理整改方案，并出台相关规范补贴管理制度。

自改革以来，监察体制改革的制度优势正在转化为治理效能，标本兼治的综合效应正在日益凸显，面对强大的震慑和政策感召，一大批有问题干部选择主动投案。

看完《国家监察》第一集后，网友“pp宝贝”最大的感受是，艾文礼、秦光荣的主动投案，从侧面反映了监察体制改革对那些有问题干部形成了强大震慑。

网友“五个木头”身边的一起腐败案件的查处也是一个例证。“区监委成立不久，镇卫生院的出纳就去投案了。听说贪了100来万，这都是老百姓医保的保命钱啊。监察体制改革确实好，震慑力十足。”网友“五个木头”说。

这名卫生院出纳名叫邹云霞，2015年底，她无力偿还购买门面房的按揭贷款，于是就开始挪用公款，直到2018年3月，挪用公款共计99万多元。邹云霞曾想卖掉门面房补上挪用的公款，但房产证一直办不下来，无法出手。2018年1月24日，四川省广安市前锋区监委挂牌成立，对该区所有行使公权力的公职人员实现监察全覆盖。就在此时，邹云霞的商铺产权证还是没有办下来，她猛然醒悟，再也不对“房产证办下来就卖掉还款”的想法抱一丝希望，下定决心投案。

网友“笙歌九天”留言说，对腐败分子而言，面对监督无空白、无死角，反腐败永远在路上的态势，早日主动投案才是唯一正途。

under threat. Some young peoples stomach hurts and cant digest food well. In

order to keep healthy, we need to do some exercise and eat food regularly.
