Everyone in China is looking forward to the 2008 Olympic Games. Athletes from all over the world will come to Beijing for this competition.

An Olympic athlete must be strong not only in body, but also in mind. They have to train for years to achieve the necessary strength and control over their sports to compete in the Olympics. This requires great discipline and self-sacrifice. Similarly, the Olympic athletes have to train their minds in order to compete under extreme mental pressure. We all know that the Expo 2010 will be held in Shanghai. Being citizens of Shanghai, we fell proud and responsible. It is said there will be 7,000 visitors from different countries coming to Shanghai. What can I do for the Expo 2010 at that time?

There is no doubt that I will be a volunteer to give services to the Expo 2010. I am good at English and I can communicate fluently with foreign guests. people addicted to it and find it hard to quit. It is a problem make many people

confused. For this, I have some suggestions. Firstly, you have to aware the

disadvantages of smoke. If you don’t aware this, you won’t have the mind to do

it. Then what you need is a strong mind. There is a saying,” Nothing in the

world is difficult for one who sets his mind on it.” So, a strong mind is

important.

What’s more, I have warm tips. If you really want to smoke, you can

have a chew gum instead of smoke. After a while, your desire to smoke will be

Great changes have taken place in peoples life in the past 20 years .In the past ,people kept in touch with relatives or friends mainly by sending.
