不会欣赏，自然发现你们缺点点点：没有集体荣誉感，没有团结的精神，没有劳动观念，对老师过分挑剔，对自己要求过松，骄傲自满，自私自利。结果是我挑剔你们，你们挑剔我，工作没法打开。但如果换一个角度去看自己的学生，就会发现你们优点多多：勤奋、积极、向上，在学习上不甘落后于人，有远大的理想，个个都想争第一。老师如果抓住这些“亮点”，欣赏这些“亮点”，与学生相处，融融其乐，就不再难求。老师应该学会欣赏!

欣赏是一种信任和肯定。对学生来说，没有什么东西比老师的赏识更值得自豪的了。你们在日记中这样对我说：“能得到老师的赏识是最值得自豪的，我只有在你写给我的话中，才能真切地感受到你对我的关注。”老师的欣赏，就是对学生的信任和肯定，而这正是学生工作和学习的最大动力!

欣赏是一种激励和引导。我喜欢与你们随意漫谈，我喜欢称赞你们的优点，因为我知道，老师一点点的欣赏，对老师来说轻而易举，对你们却会有很大的激励和引导作用!你们能够一扫过去的迷茫，快乐求知，健康成人，就是我学会欣赏的有力明证。
