苏格拉底是古希腊的大哲学家，他曾经给他的学生出过一道考题。这道考题是这样的：

一天，他对学生们说：“今天咱们只学一件最简单也是最容易做的事，即把你的手臂尽量往前甩，再尽量往后甩。”然后自己示范了一遍，“从现在开始，每天甩臂300下，大家能做到吗?”

学生们可能感到这个问题可笑，这么简单的事怎么能做不到呢?都齐刷刷地回答：“能!”

过了一月，苏格拉底问道：“每天甩臂300下，哪些同学坚持了?”有90%以上的学生骄傲地举起了手。

两个月后，当他再次提到这个问题时，坚持下来的学生只有80%。

一年后，苏格拉底再次问道：“请你们告诉我，最简单的甩臂运动，还有哪些同学坚持每天做?”这时候只有一个学生举起了手，这个学生叫柏拉图，他后来成了古希腊的另一位大哲学家。

苏格拉底的这道考题，告诉人们，虽然每个人都在追求成功，但成功需要付出艰辛的劳动，成功贵在坚持。柏拉图正是做到了这一点，所以他成功了。其实，我们周围很多人，同柏拉图一样，也是通过一次次锲而不舍的奋斗，他们的工作、学习才取得了骄人的成绩。正所谓“不经历风雨，何以见彩虹?”

相比之下，我们很多同学在学习上，浅尝辄止，遇到一点困难和挫折，就轻言放弃，这样是很难把学习搞好的。马克思说过，在科学上没有平坦的大道，只有不畏劳苦沿着陡峭山路攀登的人，才有希望达到光辉的顶点。所以，对于我们来说，只有不怕困难，不怕挫折，耐住性子，一步一步，脚踏实地，成功才会离我们越来越近。

彩虹的出现有总是那样的绚丽多姿，而现在的我们，非凡的命运又将会来自哪里呢？成功其实很难，但是这又却是生活中的难题！如果说自己的坚持换来的成功！这便会是知足！此时的我们才没有过多的遗憾。然而这青春只有这一次，如果失去了，便不复存在了！也许，曾经的苦于累都将会是汗水的付出！但是只要心中明白，自己的所作所为都能够真正的了解自己的心即可！也许青春的患得患失都在此时吧！那就试着努力，试着追求，相信，明天的明天会更加的灿烂！为了此时的拥有，抓住这未来的脚步，相信，与众非凡的我们都将会真正的出现在这舞台中央！

努力

成功之帆在于付出，在于奋斗。而那不奋斗的人便没有这其中的一切！努力的背后有同样要经历着风雨的洗礼，这磨难，这锻炼！也许曾经的自己就真的像个小孩在一般的喜欢粘人！总喜欢把属于自己的事情退的一干二净！努力的长存却又总是被遗忘。这样的人生却没有了快乐，没有了挑战！此生便会是暗淡无光的。那闪闪发光的舞台便不会属于我们。人生需努力、需挑战。轻易放弃自己便没有了最初的梦想，只希望自己依旧如初，好好面对一切！

压力

也许，人生没有压力那就不是所谓的人生！人生之路虽然很漫长，但又同样是值得怀念的！这心中所期待的事情有同样的对我们尤为重要！放眼欲穿，在压力的带领之下，才会有更辉煌的未来，人生长路漫漫，想要做的事情有同样会很多！那就学会珍惜此时的拥有，也许成功很难，却要有一种不肯服输的精神！只有这样，才会有美好的将来！相信，所有的压力都将会化为动力！这一切都将会掌握在自己的手中！此时的选择都将会是以后的拥有。相信，现在的一切都将会是值得的！

长路漫漫，而路又会在何方？去大胆的寻找自己的人生之路。相信，拥有都将会是真！而得到的一切却又同样是得不偿失！永远相信，不是所有的拥有都会是真正的拥有，因为他也会有消失的那一天！抓住这生活中的苦与乐。乐在其中，苦甘尽来！相信，终会有一天，自己一定会走上这人生之高峰！雅丽人生，那便会是动力人生，努力奋斗，那便会真正的成就未来！

成功之路，遥不可及，大胆做好，梦想依旧！

努力化为汗水，压力化为动力！成功都将袭来！

今年的这个暑假，因为我吃饭不是很多，所以妈妈叫我天天晚上去跑步，一连就让我跑上七圈，每一次都累得我满头大汗，快要倒下去了。今天晚上也是，不过表弟来找我来玩，妈妈开了个条件，如果我们两个人坚持一口气跑完这十圈（一圈就是四百米），就让我去表弟家玩，这可是我盼望已久的呀，可是要跑完这十圈，还不如让我把月亮摘下来，看着表弟那副自信、得意的表情，我心里不禁发慌了，表弟，这次有你好瞧的！

因为我和表弟才刚吃了饭，所以妈妈答应先让我们走上两圈，要是在原来，我早就嫌太长时间了，可是现在我觉得时间过得好快，眼看两圈就要结束了，我的心砰砰跳。一上场，我慢悠悠地挪动着步子，妈妈是中等速度，表弟则是一股子一股子的，一会儿像火箭一般窜出去了，一会儿又走不了，他还嘲笑我，我心里觉得好笑，他见我没说话，就更得意了：“哇，曹雅铎，你跑得比蜗牛还慢哦，我走着都能追上你，我们终点线见咯！”我一抬头，心想，哼，这有什么的，我们终点线见成果。过了一会儿，我看见表弟正在散步呢，这时妈妈说：“曹桂责，你这不算，中间是不能停的。”表弟没被吓着，反而顶嘴，嘲笑妈妈跑得慢，后来，我还是保持原速，妈妈问我能不能加快一点速度？我摇摇手，这时表弟偏偏接过话来，雪上加霜，这样她们俩合伙对付我，我心中的小宇宙被点燃了，我回头对他们说：“你们等着瞧，我一定会跑完十圈的！”

到第十圈开始时，表弟快累趴下了，妈妈喘着粗气说：“咱们休息一会儿吧，我跑不动了。”我想起他们嘲笑我的样子，坚决得说：“不行！我要让你们求生不得，求死不能——”妈妈还在说笑：“恩……你—好狠啊。“不过没办法，他们只好拖拖拉拉得跟在后面，表弟更好玩，一会儿说：“恢复体力了。”然后就快跑，还没有一分钟，就说：“啊，没电了。”焉了。唯独就我，体力充足，快到终点时，在我的心里，一股热流涌出来，我闪电一般得飞奔，我喜欢这样，爽！风在我耳边呼呼得吹，我这辈子都没跑过这么快过，这么爽过，我回头一看，表弟也拼了命得跑，结果在半路上蹲下了，等妈妈赶上来时，对我说：：“你跑了之后，曹桂责说你跑得跟闪电似的，说你真是拼了命了，然后他也说，我也拼了，结果蹲在一边了。哈哈。”我一甩头发，一点也没感觉到累，我激动得说：“我从来都不知道，跑快了原来是这么舒服。”

哈哈，那个条件，妈妈自然答应我了，我不禁觉得那句话说的没错，努力就会成功，Oh YEAH！
