商务英语书信格式模板（精彩20篇）

书信我们分为两部分：信封和内容。

1、信封的写法。

英语信封正面的左上角，写发信人的姓名和地址。在信封的正面中央偏左一点，写收信人的地址和姓名。

英语信封上的地点名称由小到大，视其长短可占二至五行不等。

寄信人只写姓名，不写头衔。但是，收信人一般都在名字前加上头衔，以示礼貌和尊敬。对于没有官衔和学衔的人士，通常在姓名前写上Mr., Mrs.,或Ms.。

信封的写法，一般来说，很少出现在中考英语的作文中。

2、内容。

英文信一般可以分为下列几个部分。

1)信端(Heading)即写信人的地址和发信日期。

2)收信人姓名地址

3)称呼

4)信的正文

5)结束语

6)签名

有的时候，出题者会让考生写e-mail。e-mail的写法和书信的写法基本一致。只不过少了书信在信封上的繁琐。

根据中文大意，写出意思连贯、符合逻辑、不少于50词的短文。

三种商务书信格式

1.什么是商务书信？

商务书信就是公司写给其他公司、客户、顾客或合作伙伴的信件，其使用的语言比一般朋友之间的书信语言要正式，并以商业流程或商业交易等为主要内容。

2.什么时候需要写商务书信？

你会用商务书信与顾客、客户、商业伙伴和其他公司进行沟通。有些商务书信是“公司写给公司”，有些则是不同公司个人之间的书信往来。商务书信的格式，与学术写作或创意写作不同。通常一家公司会就所有的内部文件和通信，采用一种固定的格式。如果你的公司已经有固定的格式，那就按照公司的格式。

3.信的长度超过一页时，如何安排格式？

如果信的内容比较长，会超过一页，那就换一张纸继续打下去，但是不要加入信头，而是用空白、纸质好的白纸。至于第二页的格式要怎么安排，有几种不同的做法，但是你至少都要在页面顶端写上收件人的姓名、页数和日期，有些人还会加上参考文号或主旨。你可以把所有这些信息都靠左对齐，或是把姓名靠左对齐，页数打在中央，日期则靠右，然后空三行，继续信的内容。

① 信头(Heading)，也叫信端，指发信人的地址和写信日期。其写法主要有全部齐头式(信头位于信纸的左上角)和半齐头式(信头位于信纸的右上角)两种。

② 信内地址(Inside Name & Address)指收信人的姓名和地址，写在信纸的左上角，从信纸的左边顶格写起，低于信头一、两行。

③ 称呼(Salutation)是对收信人的称呼用语，自成一行，写在低于信内地址一、两行的地方，从信纸的左边顶格写起，每个词的开头字母用大写或至少首词和专有名词的第一个字母用大写，末尾用逗号。

④ 正文(Body)

⑤ 结束语(Complimentary Close)是写信人自己对收信人的一种谦称，只占一行，低于正文一、两行，从信纸的中间或稍右的地方开始，第一个词的开头字母用大写，末尾用逗号。

⑥ 签名(Signature)

一般低于结束用语一、二行，从信纸中间偏右的地方开始。

⑦ 附件(Enclosure, 缩写为Encl.或Enc.)

信件如有附件，应在左下角注明Encl.或Enc.。

开头部分:
