开始洗菜了。我拿了个盆，把蒜苔和作料放到盆里接好水，让水盖住菜，先泡一会儿再洗。我是搓了又搓，以保证没有脏东西和农药。洗完以后，该把蒜苔择一下了。

蒜苔洗完了，就要打鸡蛋了。鸡蛋打之前要先洗一下，就可以了。

打完鸡蛋，该切菜了。我一听到切菜两个字，就吓得浑身发抖，但我还是忍住了。开始切菜了，这么多蒜苔我怎么切呀？两个或三个一切呀。咚、咚、咚，一阵咚声后，菜切好了。

鸡蛋和蒜苔准备好了，可以炒了。先把油倒进锅里，先炒鸡蛋，后炒蒜苔。鸡蛋可不好炒，还得让妈妈帮忙把鸡蛋弄成块块，剩下就交给我了。我把鸡蛋铲出来，放到碗里，就开始炒蒜苔了。我最怕烫住手了，所以我就小心翼翼的炒菜。

炒啊炒，炒啊炒，突然，一股从未有过的香味从锅里传出，只有我才能闻出来。菜好了，我把菜盛到盘子里。

“饭好了，来吃饭了!”我要喝到。

我和妈妈吃得都很香。我明白了爸爸妈妈做饭的辛苦，不管多少都要吃一点哦。

我的妈妈非常和气，脸上总是笑咪咪的。我的妈妈对工作很负责的。只要一碰到工作，她就会什么都不管了。她常常对我说：工作第一，其他不管什么事情都要让位。

记得有一个星期六，我正好休息。早晨，我还躺在床上睡觉，看到妈妈也没有起来。我想怎么搞的，今天妈妈会不去上班了。她不是天天都是七点钟就要去上班了。现在已经八点半了，怎么还没有去上班呢？难道妈妈今天生病了，起不来了？要不要打电话告诉爸爸。不，还是去看看妈妈再说。

我起了床就去看妈妈。妈妈听到脚步声睁开了眼睛。我就问：妈妈，你今天怎么还没有去上班？妈妈说：今天厂里放假。哦，原来是这样，怪不得还没有起来。这时，我开始高兴起来：妈妈不上班，就可以陪我玩，陪我去买一些我需要的东西了。对，天气热了，今天一定要让妈妈陪我去买一双凉鞋。哈哈哈想着想着，我就对妈妈说了买凉鞋的事，妈妈立刻答应了，还说吃过早饭就去买。我心里非常开心。

我迅速吃好早饭，催着妈妈去买凉鞋。妈妈也很快把早饭吃好了。两个人收拾了一下，就准备出门去了。这时，我家里的电话铃声响了起来。我想最好立刻停止，或者没有什么事情，千万不要是妈妈厂里有事的电话。我看到妈妈走过去接了电话边听边说：好，好，我马上就过来！完了，我买凉鞋的事情又要泡汤了！真是气死我了！我的小嘴已经高高翘起。妈妈走过来对我说：玲玲呀，没有办法，老板叫我马上去加班，凉鞋改天去买，好吗？我心里在说，有什么好不好的，还用问，答应最好，不答应也得答应呀。妈妈没有再跟我说话，飞一样地跑出门骑上摩托车就走了。我叹了一口气说：老妈，你怎么对工作这样负责呀！

“五月五，是端阳，门插艾，香满堂，吃粽子，撒白糖，龙舟下水喜洋洋。”端午节是我们中国民族的传统节日。它和春节，清明节，中秋节被称为四大传统节日，我很喜欢端午节。

端午节定于农历初五，各地的习俗不一。在南方，主要有赛龙舟，包粽子的传统习俗。其中，我最喜欢的就是包粽子。

包粽子真是太有趣了。首先，先拿起来两片大大的粽叶，将两片粽叶卷成漏斗的形状，尽量卷紧;接着，放入糯米，加入食料;然后将余下的粽叶盖在漏斗的大口上，再用剩下的粽叶把粽子裹紧，最后用粽条绑紧。粽子就包好了。相传包粽子是纪念爱国诗人屈原的，这让我想起了屈原的诗句，“路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索。”

端午节还有龙舟比赛，枪声一响，击鼓手就开始敲鼓，划船手很有节奏的跟着喊起来：“咚!咚!咚咚咚!”每只龙舟都像一只离弦的箭，一个劲儿向前冲，真是:“雨水，汗水，水水相融!”

初夏的美好，飘香的粽子，美丽的龙舟，构成了端午节。这个端午节，我过得真快乐。
