第一种是鲸鱼：大多数人都会认为鲸鱼的鱼翅是既有营养又有好味道。在看电视之前，我也是这样认为的，但看了这档节目之后我就不这么认为了。因为我听这档节目的嘉宾说：一整条鲸鱼上的鱼翅的营养总价值竟与一枚鸡蛋的营养价值相当。而鱼翅本身是没有味道的，只是人工添加佐料而调成的味道，也就是说，如果没有鱼翅，也可以调出鱼翅的味道。可是一些富豪因为显摆自己尊贵的身份而吃鱼翅。
