First of all, students need teachers who would teach them logic, mathematics, literature, foreign language etc.. More importantly, as for them, because the majority of time is spent in the campus, teachers will impose a subtle impact on their cultivation of study habits or learning methods. Mr.Shine, let us say, is such a teacher, who not only imparts knowledge to their students but also helps them to cultivate good study habits.
