If you have made what you perceive to be a mistake or failed to live up to your own expectations， you will most likely put up a barrier between your essence and the part of you that is the alleged wrong—doer。 However， perceiving past actions as mistakes implies guilt and blame， and it is not possible to learn anything meaning while you are engaged in blaming。 Therefore， forgiveness is required when you are harshly judging yourself。

Forgiveness is the act of erasing an emotional debt。 There are four kinds of forgiveness。

The first is beginner forgiveness for yourself。

The second of forgiveness is beginner forgiveness for another。

The third kind of forgiveness is advanced forgiveness of yourself。 This is for serious transgressions， the ones you carry with deep shame when you do soimething that violates your own values and ethics， you create a chasm between your standards and your actual behavior。 In such a case， you need to work very hard at forgiving youeself for these deeds so that yo call close this chasm and realign with the best part of yourself。

This does not mean that you should rush to forgive yourselfor not feel regret or remorse； but wallowing in these feelings for a protracted period of time is not healthy， and punishing yourself excessively will only creats a bigger gap between you and your ethics。

The last and perhaps most difficult one is the advanced forgiveness of another。 At some time of our life， you may have been severely wronged or hurt by another person to such a degree that forgiveness seems impossible。 However， harboring resentment and revenge fantasies only keeps you trapped in victim hood。 Under such a circumstance， you should force yourself to see the bigger picture， by so doing， you will be able to shift the focus away from the anger and resentment。

It is only through forgiveness that you can erase wrongdoing and clean the memory。 when you can finally release the situation， you may come to see it as a necessary part of your growth。

人生，总是需要在经历中不断成长。生活就是一本书，每一个人都有自己的故事，每个人的经历都可以成为一本书，与每一个人分享。只有经历，才会懂得，只有懂得，才会珍惜，只有珍惜，才会幸福。

当别人可以逛街的时候，当别人可以去聚餐的时候，当别人可以到处去玩的时候，当别人可以不担心生活的时候，安安心心的坐在教室学习的时候，你却因为家庭条件，不得不为自己的生活费发愁，你会不会埋怨，不，感谢生活，让我学会了独立，学会了坚强。

这几天，第一次尝试着做一份发传单的兼职，工作地点离学校特别远，要步行半个小时去地铁，做几十分钟的地铁，还要坐公交，每天八点上班，可想而知，我需要几点起床，还要在上班高峰期去挤地铁。第一天发传单的时候，在人群中，看着人来人往的，我却喊不出来。不敢开口，只是简单的发给他们，代理人看见了，告诉我，不能这样，要主动热情的交流，慢慢的，我终于喊出了口号，美团外卖，还去各个地方，店铺做宣传。

在大街上，面对不同的人群，有些人会主动的接过传单，还会说一声谢谢，那一声谢谢，会立刻融化你的心灵，即使你很累，可是觉得值得，可是你也会遇到那些根本不愿意理会你的人，甚至不屑一顾，看不起你。当我做这份工作的时候，我才真正体会到每一个岗位的人都需要得到尊重，当你尊重别人的时候，也是在尊重自己。

也让我明白，父母是多么的辛苦，当我每个月拿着父母的钱的时候，我知道那不是理所应当，他们付出了自己的劳动，让我们可以安安心心的在校园，当他们是我们这个年龄的时候，已经独立了。我明白，自己去劳动是多么的辛苦，爸爸妈妈，你们辛苦了。

我也明白，我不能乱花钱，真的，自己出去一天，辛辛苦苦，挣几十元，还要扣除车费，所以这几天，我宁愿自己带着水瓶，带着面包，也不愿出去吃一顿饭。当自己辛苦的在大街里跑着，看着别人开着小车，一辆一辆从身边穿过，别人可以去酒店，你却只能在路边啃干面包，你的心灵是否有一丝冲动，可我知道，我不能抱怨，我不能选择出身，不能选择人生，但我可以决定命运，我不会一辈子就在这大街上，所以我要靠知识，我要靠能力，我会用自己的努力开创一片属于自己的天空，我梦想，在未来，在这个城市，有一处我可以落脚的地方，我可以让我的父母感受都市生活，看看大城市。

我想，我的大学生活才开始，我的人生也才开始，我做好一切准备，迎接我的未来。人生总会苦一阵子，但不会苦一辈子。只要咬咬牙，一切都会过去，当你坚持不下去的时候，想想在这个世界，还有比你更不幸运的人。

小时候，我是在蜜罐里泡大的，我想吃什么，父母终会满足我。待我渐渐长大后，妈妈才发现我养成了喜欢挑拣食物的坏习惯：青菜、萝卜嫌太低级，就算是最喜欢吃的炸鸡腿一少放糖也会只啃一口就扔掉，还把浪费当成了习惯。

妈妈为了帮我改掉这个坏习惯，冥思苦想，忆起了她自己小时候在乡下粗茶淡饭的生活。于是，妈妈作出了一个决定：让我体验乡下孩子的三餐，美曰吃“吃‘忆苦饭’”。

他马上行动起来，去农贸市场买了10斤红薯和板栗。我心中满是兴奋，期待着。第二天一早，我起床一看：摆在我面前的是一大盆地瓜粥!中方和晚餐更令人失望：全是板栗炒饭!

好在，一开始我并不讨厌它们。但是第二天，菜谱还是一样，我已经没有了多少好奇，勉强咽了下去。第三天、第四天、第五天，还是老一套。第六天中午，我呆呆地望着面前的板栗炒饭，心想：天天一个样，都快吃腻了，要是能换换口味，哪怕是青菜，也好啊!

眉头一皱，计上心来，我想到了一个绝妙的主意。我悄悄地把自己的钱夹放进羽绒衣内袋里，并对着妈妈喊：“老妈，我自己出去骑自行车啊!”

“行!”老妈应着。

“五根即食火腿肠，共计十元，谢谢。”售货员笑容可掬地说。我准备把它们偷偷“走私”回家，就再也犯不着吃那令人作呕的“忆苦饭”了。

我从容地打开皮夹，却吓了一大跳：天哪，原来老妈早就料到了这一招，这段时间的零用钱也被她没收了!

我只好灰溜溜地回去，用那极难吃的饭菜填饱肚子。

时间一天天过去，“忆苦饭”变得越来越味同嚼蜡，越来越难以忍受。每天吃饭，简直成了一种折磨，以至于我一闻到地瓜和板栗的味儿就想吐。我终于感受到，那些穷孩子的可怜。他们没钱吃好菜，把这些当地仅有的食物作为一日三餐，天天吃，却还能打起精神来好好学习，实在是令人佩服!

一个月后，我的食谱终于恢复到了原样。妈妈笑咪咪地看着我把一大盘青菜风卷残云般地吃得底朝天，还小心地不剩一粒米。

我终于明白了，我们现在丰衣足食的生活是多么来之不易3!这次经历，令我永生难忘。

暑假里，我在读启航时，曾经读过一篇《如果麦子没有考验》的文章。读完这篇文章，我深深的被震撼了：

一个农夫，天天祈祷上帝保佑他。有一天，上帝被他感动了，便来到了他的面前说：“农夫啊，你天天祈祷，到底为什么呢？”农夫诚恳的说：“上帝啊，我请求您能将我的麦子，没有地震，没有冰雹，没有虫灾，没有一切自然灾害。”上帝看他诚恳的样子，便答应了他，但只有一年时间。第二天，农夫的麦子果然比平时多了一倍农夫欣喜若狂，天天期盼着收获的那一天。到了那一天时，奇怪的事情却发生了。农夫的麦子竟然没有结一粒稻子。农夫又问上帝：“上帝啊，为什么我的麦子没结一粒啊？上帝，你是不是搞错啦啊？”上帝说：“我没搞错一切事情，你的麦子它没有经过任何考验，没有经历过风风雨雨，没有灾难让他振奋起来，没有唤起内在的灵魂，它一无所用，就像人不运动会长胖，不用脑会‘生绣’一样。如果没有磨难，没有考验，没有奋斗，人也只是一个空壳罢了”农夫恍然大悟。

的确，人这一生，必须要履行他的使命，不然就失去了存在的意义。宛如一具行尸走肉，毫无生机。但我却经常埋怨上天实在太不公平，我经历了这么多困难，却常常得不偿失：我是从四川转来的，从小底子就差，这看起来似乎简单的问题这让我苦恼不以人家10几分钟完成的事情，我做半个小时都不一定完成的了。特别是写作文，他们刷刷刷两下就ok了我更是连作文都不知道是什么东西，别说写起来了，干瞪眼盯着作文纸愣是写不出来一句话，看着他们在外面玩耍的身影，心中充满了失望。你想想，连作文都写不好的人，成绩会好吗？说到这连我都有些惭愧了，60，70充满了我的童年。可他们呢，常常拿着个100在我面前晃晃悠悠的。时间一长，连我都有些眼红了。他们的好成绩真的这么好得吗？其实不然，他们都是靠自己来拼搏的，并不是我想象的那样：如果家里条件好的话，报个补习班，那不就什么都好办了。

“发明大王”爱迪生不仅在西方家喻户晓，在中国也是很出名的，他的发明对于世界产生了很大的影响，甚至推动了世界社会的脚步及发展，对于这样的人，可能有人认为他天生生来是天才，但在这些成功的背后，都留有他的汗水和灵感。在他完成照明系统后，他还想到与照明系统相关的供电系统。但当时的灯丝只能短时间燃烧，所以就和他的伙伴们在实验室研究了许多天，反反复复的做了许多实验，也经历了许多的失败，到最后，他发现了一种竹灯丝，能够燃烧1200小时，对于这些，他并不是天生就有这样的发明才能，而是由汗水积累出来的成就，所以，经历挫折方能成器。

在古代，有着两个强大的国家，越国和吴国，在这两个国家的斗争中，越国大败，作为俘虏的越王被吴国的国王抓到吴国，越王为了赢取吴王的信任，白天就放牧牛羊，在吃饭和睡觉前就舔一下挂在房梁上的苦胆，并且睡在破毡子上，提醒自己勿忘国耻，这样的生活过了三年后，吴王信任的将越王放回越国。回国后，越王就整理国政，军事，经常探访平民，问民生。在第二次吴国和越国的战争中，越国获胜，并将吴王的脑袋砍下来，以雪国耻。所以，经历挫折方能成器。

主人公简爱身材瘦小，相貌平凡，无金钱、无地位，却自身有着不平凡的气质和常丰富的情感世界，她在生活磨练中，抛弃了女性天生应有的懦弱和娇柔逐渐养成了坚强独立的个性，她是一个不会在表兄残暴面前甘心被辱，她不会表现出任何恐惧，而是从容的扛下来，独立坚强的活下来，阅读《简爱》，我为幼年的她所受到的伤害而悲愤，我也为简爱而倾倒。喜欢她的那种自尊自强的精神，心中不禁感叹在距离她所处的年代进步了两百年代的现代，又有几个女子有勇气为了自己的尊严而对一个心爱又富有的男子说不呢？简爱就可以，在她的身上时刻闪现着一种独立人格的壮美与崇尚！

我想简爱是多少少女心中的榜样，也是我们应该追求的目标。

简爱的自强心态让人赞叹不已，让人眼红，更让人去想仿造简爱。同时，我也感同身受般的体会着简爱那幼小敏感的心灵所受到的伤害，我为简爱而感到悲愤，同时也感受到简爱为什么能坚强的活下去，是因为幼小的她要为女性的世界打破古代的史记，曾经的古代女人，只能受苦吃劳，就相当于封建时代的时候，是多么不能自由的事，所以简爱就要以幼小的她为女性的世界开起了头，她要让懦弱和娇柔远离女性。

简爱的自尊与自强是由她控制的，但她的自尊与自强打动了我，让我不得不对她所震叹。此刻，在她的身上时时刻刻闪现出着一种让人佩服的精神。
