今天，是见实习的最后一天了。

整个见实习过程中有收获、但也必有疑惑，目前这两点问题一直困扰着我：

（1）作为小学教育专业英语方向的学生，我们应该重视教师职业技能的培养还是英语水平的提高？很明显，小学英语课堂涉及到很多专业知识，所以作为这个专业的学生我们必须努力提高自己的专业水准，这无疑是重要的。但教师的专业技能呢？这两点孰轻孰重？又该怎样做到让他们相得益彰？

（2）领导们和指导老师都和我们说老师不能太温柔了，这样管不了孩子。我明白严师出高徒，同时我也知道和善是不能和温柔划等号的，和善又不失严肃是最好的准则。但真正操作起来，又该如何把握好这三者之间的分寸呢？

如今，见实习已经临近尾声。对于已是师范四年级、却才开始接触教学见实习工作的我，要顺利地从学生转化为一名人民教师的角色，这是一个艰难的蜕变过程。我要学会慢慢适应这个过程，并迅速地成长起来。争取做到对小学教育有实践性的了解，也许这些问题便能迎刃而解了。在这样的交替中，我想我能成长许多。

Last sunday, it was a fine day. My friend and I went to Mount Daifu. In the

morning,we rode bikes to the foot of the mountain.After a short rest,we climbed

the mountain.on its peak,,we shared the beautiful scenery in our eyes. There

were lots of light foggy clouds around us.What。

s more, varieties of birds flying around us were pretty.What a harmony

situation。

At noon,we had lunch in a restaurant. With a happy emotion, we finished our

climbing. Although tired, we still felt happy and relaxed.we hope our country

will become more and more beautiful.

I will have a good rest. January 25 2008 It was the second day of our winter holiday. I felt good. I felt I’m free. I had a lot of time to do things I like. My parents are in Beijing. So I live alone but I don’t feel lonely. But I didn’t do something special. I stayed at home and watched TV. Oh! I wrote an English daily composition. It was my homework. Today。

I have slept for 14 hours. I thought I was very tired. It was time for dinner. I must go! I am very hungry， January24 2008 It was the first day of our winter holiday. All of us were very happy. Why? Because we have one months to do things we love to do. We are free. Although we have some homework. But we can finish them in several days. And the rest time we can make good use of. My god! We have been very tired after hard studying. In winter holidays， I want to have full sleep and eat good food in order to replenish myself. Last but not the least。

This winter holiday I stayed at home. If you want to ask me why we should study English, my answer will be simple and clear. Now let me enumerate the reasons one by one in the following.In the first place, English has become an international language. If you know English, you van make a trip round the world without being misunderstood.In the second place, most valuable books, newspapers and magazines are written in English. If you wish (hope) to get knowledge, you must learn English.

This days, my family go to Qinhuangdao(秦皇岛) have a visit .In there ,we use

camera take a lot of photos. We see many Qing Dynasty (清朝) lifestyle .The most

famous view is Jiaoshan Greatwall(角山长城). It is too high and hard to go up .But

we get it .We spend three happy days .We seat down the trolley (缆车)to fly in the

air like a bird .The days which I spent in there is different from my hometown

.I think I will visit much more views if i work hard .It。

During the National Holiday, I went travelling with my friend Li Ming in a

tour group. We went to Wuxi, Jiangsu and had a great time there.There were

fifteen people in our tour group. Mr. Li, our tour guide, left a deep impression

on us with his sense of humour. On the first day, we visited a tourist

attaction, which was in many great movies and TV shows. On the second day, we

went boating on the Tai Hu Lake, where we were amazed at the beautiful scenaries

there. We had such a good time that we even didn。

t want to leave when the tour was over.It was nice to relax a little from

time to time. After the holiday, I will work hard with all the good

memories。

Sunny 31th,July

Today was sunny and I was in a good mood.Tired of studying and a bustle of city life,I came to ecology park to enjoy the gorgeous scenery and get relaxed in the afternoon。

when I arrived at the park ,the first thing came into my sight were the thick green trees，therefore，the air was fresh,in addition， i could clearly see a path skirting along the pond。laying on the lawn which was decorated by a various of followers and seeing the blue sky,I felt at ease because all I wanted was some peace and quiet。All thing formed a beautiful landscape, and you couldnt imagine how romantic they were!

However，with the time passing so quickly，The day was dying in the west. So I had to go back home! I would never forget such a memorable experience, which was really beyond description!

Today we have gone to the zoo， plays very happy in there us。 We saw the

My dog will be dead. She is very old. We have kept her for ten years. Now

her hairs are falling. And she always lies on the ground. She can’t see very

clearly. She eats a little. She becomes thin. She was very strong before. She is

still guarding my family. She is one of my family member. Now we are all uneasy

because she will die. I think you may know my thinking. Even if it is a dog, you

Dont you see the heavy smokes from the big chimneys? Dont you smell the gas from the motors all around the streets? Weve got much dirtier air! The iceburgs are melting from the warmer winter because of the air pollution!

Dont you see the mountains getting bald ? Dont you see our ground becoming hollow ? Weve been exhausting the resources beneath the earth. Our grandchildren will live on nothing.

We have only one globe. Treasure the mother nature!

As soon as I opened a book to read,she would sit down beside me ask me about all kinds of things at the college.

At college, I missed my parents a lot. As the term was drawing to an end, I eagerly looked forward to going home. And I planned to do a thousand one things during the vacation. Above all, I wanted to help my mother with housework. I also wished to read many hooks which my teachers had recommended. However, at home, my mother would never let me do anything. She completely deprived me of sharing her work. As soon as I opened a book to read,she would sit down beside me ask me about all kinds of things at the college. To please her,I told her one thing after another,and soon I forgot all about books. Even when I was actually reading,she would, now then,insist that I should eat an egg or drink a cup of tea. When I left home at the end of the vacation, not a thing in my plan had been carried out. But I felt very happy. I believed more deeply than before in the old saying: Home, sweet home. There’s no place like home!

Everyone has a hobby, some people like swimming, some people like playing

video games. Fishing is my fathers favorite hobby. He goes fishing every Sunday

morning, and goes home in the afternoon.My hobby is playing piano. I started

playing piano from five years old. I like to play it after school. I have a

plan, I want to play a birthday song for my mother, because next monday is her

birthday. I think she will like my present very much.

每个人都有爱好，有些人喜欢游泳，有些人喜欢玩电子游戏。我父亲最喜欢的爱好是钓鱼，他每个星期天的早晨都会去钓鱼，下午才回家。我的爱好是弹钢琴。我从5岁就开始弹了。我喜欢在放学后弹。我有一个计划，我想在给我妈妈弹一首生日歌，因为下周一就是她的生日。我想她会非常喜欢我的礼物的。

Everybody has own ideal, my ideal is works as an honorable peoples teacher. Teaches the students to study the cultural knowledge, is playing together with them, the life, lets their healthy development. I will use the knowledge rain and dew to moisten childs heart, with the warm compassion cared about that will cherish the children.

Today is Christmas Eve, the street is very lively.

People put on their holiday costumes, some wearing masks, some wearing

Santa hats, some holding glittering light sticks, everyones face showed a

bright smile. Many shops have snowflakes and Santa Claus faces on their Windows,

and Christmas trees with beautiful little ornaments outside. Christmas is really

exciting!

though my daily life is extremely monotonous, i try hard to adapt myself to it. why? because i intend to be a good student. i wish to render service to my country.

i get up at six o’clock every day. after i wash my face and brush my teeth, i begin to review my lessons. i go to school at seven o’clock.

after school is over, i return home. we usually have supper at seven o’clock.then i begin to do my homework. i want to finish it before i go to bed.

I have nine little goldfish. Eight goldfish are all orange and one is black. I like the black one best. We call it Xiao Hei. Its body is black. It has two big and round eyes, a small mouth, and a big tail. Though its very small, it swims fast.

I often feed them and change water for them. We are good friends.

07月07日 星期四 天气：晴

今天晚上，我去上菁华浩扬英语课时，徐老师让我们分成两组举行了一场对抗赛。首先她让我们给自己的队伍起一个好听的名字，于是在叽叽喳喳的叫嚷中我们选中了“雏鹰队”这个名字，而对手却选择了“猛虎队”来做他们的队名。

竞赛开始了，老师在我们两个队各挑了一个人，让他们到黑板前写单词，“斗”了几个回合后，我们组领先了两分，对方恼羞成怒，拼命想把比分给扳回来。可是在读单词环节中他们又输惨了，结果现在我们已经领先四分了。到最后一个抢答的环节了，老师说：“这个项目是考验你们的反应能力的，猛虎队还有扳回比分的机会，要加油呀！”猛虎队员们一个个跃跃欲试，摩拳擦掌，看起来要和我们拼一个你死我活，鱼死网破了。你看在比赛中他们都反应神速，你争我抢的回答问题，可我们的队员也不是好惹得，个个争的面红耳赤，最后徐老师统计比分，我们“雏鹰队”以26：17这样悬殊的差距赢得了比赛。徐老师说：“下次你们猛虎队要加油啊！”

下课了，我们的队员还嘲笑地说：“你们地上跑的还是不如我们天上飞的吧，哈哈哈！”

My New Deskmate

My new deskmate is a boy of sixteen. His name is Zhang Gao. He is 1.8

meters tall. His strongly-built body and sun-tanned skin make him look like a

sportsman. He has two big dark eyes under a pair of thick eyebows. It seems that

they are always smiling at you. Compared with my yellow hair, his hair is black

and thick. He speaks a little bit fast but very clearly. However, he likes to

gesture from time to time while hes talking. He has a dream of becoming a famous

actor one day. I believe his dream will come true because of his handsome face

and well-developed figure.

我的新同桌是一个16岁的男孩。他叫张高，身高一米八。结实的身材、晒黑的皮肤使他看起来像运动员。他浓浓的眉毛下有一双又黑又大的眼睛，似乎总是在对人微笑。与我的黄头发相比，他有一头浓密的黑发。他的语速有点快，但相当清楚，只是他说话时爱打手势。他的理想是当一名演员，我想他英俊的长相和匀称的身材定会让他好梦成真。

I am very happy today for I had the chance to help the old people in our

subdistrict. Nowadays, many adults are busy with therir job and have no time to

take good care of their old parents. I want to try my best to help the old come

out of lonely life and now I can.I will try my best to make the old people

smile, I am sure I can do it!

我今天心情非常好,因为我有机会帮助老人们在我们的街道。如今,许多成年人都在忙于therir工作,没有时间去好好照顾他们年老的父母。我要尽我所能去帮助那些老年人走出孤独的生活,现在我可以。

我会尽我所能让老人们的微笑,我相信我能做到!

It’s the New Years Day today. I got up very early! I heard the bird singing in the trees. After breakfast, my mum, my father and I went to the local park. Everything was beautiful there,

We saw many boats in the lake. Later on, we went to my grandfather’s home. There are many trees and some flowers.

At seven o’clock, we went home. It’s a happy day today.

今天，为了星期五的试讲，我将教案又重新誊写了一遍，交给管老师再次批阅。经过她的点评和点拨，原本一份儿自认为还不错的教学设计竟是如此的漏洞百出。

不过，今天我明白了，针对小学英语词汇和句型的教授，更重要的是不断的操练与巩固。尤其是在随堂课上面，方式不必太过翻新、太过多样化，稳扎稳打才是课堂教学的本质。

与此同时，我也在思考：

教学形式的多样化与教学效果是否成正比：选择多样化的教学形式，学生会感受到课堂气氛的活跃，但繁多的形式会使学生眼花缭乱。在《Atasnack》这一课，由于讲授的内容是食物类的单词和句型。所以我选择了很多样化的教具和教学形式，课堂氛围应该总体不错，但至于整堂课的教学效果，我实在是不好说。现在我很疑惑：一节课传授的是知识，教学形式只是是教学目标实现的辅助手段而已，该如何适度地运用不同的教学形式呢？

而且，我还学到了对于教材，自己要进行认真的分析，加以自己的理解，再进行适当的处理，这样才能做出最好的掌握。

之前，我的处理较于呆板，不仅自己教授起来困难，而且学生接受、掌握起来也并不是很容易。如果我能多动动脑子、多花花心思，也许就能找到更好、更合理的解决所教授内容的方式。

总之，万事都需要钻研。有付出，才会有回报。
